"Wow, as expected of the Nakiri family from Tōtsuki Culinary Academy — Alice-senpai's molecular gastronomy is absolutely delicious!"
Not only did Kirino find it tasty, but Hana, sitting beside her, was amazed by the molecular cuisine after just one bite.
The high-precision equipment extracted the pure essence of ingredients, creating unexpected flavor combinations that pushed umami to its limits. The cool, silky texture lingered on the tongue, while crystallized spheres burst open to release flowing soup that dissolved instantly in the mouth.
Hana, who typically favored simple bread and sandwiches, couldn't resist this temptation and eagerly reached for her chopsticks.
Alice curved her lips proudly — after all, what chef wouldn't delight in seeing diners enjoy their cooking?
Even Kaguya had to admit that Alice's culinary talent was well-deserved, showing boundless potential for the future.
Miku, upon Alice's invitation to taste, became intoxicated by the aromatic flavors dancing across her taste buds.
"Nino, Alice's cooking is amazing!" Yotsuba exclaimed with stuffed cheeks, soup from the spheres dripping down her chin, which she licked up with her pink tongue.
Her complete disregard for table manners made Nino and the others sigh in exasperation.
Itsuki took a small taste and found the flavor unique. However, compared to Daiki's cooking, the molecular gastronomy lacked the rich layering of flavors that created a truly stunning impact.
Nino and the other two who had secretly sampled his cooking were naturally resistant to culinary temptation, sensing this molecular dish still needed refinement.
But Itsuki suddenly seemed to remember something, raising her chopsticks again and exclaiming, "The taste really is addictive!"
Alice noticed Nino and the others' reactions and inquired, "Nino-san, is there something not to your taste?"
"Not at all — it's infinitely better than anything I could make." Nino replied, caught off guard by this unfamiliar classmate's sudden question about the cooking.
She offered neither criticism nor praise, simply acknowledging that Alice's prestigious culinary background put her in a different league entirely.
"I see!" Alice's lips curved upward, and though she didn't speak, pride radiated from her delicate face as she raised a spoon to offer to Daiki.
Nino's mouth twitched, and she added, "But... compared to Daiki-kun's cooking, it's not even close."
"Eh? Daiki-kun knows how to cook?" Alice's expression turned to shock — she hadn't received any such information from Tōtsuki Academy.
"Of course! Earlier at the Yukinoshita house, Daiki-kun casually made a dish that impressed even that Elite Ten graduate."
Ichika proudly raised her head, showing an attitude of shared glory, which made Miku beside her puff up her cheeks.
As Daiki's official girlfriend, she had never gotten to taste his cooking, yet both Ichika and Nino had.
"Daiki-kun, I want to eat your cooking too!"
The dissatisfied Miku clung to him, whispering, and Daiki turned his head to murmur in her ear, "Haven't you already tasted it?"
She stared at him in surprise — she couldn't remember ever tasting his cooking, the only thing she had tasted was...
Miku's fair face suddenly flushed crimson, her burning cheeks making her bump her head against Daiki before deliberately turning away.
Ginko watched their interaction with disgust — though she hadn't heard what was said, it clearly wasn't meant for polite company.
Alice and Kaguya watched in bewilderment — how could this be the cruel, killing Demon King? Those conspiracy theorists clearly couldn't be trusted!
Kaguya gained a new understanding of Daiki, realizing she needed to maintain good communication with Miku to get closer to him.
'I was planning to have Hayasaka transfer to our class, but now it seems I should have her transfer to Miku's class and build a good relationship with her.' Her thoughts raced as she finalized her plans, feeling one step closer to the free life she yearned for.
Alice's thoughts took a different direction — she was now considering how to replace Miku's position and act cute and playful with Daiki.
Wouldn't Erina have to bow her head and avoid looking at her after that?
Her heart was restless, but she hesitated — after all, stealing someone's boyfriend required careful consideration!
Yotsuba hadn't tasted Daiki's cooking, but she had sampled Big Daiki more than once, so she smiled foolishly.
Yukino was the same — she had not only tasted his cooking but had also sampled "his" various flavors. The thought made her face flush — if nothing unexpected happened, she would likely find another chance to taste him tonight.
Yukino and Yotsuba's gazes turned again to the shy Miku, guilt and tingling excitement welling up in their hearts.
Miku suddenly remembered that Daiki was going to visit the Yukinoshita house, "Daiki-kun, tonight at the Yukinoshita house, I..." she began hesitantly.
She wanted to go along but worried he would think she didn't trust him, so she looked to Nino and her other sisters for help.
Since she couldn't go herself, she needed to find someone suitable to accompany him — otherwise, the Yukinoshita sisters might take advantage of the situation.
First was Ichika—immediately ruled out. Her last visit to the Yukinoshita house hadn't made any difference.
Next was Nino — though Miku knew she shouldn't doubt her sister, she simply couldn't trust her. After some thought, that option was eliminated.
Then there was Yotsuba, still wearing her foolish smile. Noticing her sister's gaze, she understood and was about to volunteer.
Thinking of Yotsuba's previous antics and outrageous behavior, Miku worried that letting this energetic sister go with Daiki could lead to trouble.
Finally, there was Itsuki — she had never tasted Daiki's cooking and was well-behaved, making her the perfect choice!
"Itsuki seems to want to go!"
Itsuki immediately caught on and pleaded, "Yes, Daiki-kun, Miku isn't feeling well — could you take me instead? I've never been to Yukinoshita-san's house. Could I go see what it's like? Please! Please! This is my life's request!"
Daiki said softly, "No problem, but is Miku sure she doesn't want to go?"
"Yes!" Miku answered firmly, glancing at her sister who gave her a reassuring look.
"Miku, you can always trust me!"
Oh right, what day of abstinence is it today?
