A moment after, Anna was all alone in her massive luxurious room. She glared around her, hoping that all these were not a dream.
And indeed, it wasn't a dream, neither was it her simply hallucinating. Carlos was real, the house was real, the massive shopping bags on top of her king-sized bed was real. They were all real.
Anna slipped out her phone and sat on the bed. She immediately dialed Trisha. However, the girl on the phone was very upset that she did not want to talk to Anna.
"Tell me Anna, when did you make this decision and not involve me huh? You went to stay with Mr handsome in his house and lied to my parent that you got a job?"
Anna seem to have headache!
"I actually got a job! I'm working for Mr handsome as his secretary! It's still a job!"
Trisha scoffed. "Everything seem to revolve around you and Mr handsome. Have a nice day!"
Anna was surprised that Trisha was about ending the call she quickly decided on something to pacify her.
