[I came for Arachnea's case as you asked. I am bothering you?]
Noah brandished the notepad in front of Judge Schnee but it was clear that the young lady's eyes were not looking at the bound stack of papers. Rather, she was looking at the one holding it, her red eyes opened wide in horror.
"Vasili…sa?" she asked as if unsure of what her brain was telling him.
Noah nodded in his response but the girl might not have seen his sign of affirmation. As soon as she asked her question, she crawled to the back of her bed, hiding her face.
"W-Wha-What are you doing here?! When did you get inside?!" she asked, with a trembling voice.
Noah raised an eyebrow in incomprehension. Why was she hiding her face so desperately? Did he break some sort of taboo by looking at her directly?
"(I don't have time for things like though…)"
He picked up the veil she threw a bit earlier and threw it back to her. Maybe now she would be more inclined to talk to him?
