Althea pinched between her brows.
"Do you think this is some kind of investigation? I'm not here to have fun with you, ma'am. Whatever I say here is the truth and I don't give a fuck how much you know your son because if truly you know him, you never should have set him up with the alpha knowing damn well he had me."
Eleni breathed softly. "S-set him up? What are you talking about?"
Althea snatched her painfully by the chin and forced her gaze on her. "I am the alpha's soon-to-be Luna and do you know the problem your son has caused between us? He never even showed interest in betas, until he met your son, and now he's second-guessing himself about everything. Your son has ruined everything for me, caused a fight between me and the man I love. Do you know how infuriating that is? Do you know how mad that makes me? I'm not inferior to a fucking beta like your son, and I'll never be."
She let go of her chin and relaxed back on her chair. "I have some questions for you."
