"..." I slowly wake up.
"Hi, dear, how are you?" Alyssa asks me as she sees me waking up.
"...Ah...my head hurts a little, love," I respond to Alyssa, putting my hand on my head. I have a terrible headache and feel strange, like I've forgotten something.
"Don't worry, love, have your breakfast, it should help a bit," She hands me a tray with my breakfast, which instantly cheers me up. She is so kind.
I can hardly believe she wanted someone like me.
'...Something...seems off...' I don't know, it just feels wrong, even though it's so common, there's nothing unusual about waking up to Alyssa offering me breakfast.
Ignoring that, I slowly have my breakfast. The more I think that something is wrong, the more my head hurts, so I decide to stop thinking that something is wrong.
Anyway, if I forgot, it can't be that important. I look out the window of the cabin where Alyssa and I live, seeing the peaceful forest and the pleasantly warm sun.
