With a smile on her face, she briefly looked at the patriarch before looking at everyone else and started addressing the audience. "I am Priestess Kamaria, the summoned one who serves the Great God. On behalf of the Great God, I am here to assist the patriarch in making our tribe the best.
Even if we don't become the best, I just want to see each and every one of us having enough food to eat. Having three meals a day without worry of what we will eat the next day.
I want to see everyone living in better houses and sleeping on comfortable beds, having soft quilts and, above all, wearing clothes which make us look presentable.
And all that, I will do my best to let us achieve it. It is not something that I can achieve on my own. This dream ….. everything that I have said, can only be achieved when everyone is united without any division.
I didn't come here to divide, but to push everyone forward. So, I sincerely hope that each of you would accept me as I am and serve the deity who had brought this chance on each of us."
Kamaria felt like the leader of an MLM organization the more she talked. Even in her previous life, she had never made such a speech before, but for the sake of survival and helping the deity who gave her a third chance in life in her case, she would go out.
Who knows how many deities are out there who would compete to have her people in the future?
She saw the tribesmen nodding in agreement, obviously not disagreeing with her words and that brought a brighter smile to her face.
Even the patriarch was nodding his head. What he had seen in this one day was enough to make him remember it for a very long time.
She continued with her address as she pointed at the altar, "Behind me is the tribal altar. With this altar, we will always know that the Great God is with us. As long as the fire remains burning, never lose your hope. Besides, with me here, the fire will never burn out. So never be worried about that.
While on the topic of the altar, I want every one of you to know one thing. The altar belongs to the tribe and since it's like that, I expect that each of you at least once or twice a day go to the altar, place your hand, and receive your blessings.
Before those who are in the hunting or gathering teams go for an outing, you must stop by the altar and when you return, you do the same.
The same goes for the elderly and children who remain in the tribe as well."
She shared a few other things related to the altar and, seeing the eagerness in everyone's eyes, she excused herself and followed the patriarch, who seemed too excited and wanted to talk to her.
With the people rushing to the altar, Kamaria and the patriarch chatted as he sent her to the treehouse.
"Priestess Kamaria, what do you plan to do with the cave?"
"Oh~ I have use for it. Just leave it that way! Besides, how many times does the hunting team go out?"
"Because of the shortage of animals to hunt. They go out once in seven sunrises and rest for a few sunrises before going. So, we do our best to save as much as we can!"
From patriarch Hugo's words, Kamaria summarized that at least once and it was collective hunting. There was no room for private hunting due to the shortages. And that was very bad for them. This problem was truly worrisome. It seemed that migrating was truly a necessity, otherwise, they might truly die.
She needed to find other food replacements as soon as possible.
"Okay, I will find a way to make everyone be fed. From tomorrow, those who are at home will move with me to survey the surrounding areas to search for other kinds of food that you might have missed. As long as the limbs are still in contact, everyone will have to work. Does that pose a problem for you?" she asked as she looked at him seriously.
Patriarch Hugo didn't have any qualms at this stage. Whatever the priestess said was correct. Perhaps with her appearance and interference, she might find other food that they might have missed.
The tribesmen were now all skinny because of the shortage of food. They needed food and a lot of it. Even if they didn't find any meat, as long as the vegetables were plenty, they could still survive.
After agreeing to that, the patriarch promised to announce the news to the tribesmen later when having the meal.

After parting with the patriarch, Kamaria locked herself in the house and began shopping crazily. She had been looking forward to that for a very long time.
She hadn't slept properly in ages, so the first thing that she wanted was a good bed and the marketplace had all types of wooden beds with woven mattresses. She didn't understand the concept of the bed, but she understood that the bed should be good.
Since the house was small, she didn't go for a bigger bed but picked a single bed. In the future, when the space increases, she will exchange it for a bigger bed.
When the bed appeared, she scrutinized it from top to bottom and was confused. She didn't understand how it was made, to be exact. Especially the mattress cover. What kind of material did they use to replace the fabric?
Could it be that they used some sort of fibre? Because the cover didn't look as refined as the normal mattresses, she knew. However, the bed still looked fine, and it was stuffy, which was very important. Above all, she couldn't see the stuffing inside. That was the most important fact when it comes to bedding.
After checking the bed, she purchased the bedroom necessities; two pairs of sheets, two fur blankets, a pillow, and a wardrobe.
After that, she purchased a long curtain to separate the bedroom from the rest of the house. Once that was done, she moved to the kitchen.
She purchased the only available stove provided by the system. It was a stone two-chamber stove, a lower fire chamber and an upper cooking chamber. The system automatically installed it in place, which saved a lot of time.
With the stove in place, she shifted her focus to the kitchenware, which was easy to do. The options available for her were stone, wood, and bones.
She didn't feel comfortable with bones, especially for plates, so she picked wood and bones for cups. As for pots, there was only stone, so she purchased three pots at once without blinking.
She added other basic items which were essential for the moment. She didn't dare buy anything that she wasn't planning on using. Items in the marketplace were very expensive and seeing the points dwindling like that, her heart ached, but she didn't have a choice.
She also added a table and two chairs for the living.
She purchased processed leather for making clothes since there wasn't any sign of any fabric available for sale. Alongside that, she added the sewing kit tools, which included bone needles, bone scissors and threads from plant fibers.
Buying that would enable her to make her own clothes. There was no way she was going to continue wearing the modern clothes she had on. Besides, she didn't plan on looking holy every single day, so having other clothes would help her greatly.
After purchasing all that, there were still many points and she decided to buy rock salt. It was very expensive and took a great deal of her points for a jug of salt. However. Without salt, she doubted if she could eat properly.
Unfortunately, there was no oil for sale, otherwise she would have purchased that as well.
After checking that the basics were bought, she went around the house to check what else she missed and she found several. She added those other items like cleaning supplies, water barrels and another cabinet to serve as the pantry.
By the time she was done, someone came to call her and she left the house to join the others. The food was ready, but she lost her appetite upon seeing how badly cooked the food was.
