I stared blankly at the biology textbook in front of me, the words swimming on the page like they were mocking me.
Okay. I knew this. Or at least, I was supposed to.
My eyes trailed down the paragraph explaining shit about how cells convert glucose into energy through glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and all that type of dumb stuff. The words blurred together and my brain refused to process them no matter how many times I reread the damn thing.
Biology wasn't exactly one of my strengths. I didn't even know how I got past it back then. The subject was always so damn broad, like how the hell was I supposed to put all these things in my freaking head?
And unluckily for me this was Thea's major!
I tapped my pen against the table, frowning at the bullet points boldly printed on the page of the textbook.
