The sheer weight of Kael's killing intent pressed down on the battlefield like a suffocating storm. The knights shivered, their breaths turning ragged, as if an invisible force was crushing their chests.
Some of them instinctively stepped back, their instincts screaming danger. This was not normal. This was not human at all.
The beasts, despite their monstrous forms and savage nature, trembled. Their growls turned into uneasy whimpers. Their bodies stiffened, their tails tucked low. Even the Ice Men, beings without emotion or will, seemed to hesitate under the sheer madness and bloodlust radiating from Kael.
Then, the leader of the pack stepped forward. A massive, hulking wolf, much larger than the rest, with its fur as white as the frozen tundra looked ahead.
Scarred, battle-worn, and menacing, it radiated pure dominance. Its piercing golden eyes locked onto Kael, its fangs bared in aggression… but its body betrayed its fear. It was sweating,actually sweating in the cold.
