Swiss' point of view.
We were caught off guard, we were really caught off guard, but we were the ones that dug our own grave.
We were going on a mission, and we were not well-prepared. We believe the man going to meet is an ordinary man.
But he prepared us well. We arrived at the building, and thought we had located the door to where the money was kept.
It was the gunshots that brought Oscar down. We were welcomed instead.
We were so panicked due to the way it all went. Luckily, it was Ace's bravery that saved our carelessness. She quickly closed the door, and we took the chance to set off into the hallway.
Since the day I was born, I have not made any silly mistakes close to the one I just made.
We escaped out of the building and had ourselves kept in a safe place.
Vesta checked to confirm we were all in a safe place, and she noticed Ace was not with us.
"Where is Ace?" she asked. That screaming question of hers was what filled my brain with enough knowledge to recall my lifetime of stupidity.
I was shocked, my heart stopped working while I was still alive. I was trembling in an ocean of guilt.
Damn me! My veins, my blood, my muscles felt not cooperating with my body's system.
Ace was holding the door as we escaped. She was behind me, all the others had been out of the hallway, so I was the last before Ace.
I got out of the hallway, and locked the door that leads to the hallway from the other side.
And, that means I locked Ace with those men that were armed. I surely can recall some of the men holding baseball batons. One was holding a gun, and others were holding a stick.
So technically, Ace is too lonely to handle them.
We have just lost two sisters at once, in a day on the same mission.
At that moment, my senses departed me, and I didn't know what else was going around me.
Mince's point of view.
When we noticed Ace was not with us, she was still in the hallway with those men. Helen was going to give those men a tough fight, but Vesta stopped her from that attempt because it was too dangerous.
I carried Oscar on my shoulder to exit the hallway. She was still breathing by then.
We left the building and hid ourselves in a secured place. It was then we realized Ace was not with us.
The agony scream from Vesta, the regretful actions of all of us, and especially from Swiss who mistakenly locked her own sister in death's sitting room, and the blame of being guilty that fell on us shows the family bond.
In the hallway, Vesta was the one calming Helen. Now, it was Helen who was calming Vesta.
The craziness and the toughness of both of them would make them go back in there without having a second thought.
Fortunately, it was both of them that calmed each other down. It was hard for Helen to talk to Vesta or stop her.
I moved close to Vesta and said to her... "I trust Ace, she's perfect and smart, she will take care of herself, all we need to do is regroup-armed, and go back to safe her as fast as we can".
After I said that, I told them to all be silent because I needed to attend to Oscar, and their wailing was distracting me.
Just as if I was Fada, they listened to me and obeyed the instructions.
Vesta, in her usual commanding voice, asked Swiss to stay with me, and ordered Helen to follow her.
I examined Oscar and, luckily, it was just two bullets that went into her from her back.
We were lucky because none got to her spine or caused too much damage.
A sigh of relief came out of my mouth and nose. Now, I needed equipment to extract the bullets out of her and patch her up.
But, nothing is here for me to make use of. Not so long later, Vesta and Helen came back with a car.
Vesta frankly asked me to get in. We were in the car on our way home, and I was holding Oscar's hand while resting her chest on my lap.
I kept communicating with her to keep her awake. Now is when I love my eldest sister the most. In just a few minutes, she got us home.
Vesta point of view.
I drove so recklessly as we went back home with the injured Oscar.
The police would be on our trail for that, but I didn't care, I had to save my sisters.
When the police started their trail, I made sure I lost them within a few moments.
I got home and parked the car at our doorstep, rushed in to pick up guns that were well loaded with grenades for the mission to rescue Ace.
Coming back from the arsenal, I saw Mince and Oscar in the sitting room. Mince has already commenced treatment for Oscar.
I knew she was definitely going to take her in on her own, and due to limited time, that was the reason I left her to handle it.
Mother was asking me what had happened, but I ignored her and drove off.
When we got back to the building, we strategized to not notify the men of our arrival.
We silently climbed upstairs. The more we climb, the more we hear men grunting in deep pain.
We stepped into the hallway, Helen and I. We found eleven men on the ground, mostly having broken legs and arms.
Some were even unconscious at the time of our arrival. We held the ones that can still talk and asked them a series of questions.
They initially refused to provide us with the answers we wanted. Helen and I tortured them and terrorized them before the last breathing two of them gave the answer.
Because we returned to the hallway and couldn't find our sister, that was the reason we were asking them questions.
One told us she had been taken away. He made it known to us that she was taken away alive, but not until he got his head hit by a gun.
And that showed we arrived late. Out of anger, we executed all of them except the two. We took home blindfolded to ask more questions so we could know where she was.
