Looking at the identical looking vampires standing on top of the wall, Lucifer could think of two possibilities for this.
First, the vampire that Lucifer and Luna had met a few days ago had the ability to clone themselves. That meant that the vampires standing here were just clones, but that didn't mean that these clones could not fight.
The second possibility was that there were more than one vampire.
But whatever the reason was, this was not the time for Lucifer to reason or analyze.
He quickly led Luna as far away from the wall as possible, so far that the vampires standing above would not be able to see them.
Lucifer sprinted as fast as he could. He had never sprinted at such a speed in his life before. His legs were starting to tire more, he was starting to pant, his vision was blurry because sweat was rolling into his eyes.
But Lucifer still did not stop. He continued running, running faster so that the vampires wouldn't recognize him and Luna.
