"I don't have a choice," Vardy said finally, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Maybe you do," Luthor said, stepping closer. "But you won't see it if you keep trying to do everything alone."
Vardy looked at each of them in turn, his gaze lingering on Tracy.
"I'm not trying to do it alone," he said. "But if I don't do this, none of us stand a chance."
"This is risky," Tracy chipped in. "What about our families?"
"Nothing will happen!" Vardy slammed, his eyes blazing.
Just then, he felt a hand on his back.
Luther.
"Calm down, Vardy. We'll sort this all out."
Vardy stared straight at him, without uttering a word, he let his hand slide off him as he strode to a corner, staring into space.

"Do you think they're dead by now?" Kael asked, leaning casually against the railing beside him.
"They will be soon enough," Dean replied, his tone cold. "The Altanas don't fail."
