The eccentric-looking young man, with his signature facial and ear piercings, explained the situation and Keiko's whereabouts to avoid any misunderstandings. After Tetsuya learned the truth, he asked the other Asahi employees who were still waiting in front of the operating room to go to the cafeteria. Tetsuya did this intentionally, as he felt it was enough for him to wait here alone. Renji would surely arrive soon, and he would be furious. Tetsuya didn't want the others to witness his cousin's outburst, as they might get caught up in the trouble.
