However, after the move, Victoria now sees the dead and discovers that dead people are miserable, selfish bastards!

(The other book is Brittle Tale, a sans AU I made randomly after getting into the fandom again. It has 2 chapters, if you wanna, give it a read if you're into magical skeletons!
.... and don't bully me I know it's cringe to some for having a sans AU book in 2025... (′︿‵。))
Victoria wondered all the time what was beyond death. Pain? Suffering? The endless abyss? She always questioned what the answer would be.
Ever since her parents had booted her out to go to a boarding school in a whole other country, she wondered what would be the answer then.
It wasn't that simple.
On one fateful night, she walked into her small kitchen in the somewhat luxurious apartment her parents payed for, the darkness only illuminated a soft shadow standing in front of her.
The sight, a bloodied- disembodied figure with a voice that would be discribed as grating, low, and gasping.
Let's rewind, shall we? From the beginning, and to the end.
May God be with you in your perilous journey, dear Victioria.
...That, and praise the lord she wasn't terrified of blood.
