Tsunade looked at Sasuke with mixed emotions.
Strictly speaking, Sasuke was Orochimaru's direct disciple. Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru had all been students of the Third Hokage. Based on their relationship, Sasuke should be calling Tsunade "aunt-sister" and Jiraiya "uncle-sister."
It was impossible not to feel sorrow at seeing a descendant of Konoha turn out like this.
"Sasuke, give up your resistance and return to Konoha with me to stand trial!"
When Tsunade spoke, the shinobi from Kumogakure and Sunagakure looked surprised. Jiraiya observed her, feeling a twinge of warmth. Even in this situation, Tsunade still wanted to save Sasuke and bring him back.

Sasuke looked at Tsunade and sneered.
"Amaterasu!"
Without warning, Sasuke attacked. A black flame ignited in the air, streaking toward Tsunade. Jiraiya reacted instantly, preparing to counter, but a wave of sand rose up, shielding Tsunade and the others from the flames.
Jiraiya turned in surprise. It was Gaara who had stepped in. The young Kazekage stood firm, his expression unreadable.
Jiraiya smiled slightly.
"A fine young man... He has the same potential as Naruto."
Sasuke stood up, his lips curling into an amused smirk. "You can block the Inferno Style? Your Absolute Defense is still impressive, Gaara."
Gaara met Sasuke's gaze without emotion. He knew what Sasuke was referring to—the Chūnin Exams, where Sasuke had broken through his defenses with Chidori, injuring him for the first time.
From the sidelines, Kurotsuchi observed in admiration. "Amazing! You really are the one who killed Deidara's brother."
Tsunade was furious.
This Sasuke was indeed Orochimaru's disciple. A traitor!
He dared to attack her, his senior, and the Hokage of Konoha.
Clearly, words wouldn't reach him. If they could, Naruto would have already convinced him to return.
Tsunade began forming hand seals, her eyes locked on Sasuke. "Since you insist on being stubborn, I'll break your arms and legs and drag you back for trial!"
"Ninjutsu—Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Technique!"
Jiraiya's eyes widened. "Tsunade, you're using that?"
"Sasuke's current strength can't be underestimated," she replied. "Jiraiya, you need to assist me. We have to finish this quickly!"
Jiraiya nodded. He understood her intent—they needed to defeat Sasuke before the Raikage could kill him.
The diamond-shaped mark on Tsunade's forehead glowed, and the chakra of the Strength of a Hundred Technique surged across her body.
The Raikage scowled. "That technique..."
He had only heard of it before, but now, for the first time, he was witnessing the Fifth Hokage activate her ultimate technique.
C, still tending to the Raikage, explained, "The Fifth Hokage is a legendary medical ninja. To compensate for her lack of traditional combat power, she developed a combat-oriented regenerative jutsu using the Strength of a Hundred Seal. The moment she's injured, her body heals instantly at high speed, without disrupting her attacks!"
The Raikage's expression darkened. "So... an infinite regeneration ability? Immortality in battle?!"
C sighed. "Theoretically, yes. But activating this jutsu requires a massive reserve of chakra. Using it shortens her lifespan."
For the first time, the Raikage looked at Tsunade with genuine respect. The granddaughter of the First Hokage was indeed formidable.
Darui stepped forward. "I'm joining the fight. Allies of Konoha and Sunagakure, let's do this!"
Without waiting for a response, he started forming seals. "I'll take the lead!"
"Storm Release: Laser Circus!"
A flurry of glowing blue beams shot toward Sasuke.
Gaara turned to Tsunade. "Hokage-sama?"
"Go ahead," she nodded.
Gaara's sand rose. "Sand Drizzle!"
Temari unfurled her fan. "Great Cutting Whirlwind!"
Kankuro commanded his puppet. "Red Secret Technique: Machinery Triangle!"
Jiraiya formed hand seals. "Fire Release: Flame Bullet!"
A massive fire stream erupted from Jiraiya's mouth, merging with the others' attacks.
Tsunade clenched her fists, watching the attacks converge on Sasuke.
As the onslaught neared, Sasuke's left eye—closed and bloodied—snapped open.
Boom!
The combined attacks struck, generating a cloud of dust and concussive shockwaves that sent debris flying.
From atop a ruined wall, Karin shouted in panic. "Sasuke!"
Then, through her sensory abilities, she felt something unsettling. "This chakra... No way..."
As the dust settled, Tsunade narrowed her eyes. "Just as I thought."
Darui, Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro all gasped. "What?! Impossible!"
Emerging from the smoke stood a massive, spectral form—Susanoo in its skeletal stage, its towering purple frame shielding Sasuke completely.
Sasuke sneered. "Gaara, this is the true Absolute Defense. Far beyond yours."
The Raikage, still recovering, glared. "So that's what blocked my attack earlier."
C frowned. "This chakra... It's exactly what I sensed in the Genjutsu battle."
Suigetsu, pinned to a wall, chuckled. "Looks like Sasuke's gotten even stronger."
Jūgo, barely conscious, muttered, "This is the technique I wanted to see."
Only Karin had a grave expression. "This chakra isn't the Sasuke from before. It's even colder now."
Gaara murmured, "The power of darkness..."
Tsunade clenched her fist. She recognized it. She had seen it in the records. The same technique Uchiha Madara had used against her grandfather, Senju Hashirama—the terrifying Susanoo!
With a resounding crack, the ground beneath her feet shattered as she launched herself at Sasuke.
Jiraiya called out in alarm. "Tsunade!"
Tsunade soared through the air, her expression hardened with resolve. Raising her fist, she prepared to strike.
"Wake up, you bastard!"
