After the test concluded and all students had taken part and did their thing, Mikeal was unconscious lying back in the infirmary, in the same bed he woke up from the first day he got there. Here is the thing the tests were done three days ago, meaning that there's a huge possibility that Mikeal was out for three days.
The day had just started and the nurse opened up the curtain window and the shinning bright sun hit directly at Mikeal's face, the name of the nurse was Rachel.
She was a tall blonde haired middle aged woman, who was very attractive and young boys drooled over her, because in her nurse's uniform some things were revealing.
Mikeal grunts as he opens his blinded eyes.
"Oh good, you're finally awake. After your test I wasn't so sure if you're still alive or not." Rachel comes to check up on Mikeal heart monitor.
"How long was I out?" Mikeal experience a minor headache.
"Mmmh, let's see what day is it? Oh right, you've been asleep for three consecutive days." Rachel checking on Mikeal's IV.
Mikeal swore that maybe he heard her wrong when she said he's been out for three straight days, he couldn't believe it. Actually he didn't want to believe it.
Rachel rights down something on the chart that she had on her, "Well, looks like you're all better."
Mikeal gets up and discovers that he is actually naked, "Uhm, where is my suit and why am I completely naked?"
Rachel didn't have the time to be shy and turn around so she could avoid seeing him naked, she just stood there and looked at him.
"Oh, one of your friends brought you some clothes, check them there in the cabinet."
Mikeal did exactly what he was advised to do, he found his clothes and wore them.
"Am I free to go?" He asked.
"Oh yeah, you seem completely fine to me actually better than fine. So off you go." Rachel opens the door for him.
"Thanks." Mikeal showed gratitude as he walked out.
The hallway was completely empty and quiet for a place that had the total number of three hundred students, Mikeal was just walking around and his shoulder was now better. There was no pain like before.
Distracted not paying attention where he was going, he almost got hit with a door by another student who was coming in.
"Oh, sorry my bad." The student apologized.
"Nah, it's okay you didn't hit me." Mikeal answered without even making eye contact.
At first the student didn't really realise who was the person he almost hit by the door, who would... After all Mikeal's black silky hair was covering his eyes so no one would notice him.
Then the student stopped and reversed to look at this person's face, to his surprise it was Mikeal himself. Without even going to where he was heading.
The student shouted, "He's here!"
The hallway was completely crowded within seconds, every single one of the students were all over Mikeal; some shaking his hand, others clapping their hands, and the rest complimenting him.
"Good job man, how did you do it?" One of the male students asked.
"Make way for me, excuse me. Give him some space." A beautiful girl made her way through the crowd and just hugged Mikeal.
Who was lost about the whole thing, he didn't understand what was happening and why were these people treating him like he was an iconic star or an honorable hero.
The beautiful girl's name was Natasha Slaugh, she had blonde hair tied in a ponytail, she had golden eyes and she was definitely those kind of girls who were popular in school.
"Hello there handsome, my name is Natasha Slaugh but you can call me Nat." Natasha had her arms around Mikeal's neck.
Mikeal charmed by Natasha's beauty, "I-uhm, I'm-"
"Pardon me, excuse me." Another girl's voice was making its way to Mikeal and Natasha.
The girl just said thank you and separated Natasha from Mikeal and pulled him away from the crowd.
"Alexia? What the hell is going on?" Mikeal looking for an explanation.
Alexia had managed to drag him out of the infirmary and they were now standing outside.
"You're welcome." Alexia just kept pulling him.
They entered another building, this building was different from the other outside building. This one was huge and humongous, it was one of the biggest buildings in the whole military.
The building was the headquarters, inside it was full of different rooms take it like one of the largest and biggest malls in the world and inside it had every single store known to the world.
"What are we doing here and where are you taking me?" Mikeal tried to slow down.
But Alexia wasn't having it, "would you just come." She kept on pulling him.
Finally they got into one of the rooms, inside this room were statues of the fallen heroes who have died during war against the cannibals. Mikeal walking around reading every single one of their names, until he came across Solomon's statue and he read what was written on his stone.
"Solomon Grant, a friend, a brother and a father. But most importantly a brave soldier."
His face was now saddened and Alexia saw this hence why she didn't want them to stop and look at everything.
"I'm sorry scar, but you just have to trust me." Alexia's voice now heavy.
Mikeal just let himself loose and gave in to Alexia after being so resistant for so long, she took him in the other side of the memorial room.
This other side of the room was crowded but not like the infirmary crowded just a couple of students.
"Please excuse us." Alexia cutting in the crowd.
Mikeal finally had it, "Okay where are you taking me?"
"Just look." Alexia moves his head to see what's written in the wall.
Since the military was way advanced in technology on the wall appeared a holographic list of every single student and their graded level.
The first top were written low grades from one to three, each list had a total number of five students grouped together. Then Mikeal went to the bottom part of the list and he read the names written last.
'Alexia Sky, Celine Gates, Hector House, Griffin Hart and the one last name was Mikeal Park.'
Those names were the last names even if they were the first ones to take the test, real reason they were written last was because this five was the highest graded first year students all graded at level five... Which meant that they top of their first year class.
"There you guys are?" Hector joined them.
Mikeal couldn't believe what he was seeing with his eyes, "H-h-how is even this possible?"
"Well you better believe it." Sgt. Damascus and Lt. Ashley Grey came to them.
They weren't all by themselves with them they were accompanied by Griffin and Celine who were walking behind them.
"You three better come with us." Lt. Ashley Grey called them.
The room suddenly got still and silent when these two walked in and everyone had shifted and avoided making eye contact with either Lt. Ashley Grey and Sgt. Damascus.
Feeling the aura of the room, everyone was scared of answering so Mikeal broke the ice.
"Okay."
All three followed them and the moment they left the room and went over to the memorial room, the students who were scared all took a breather.
"Phew! That was close." One of the male students sighed.
Everywhere they went all eyes were locked on them especially Mikeal, who was now such a big deal. Walking behind the other he was walking with Hector.
"Hector, what the hell is going on?" Mikeal whispered.
"Come on, don't pretend like you don't know." Hector replied.
It's not that Mikeal was acting up or pretending like he doesn't know what the hell is going on or why the hell is everyone else suddenly obsessed with him out of nowhere.
Passing both military soldiers and students Sgt. Damascus and Lt. Ashley Grey were both greeted with respect while this five were just stared.
"Wow, talk about staring much." Griffin talking to the girls.
They came across a couple of group students who were busy looking at something on one of the student's smart card, when they saw them coming the students quickly stopped watching whatever they were watching.
All just looking at them as they pass them.
"Is that him?" One of the male students asked.
"Shh! Keep your voice down do you want them to hear you?" Another one of the male students reprimanded him.
This was a very weird day for Mikeal who was still clueless on what is really going on today out of all days, this kind of attention he received from the others gave him great discomfort.
And walking for quite some time Sgt. Damascus opened a door to his office and everyone entered and he closed the door behind.
