LIAN
Taking risks isn't one of my characteristics. But it seems like the more I am spending my days with Kian, it is becoming a habit. And I absolutely despise it. I mean who likes to take risks? At least I don't. I don't care if you call me boring for this or whatever.
But nowadays, I am risking it all without thinking twice. Like now I just snuck a few letters from Oliver from Andreas' desk when Kian was busy studying that stupid Saber. Lucky for me the letters were just right in front of me, laid out on the tabletop. It appears that the God of Luck, indeed, sometimes forgets about the animosity she has against me and helps me a little.
Good thing. I am not complaining. But what should I come up with to explain the shuffling sound that the papers made when I was tucking them away?
Kian stares at me, unblinking, his eyes narrowed with suspicion and I curse myself as I fight to keep my expression neutral.
Calm down, Liam. He is just suspicious. Don't raise his suspicion.
