Sasuke was already furious after fainting.
Now, seeing Haruto smirking only made his rage boil over.
"What are you laughing at?!"
His voice was cold, dripping with arrogance.
Even though his chakra reserves were drained, Sasuke now had Three-Tomoe Sharingan in both eyes.
He was no longer the same as before.
And if this man dared to mock him again, Sasuke swore he would make him pay.
Haruto chuckled lightly, his eyes filled with mocking amusement.
"How pathetic."
Sasuke's face twisted in anger.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!"
His blood-red Sharingan spun violently, the six tomoe gleaming with deadly intensity.
Kakashi's one visible eye widened in disbelief.
"Sasuke… actually awakened Three-Tomoe Sharingan?! Already?!"
It was unthinkable for a Genin to reach this stage so quickly.
This level of progress was far beyond anything Kakashi had expected.
"If that's the case… I'll have to keep a closer eye on him," he thought.
Despite his duty as Team 7's leader, Kakashi also felt a personal responsibility toward Sasuke.
Perhaps, if guided properly, Sasuke could grow into a pillar of Konoha, rather than…
He quickly pushed the dark thoughts aside.
The other Genin were stunned by Sasuke's transformation.
"Sasuke-kun, your eyes…!" Ino gasped in awe.
"Sasuke, what happened to your Sharingan?!" Sakura rushed forward, concerned.
Shikamaru, ever the strategic thinker, remained calm but intrigued.
"The Sharingan…" he muttered, rubbing his chin.
"One of the three great Dōjutsu of the Shinobi world."
"Alongside the Hyuga clan's Byakugan and the legendary Rinnegan of the Sage of Six Paths," he continued.
"The Uchiha's Sharingan can see through illusions, copy ninjutsu, and grow stronger with each stage of its evolution."
He glanced at Sasuke's newly evolved eyes, his expression unreadable.
"And with Three-Tomoe Sharingan… Sasuke might be the strongest Genin in Konoha right now."
Sasuke smirked, clearly relishing the attention.
"Hmph. Of course, I am."
But then, his expression darkened.
His gaze locked onto Haruto, and without hesitation, he pulled out a kunai.
"You laughed at me just now… didn't you?"
"Sasuke-kun, stop!" Ino quickly stepped in front of him.
"Don't do this!"
Sasuke's expression remained cold.
"Move aside, Ino."
His voice carried no warmth—only indifference.
"He dared to mock an Uchiha… I won't let that slide."
Haruto remained completely relaxed, leaning lazily against the counter.
"You kids are so arrogant these days."
His voice was calm, but his eyes carried a sharp glint.
"Do you actually think your Sharingan makes you invincible?"
Sasuke stiffened.
Haruto's words echoed eerily in his mind…
Words that sounded exactly like what his brother Itachi once told him.
Sasuke's eyes widened in realization.
"This man… knows something."
Haruto stepped forward, completely unbothered by Sasuke's hostility.
"Let me guess… you saw yourself defeating Itachi in the mirror, right?"
Sasuke's body tensed.
His grip on the kunai tightened.
"How… how do you know that?!"
Haruto placed a hand on the Mirror of Erised.
"This mirror shows people their deepest desires."
He glanced at Ino with a teasing smirk.
"Right, Ino?"
Ino's face turned beet red.
"Agh, you're so annoying!" she yelled, turning away in embarrassment.
Chōji scratched his head awkwardly.
"Oh… so that's why I saw endless food."
Kiba grinned.
"I saw myself becoming Hokage! So cool!"
Naruto immediately turned toward him.
"Tch! What?! I'M going to be Hokage!"
The two boys immediately started wrestling.
Sakura sighed, rubbing her temples.
"Idiots."
Haruto's expression darkened slightly.
He turned back to Sasuke.
"You want to kill your brother, don't you?"
Sasuke gritted his teeth.
His fists shook with rage.
"I WILL kill him."
"I don't care what it takes!"
His voice was filled with raw hatred.
Sakura looked at him, eyes full of worry.
She never imagined that the person Sasuke swore to kill… was his own brother.
Haruto scoffed.
"How naïve."
Sasuke snapped his head up in fury.
"What did you just say?!"
Haruto sighed.
"Do you actually think your three-tomoe Sharingan is enough to beat him?"
"Foolish child."
Sasuke's entire body stiffened.
His mind flashed back to that night.
The night Itachi massacred their entire clan.
Those terrifying blood-red eyes…
The ones far stronger than his own Sharingan.
Haruto's next words sent chills down Sasuke's spine.
"You know… ordinary Sharingan is completely useless against Mangekyō."
"Mangekyō Sharingan…" Sasuke muttered.
"So that's what his eyes were called…"
Kakashi's breath hitched.
"Mangekyō Sharingan… that's the true name of that accursed power?"
How did Haruto know all this?
Sasuke's mind raced with possibilities.
Haruto leaned in with a smirk.
"You want to know more?"
"Then start smashing some eggs."
"1998 ryo per egg. No discounts."
He grinned.
"Who knows? Maybe you'll get your own Mangekyō Sharingan… if you're lucky."
