Atlast the war has ended in the vampire world but not ended in the mortal world.
Melly still have a family to avenge for their death and this time she got the help from her four team and family..... selene, zyren, Ezra and Arkins.
After stepping back into the mortal world, Melly and the others didn't attack immediately. Instead, they found a place to rest and strategize. This wasn't just another fight—this was a battle against people who had power, influence, and the means to protect themselves. Unlike the vampires, Nabi's parents and Mr. Nim had no magic, but they had something just as dangerous—guns, security forces, and an entire network built to ensure their survival.
Melly sat in the dimly lit room of the abandoned warehouse they had chosen as their hideout. Arkins leaned against the wall, his sharp eyes scanning her face.
"They'll be expecting you," he said. "The new Melly isn't a mystery to them. They know you're coming."
Selene folded her arms. "And they won't hold back. They know magic can't be stopped with guns, but they'll make sure you never get close enough to cast a spell."
Melly exhaled, her fingers tapping on the table. "Then we'll have to make them think I'm already broken."
Ezra raised a brow. "What?"
"I'll act like I'm shattered," Melly explained. "Like I lost everything and have nothing left. That way, they'll let their guard down. And when they do, we strike."
Arkins smirked. "You really do love mind games, don't you?"
Melly gave him a look. "It's not a game. It's survival."
Zyren clapped his hands together. "Alright then. Let's make them believe they've already won."
---
Melly made her first move by appearing in a public space, looking lost, weak, and vulnerable. She wandered the streets like a girl who had lost her purpose, dressed in worn-out clothes with her hair unkempt.
It didn't take long for word to reach Nabi's parents and Mr. Nim. Their security teams reported Melly's presence in town, and soon enough, a black SUV pulled up near her.
The back window rolled down, revealing Nabi's father, his sharp gaze locking onto her.
"You look… different," he remarked. "Not the fierce little sorceress I remember."
Melly lowered her head. "I lost," she whispered. "I lost everything."
Nabi's mother smirked. "Is that so?"
Mr. Nim, sitting beside them, chuckled. "So, you finally learned that revenge leads to nothing, hmm?"
Melly clenched her fists but kept her expression empty. "I have nowhere to go. If you want me dead, do it now."
The three exchanged glances. Then, Nabi's father sighed. "We don't kill people unnecessarily, Melly." He stepped out of the car, standing in front of her. "We just make sure threats are dealt with."
Mr. Nim smirked. "And if you're no longer a threat, then maybe we can come to an understanding."
Melly stayed silent, waiting.
"Come with us," Nabi's mother said. "We'll figure out what to do with you."
That was exactly what Melly wanted.
---
They took Melly to their estate—a high-security mansion surrounded by armed guards. They didn't fully trust her, but they thought she was broken enough to be contained.
What they didn't know was that Melly wasn't alone.
As soon as she stepped inside, she whispered a single spell under her breath. It was subtle—so soft it sounded like a breath.
And then… chaos erupted.
The power cut off. The security cameras went dark. The guards at the gate suddenly collapsed, unconscious from the sleeping spell woven into the air.
The mansion doors burst open, and Arkins, Zyren, Ezra, and Selene stormed in, moving like shadows.
Nabi's father reached for his gun, but Melly was faster. She raised her hand, and with a flick of her fingers, the gun flew from his grip, clattering to the floor.
Mr. Nim pulled out a knife, but Arkins was already there, pinning him against the wall.
Nabi's mother tried to escape, but Selene grabbed her, twisting her arm behind her back.
Melly stepped forward, her expression cold. "You thought you could erase me," she said quietly. "You thought you could kill my family and never face the consequences."
Nabi's father struggled against her magic. "You're making a mistake, girl—"
Melly's eyes glowed. "No. You did."
With a final incantation, she sent them all into unconsciousness.
When they woke up, they were tied to chairs in the center of their own living room.
Arkins leaned against the wall. "So, what's the plan? Do we finish them here?"
Melly shook her head. "No. Death is too easy."
She turned to Nabi's parents. "You built your empire on lies, on controlling people. Let's see how you survive when the world knows the truth."
Selene grinned. "Oh, I like where this is going."
Using Arkins' connections in the vampire world and Selene's ability to manipulate information, they leaked every secret, every crime, every illegal deal Nabi's family had ever done. Within hours, law enforcement was swarming the estate, arresting them for crimes they could no longer hide from.
Melly watched as the police dragged them away, their screams fading into the night.
Mr. Nim was taken too, his influence shattered.
The revenge was complete.

A New Dawn
As the sun began to rise, Melly stood on a rooftop, looking over the city. Arkins joined her, wrapping an arm around her waist.
"It's over," he said.
Melly nodded. "Yeah."
"Do you feel better?"
She thought about it for a moment before answering. "I feel… free."
Zyren and Ezra appeared behind them. "So, what's next?" Ezra asked.
Melly smirked. "A new life."
Selene crossed her arms. "With us?"
Melly turned to face them, her heart feeling lighter than ever.
"Together," she said.
And with that, they left the past behind, stepping into a future filled with endless possibilities.
