I went to the Uzukage's office with a copy
of my new seal.

I ended it saying " This seal can now make objects float easily and I wanted further study in to motion fuinjutsu to make it move, by combining my seal and one motion fuinjutsu we could make a groundbreaking discovery " I made seeds in his heart that will make him excited.
He said slowly " This seal surely has a potential and I would leave it at your hands to continue developing, just leave a copy of it in the advanced library and the normal library " my excitement died down but this still what I was hoping for.
I could come and go as I please to the advanced library from now on and that
would make knowledge further develop and that would allow me create what I want in the future.
I said " Uncle can you suggest few motion seals for me because I don't know if there are many motion seals In the library " with expectations.
He replied " There are quite a lot but I suggest you to read the Accelerator Seal that is easy and effective one to make objects move but I would also recommend you to other seals but most of them seem to restrict motion so you go and study them and if you have questions come and ask me " that gave me a more motivation.
Our conversation changed topic to topic and we chatted for a while.
I asked " Uncle what is the update of the outside Uzushio, is there any signs of war or something " I was seriously curious of the elemental nations since I have never been out of the village.
There is a lot of things I should do and one of those is to visit every single village and famous places that the anime and manga didn't explore well.

I thought that the reason for the second ninja war the unequal results of the first ninja war and it started as factions formed between alliances.
Also the use military forces to expand territories saying that is their rights. This led to the second ninja war.
So it's not far if the countries start forming factions and they may already have their military forces invading others saying it their rights.
He continued " But even if the war started unknowingly, we are still ready and have been since a year ago. But now that you mentioned the outside nations i should make the anbus look for information so that we won't be caught off guard " I breathed sigh of relief.
He continued " We made the village defence seals to be all time high and there are many sensory seals that are in place. We made sure the village won't be reached at all. Aside from the Paper explosion seal we also deployed many illusion seals in the coast areas that will be vulnerable and these seals doesn't work like usual illusions of the uchiha but rather these illusions will make you go around the same place like you are in a loop " I sweat dropped.
Isn't this overkill. Why was he so paranoid. Maybe this is necessary because we will be facing three of the five great villages maybe even konoha in the shadows.
