I walked towards the hokage office inside the hokage tower. Even though I was exchanging bright smiles and enthusiastic greetings with the passing ninjas, my heart was anything but calm. It has been 12 years since I got scammed by the legendary God of isekai, "The truck kun".
Even now, when I remember that night it sends shivers down my spine.
I had just finished a normal late night gaming session when that ominous pop up ad appeared on my screen. The ad said, "the survey of the legendary truck kun ! Here is the chance to get a ticket to another world." I got curious and clicked on the ad.
It was nothing suspicious. Just a normal poll.
There were a lot of Anime world isekai options. Even though One Piece was my favourite anime, it was rather dangerous. So I simply clicked on the Naruto world option. It was by no means a peaceful world. But I also needed some in my fantasy life, so why not ? There was even an option to choose any two cheat powers. Obviously I chose two cheats which had the greatest potential in the available options. Wisdom lord Raphael and gluttonous king Beelzebub. I clicked on the submit button and went to sleep, forgetting about the poll entirely. But the next day, when I was returning from a local fast food chain I became the victim of truck kun and appeared here in the world of shinobi and Chakra. Being reborn was anything but funny. By the time my mind regained its clarity, I found myself in an orphanage of the hidden leaf village, born just a year after the second great shinobi war broke out. It was a nightmarish situation. But since I got reincarnated in the Naruto world, I believed that I also would have gotten my cheats that I had selected that night. But no matter how much I screamed in my mind, no wisdom lord Raphael replied to me. So that was my back story. It is a story in which, that time I got scammed by Truck kun....
12 years after I was born in the world of Naruto, many things have happened. First of all, I got a new name, Usagi. I have accepted the hellish life of a shinobi. Fortunately, my gender didn't change after my reincarnation. The memories of my previous life also remained in that along with my IQ and all of my knowledge. Using the knowledge of my previous life and the knowledge that I gained in this life, I had managed to earn a stable place in the hidden leaf village. Originally after learning how dangerous shinobi life was, I was thinking about becoming a civilian. But as I spent my time in an orphanage, I realized two things. First of all I had a lot of chakra. And secondly, if any child has a lot of Chakra and despite that he shows no interest in becoming a shinobi, then he mysteriously disappears from the orphanage. Obviously after reaching this conclusion after my careful observation, I choose the path of a shinobi at the age five.
My academy days were nothing special. By the time I joined the Academy, Minato and his class were already attending their final year. And on top of that I found my class filled with mostly orphans or low ranking clan members of different Clans. So I did not get distracted in my early Academy years. It was a blessing and a curse at the same time. Although I wanted to improve myself and achieve a passable level of strength before I face life and death situations, it was impossible to do in my class. I didn't want to stand out too much in my early years. So my personal improvement in combat remained stagnant for the first three years of the academy. So during those times, I focused on extra curricular studies and picked up fuinjutsu as my primary path for advancement. Finally in the 4th year I applied for a class promotion exam and passed, going directly to the final year.
Four years after I joined the academy, I officially graduated as the genius of my generation.
By that time I had learnt many dark things about the village from various resources. So after carefully planning my future, I decided to join the hokage faction.
For promising genins like me, there were generally two paths to select.
The first one was to show promise. But not too much. Become a genius, but not a monster. And finally get into the good graces of the third hokage by buttering him up every once in a while.
The second one was to show too much promise and prove yourself to be a monster.
Obviously the first path was the safest option. So I chose that one.
But my life had decided to fuck me up in every turn. One year after I became a genin, our team was sent on a supply mission, when we were attacked by the shinobi from the hidden stone. Time managed to survive the ambush because of my barriers. But my teammates and the jounin instructor were not that lucky. That day I awakened Sharingan. I had blonde hair and blue eyes before but I somehow had awakened Sharingan. Not one tomoe either. Directly two tomoes. Realising what it could mean for my future, I decided to hide my eyes for good. Sure Sharingan could greatly increase my combat powers but I didn't want to get kicked out from the safe zone of the Hokage faction. Since I was showing a lot of promise in becoming a fuinjutsu grand master, hokage allowed me to learn medical ninjutsu for the next 6 months and remain in the village. I used that opportunity to use my magic red eyes in secret and learn as much as I could. I even managed to recreate my own version of Chakra enhanced strength. One and half years have passed since then. While I have revealed my increased strength little by little, I have also created an eccentric persona. Considering that despite knowing Might Guy's strength of the 8 gates, Danzo and Hiruzen refrained from recruiting him to his personal forces just because of his eccentric attitude, I had chosen that embarrassing facade to protect myself. Obviously I didn't go on shouting youth all over the village. But I developed a facade of a cute and innocent social butterfly. It helped me in many ways. Somehow I managed to develop a friendly relationship with Might Duy, Sakumo, Kushina, Mikoto, Minato and Jiraiya. But for some reason, Tsunade avoided me completely and I stayed out of Orochimaru's way for obvious reasons. Life was going smoothly for a year. I even managed to achieve the rank of a chunin at the age 11.
But then around 2 weeks ago, that cursed mission appeared. It was a mission to check the sensory sealing array around 5 different border outposts in between the land of fire and the land of forest. Obviously after achieving the title of a fuinjutsu level nine master, reaching the level of Kushina Uzumaki, I was not going alone. Along with me there was a squad of hokage's Anbu along with a normal group of three Chunins with a Jounin as their leader, escorting me. But around the time we reached our third outpost, we were attacked by 30 hidden stone ninjas. It was a well prepared ambush. They finished off all the three Chunins in their first attack. After realizing that holding back was not an option, I had to show my strength in order to not end up dead. In the end, without even using Sharingan, I ended up killing 16 shinobi, which included seven jounins and nine Chunins all on my own. And I did that without sustaining a single injury. Scratch that, there wasn't a spec of dust on my clothes after the fight.
Obviously this kind of achievement cannot be ignored by the village. After the fight ended, I acted like I had suffered from Chakra exhaustion. But it wasn't enough. After giving me a few days to rest, here I am, going to meet the hokage.
After reaching the door I prepared myself. Knowing his pedofile nature, hokage would let me go as long as I maintain my previous personality. The way my body was growing, it was obvious that I have some superior genes that would give me some superior assets in the near future. So the old man would be lenient as long as I act as my cute usual self.
*Knock Knock*
"Grandpa hokage, can I come in ?"
