EPISODE 3 – "DEAD SILENCE"

Genre: Crime, Investigation, Thriller, Action

Location: Mumbai

---

Opening Scene

(Darkness. The sound of dripping water echoes. A faint light flickers, revealing an old, abandoned warehouse in the heart of Mumbai.)

A loud gunshot breaks the silence. The camera zooms in on a lifeless body sprawled on the cold cement floor. A bloody handprint smears the nearby wall. The shattered screen of a smartphone lies beside the body, buzzing with an incoming call.

The scene cuts to a mysterious figure wearing gloves, picking up the phone and answering in a disguised voice:

Mysterious Figure (low tone):

"It's done."

The figure walks away, leaving behind a small black chess piece next to the body.

BLACK SQUAD HQ – EARLY MORNING

At the bustling Black Squad headquarters, A.C.P. Sulaiman Qazi is briefing his team when a junior officer rushes in.

Junior Officer (urgent):

"Sir, we have a homicide in Sion. High-profile case."

A.C.P. Qazi (raising an eyebrow):

"Who's the victim?"

The officer hesitates, then hands over a file. Qazi's face darkens as he flips through it.

A.C.P. Qazi (grimly):

"Arjun Kapoor. He was an investigative journalist… and he was working on exposing Mumbai's biggest underground syndicate."

The squad exchanges tense glances.

Inspector Imran Wani (serious):

"Looks like someone didn't want his story to go public."

Officer Sameer (checking the report):

"Cause of death: A single bullet wound to the head. No forced entry. No signs of struggle. It's a clean hit."

A.C.P. Qazi (thinking aloud):

"Which means the killer knew him… or was a professional."

---

CRIME SCENE – SION WAREHOUSE

The squad arrives at the warehouse, now cordoned off. Forensic experts are already working.

Constable Meera (pointing to the chess piece):

"Sir, look at this. A black knight chess piece, placed next to the body."

Inspector Imran Wani (examining it closely):

"It's not just a murder. It's a message."

They scan the scene. Imran picks up the victim's broken phone, trying to retrieve data.

A.C.P. Qazi (to forensics):

"Find out the last call he made. And get me security footage from nearby buildings."

Just then, Officer Sameer finds a burned notebook in the corner. He carefully retrieves it, flipping through partially legible notes. One phrase stands out:

"The Knight's Order is watching. Trust no one."

Inspector Imran Wani (reading aloud):

"The Knight's Order? Sounds like some underground group."

A.C.P. Qazi (narrowing his eyes):

"Or an assassin's signature."

---

LEADS & INTERROGATIONS

The investigation takes them to Arjun's news office, where they question his colleague, Rhea Menon.

Rhea Menon (nervous, sipping coffee):

"Arjun had been digging into a powerful crime syndicate. He believed they had ties to politicians. Two days ago, he told me… if anything happens to him, I should find a man named Vikram Joshi."

Inspector Imran Wani (noting down):

"Vikram Joshi. Who is he?"

Rhea Menon (whispering):

"A whistleblower. He was going to give Arjun proof."

The team rushes to track down Vikram Joshi, only to find his apartment broken into, ransacked… and him missing.

A.C.P. Qazi (clenching his fists):

"Someone is erasing all evidence."

Suddenly, a muffled sound comes from the closet. Imran kicks it open, revealing Vikram—bound and gagged!

---

ACTION SEQUENCE – CHASE THROUGH MUMBAI

Before they can free Vikram, masked assassins storm the apartment, guns blazing! A high-octane shootout erupts as the squad takes cover.

Imran slides across a table, firing at an attacker.

Sameer throws a chair at one of the gunmen.

A.C.P. Qazi uses precise shots to take down two men.

Meera grabs Vikram and shields him as bullets fly past.

The attackers flee, jumping onto motorcycles. The squad gives chase through Mumbai's crowded streets!

Imran jumps onto a moving rickshaw, firing at the escaping bikers.

A.C.P. Qazi commandeers a bike, weaving through traffic.

Sameer takes a shortcut through a market, leaping onto a moving truck to cut them off.

Finally, Qazi shoots out the tires of one bike, making the assassin crash into a stall. The squad corners the last gunman.

A.C.P. Qazi (grabbing him by the collar):

"Who sent you?"

The gunman smirks, revealing a poison capsule hidden in his teeth. Before they can stop him, he bites down—dead in seconds.

---

FINAL REVEAL

Back at HQ, they interrogate Vikram, who finally spills the truth.

Vikram Joshi (panting):

"The Knight's Order… it's not just a syndicate. It's an international organization that controls everything—politicians, businessmen, even law enforcement. They don't just kill people. They erase them."

The room goes silent.

A.C.P. Qazi (to his team):

"This isn't just a murder case. It's bigger. And we just put ourselves on their radar."

As the episode ends, a shadowy figure watches the squad from a rooftop, talking into a phone.

Shadowy Figure (coldly):

"The Black Squad is getting too close. Send them a message."
