Do-Yun, true to his word had set an alarm, bad news: It was set 10 minutes too late. He just can't catch a break, realizing this, He throws on his school clothes, grabs his skate shoes, and his regular shoes, a bathcloth, scrubs himself, fast, and starts rolling out the door, he booked it all the way to his school in record time, he could feel his awareness sharpening with each step, and he sped up, his body felt like it was in the best condition of its life. He felt the wind in his face as he crashed through the door and rolled into class.
"Made it!" Do-Yun said as he finally got into class. Homeroom had barely started and he made it quite literally at the last second.
"Nice of you to join us, Mister Min."
Do-Yun didn't feel like being sassed by a teacher "Yeah, Nice to be here." Do-Yun groaned as he got up to take his seat.
all the students went back to talking as whispers and murmurs but Do-Yun heard whispers of a "Havoc Rank" Gate. A gate on the verge of a Dungeon break due to overpopulation.
The day goes as planned. Oddly enough, Do-Yun was feeling lucky that day, until a screech and multiple roars were heard nearby, and everyone's phones began to light up and beep loudly. Do-Yun looked at his phone and looked at the notice on his phone.
EMERGENCY NOTICE: DUNGEON BREAK IN SEOUL, MONSTERS FROM THE GATE DIMENSIONS ARE NOW WANDERING THE STREETS! HIDE AND WAIT FOR BLAZER'S ASSISTANCE!!!
Do-Yun couldn't believe it. Now shit has hit the fan and there's almost nothing he could do about it. Almost.
"EVERYONE LOCK THE DOOR!" The teacher said some students peeked out the window, Only to find a couple of monsters breaking in. Do-Yun however fled to the bathroom.
"Sorry, everyone. Inventory."
Suddenly, the second floor door flies off the handle, its audible from the bathroom in which Do-Yun was hiding, he could hear the monsters banging the door to his classroom, his heart was racing, and he looked to his inventory.
"Boy am I glad I brought those skate shoes..." Do-Yun said to himself as he heard his classmates screaming in horror, he took off his shoes and began swapping it with his skate-shoes, he tightened the laces, then looked at his inventory once more and took out the pipe and came from the bathroom, across the hall, he could see that the two monsters who made it to the second floor were a pair of Goblin Champions. Rolling out of the bathroom, his long pipe looked like a small war hammer.
"[Transport Link]!!" Do-Yun mumbled, that familiar feeling of mana flowing from head to toe to mentally connect him to the shoes with retractable wheels in them. The wheels engage.
"Forward." The wheels spur forward in that moment.
"Hey Ugly! Pick on someone your own size!" Do-Yun sped toward the goblin Champions, slamming his Hammer-like pipe into one of their faces. A successful hit sent the goblin stumbling back, Do-Yun's wheels stopped just as the goblin Champion he hit recovers.
The System gave him a notice.
"WARNING, YOU ARE FIGHTING AN ENEMY FAR ABOVE YOUR LEVEL"
Do-Yun's heart dropped. He gripped his pipe in fear but then remembered, he was faster than a pair of overgrown goblins. He planned to capitalize on it.
"I don't care." Do-Yun told the system. It seemed to respond by getting rid of the notice.
"Through skill alone, I'll whittle them down until they can's stand!" Now with determination mixing into his adrenaline, he has the "Aggro" of both Goblin Champions and Do-Yun begins riding away at high speed, even jumping down the staircase, falling, rolling, and getting back up and leading the two goblin champions to the Gym, somewhere that had far more room, he turned around to see the Goblin Champions' eyes glowing blood red as they roar.
"Tsk..." not only are you ugly...You're loud and smelly too! Forward!!" Do-Yun rides at high speed toward the Goblin Champion he had fought before, however, he didn't account for the second one to block his path and attempt to attack with a rusty sword, in a moment of quick thinking, he pivots and makes distance. It was going to take a while to fight two Goblin Champions at the same time at Level 0.
Do-Yun adjusted his strategy and ride at the nearest one, striking anywhere, using the momentum from his speed to fuel the power of his hits, he didn't just go for the face and head, he went for the knee, ribs and even their rusted swords, hoping they would break due to their poor maintenance then slipped out of range before the goblin Champions could counter attack. He was poking, Hit and run to whittle down the condition of both Goblin Champions, neither of which could really do much against his speed, no matter how much they chased him.
"HAAAAAA" He attacked again, hitting one of their ankles, forcing one of them to take a knee. When he turned around he sighed in relief, but then he saw the goblins communicate to each other in a series of grunts and high pitched sounds.
"Whatever your planning...I wont let it happen. He sped toward the Goblin Champion that was still on it's feet, surprising it.
"Surprised!? Here's everything I can do!" Do-Yun smirked, trying to keep up his fascade, in reality, his mana was already half way through, and all he could do was either hold out or fight until he couldn't. He attacked multiple times, targeting it's ankles with each attack until he heard it break, he pivots, spins and keeps his distance.
