Next day max and Arcee picked up Jack who was on a school break max told June that him and Jack were going to hang out which was somewhat true.
In an open field max and Jack were riding Arcee.
Arcee: hang on tight boys.
She then speed up and catching Jack by surprise.
Max: what's with you today?
Arcee: I figured you two would like a ride since Jack was shot at when he and I first meet.
Jack: yeah this is actually better.
In another part of the open field bulkhead was driving near a cliff Sonia was in the driver seat while miko was beside her.
Nico: oh come on it will be thrilling and besides bulkhead can handle it.
Sonia: for the last time no! Bulkhead maybe a living car but he's not a monster truck. And I'm honestly surprised on how you're are still alive.
Nico: party pooper.
Sonia: no I'm not a party pooper! I'm someone who is making sure that a Japanese girl doesn't get herself killed!
Bulkhead just listened to the argument between these girls and he felt like Sonia is acting like a mom to Nico.
In another part Peter Ralph and bee were playing a racing game to were bee was destroying both of the humans.
Peter: bee I swear if you wreck me during the game one more time I'm going to ring your neck.
Ralph: calm down Peter bee's been driving more than us.
Peter: yeah sure but this big guy doesn't have to wreck me not twice but four times.
Bee: (I'm better get good)
Peter: he insulted me didn't he?
Ralph: no he didn't he just said that we should get going.
Peter looked at his wrecked car in the game and he swore vengeance on bee for this.
The 3 autobots and humans ran to each other and they entered the base and saw ratchet and Optimus talking but they stopped when they came but the exorcist saw that those stances.
They saw those same stances in the adults when something was going on.
Optimus: autobots prepare to-
He stopped when his optics landed on the 3 humans more specifically Jack Nico and Ralph.
He was worried that if they leave the base the 3 of them would be vulnerable.
Max Sonia and Peter are superhuman but he was more worried about with the conclusion that megatron has dark energon he wasn't sure what he was planning.
Arcee: roll out?
Optimus: to remain here. me and are going to go investigate something and we might be off line for a while in the mean time you're in charge.
Arcee: Optimus with all due respect aside from max Peter and Sonia the other 3 are just children and besides I mean no offense yet ratchet hasn't fought since the war.
Ratchet: I may be rusty but my ears function just as well thank you very much.
Sonia: classic old man talk. Or in this case old bot
Ratchet: I heard you.
Optimus: it's just for the moment it's just reconnaissance.
Arcee: then why does your voice have an edge?
Optimus: things have changed in the last 24 hours all need to adapt. Ratchet the bridge?
He got the message and started up the ground bridge.
And they entered it leaving the remaining humans and autobots.
Jack: so Arcee what's on the agenda?
Arcee: I'm going on patrol.
Max: woah woah woah hey are you serious? You're just going leave us?
Arcee: be the one in charge then you can talk.
Max: yeah I can talk it's irresponsible. God now I'm starting to sound like a parent.
Arcee: look bulkhead will stay with you bee you're with me and bulkhead you're in charge.
Bulkhead: hey wait I-
He didn't get to finish because the two transformed into their vehicles mode and drove off.
Max: After one heartfelt ride she just leave.
Bulkhead: so um what's on the agenda?
A loud piercing sound rang out and it was caused by Nico who was adjusting an amplifier.
Nico: how about a little music?
Max: you do that we will train.
Peter: in what? Free for all?
Max: how about just simple one on ones?
Sonia: I'll take a seat and watch you two wallop on each other.
Jack: wait are you seriously going to fight?
Max: train. not fight.
They were about to move to the top part of the control but the green alarm kicked in and that meant that Fowler was coming down.
Max and the other 2 hid behind the same spot but the other 3 hid behind bulkhead's foot but they noticed that Nico's guitar was still connected.
Sonia: damn it Nico.
Fowler came because of the energon explosion but Nico was making a lot of noise and Fowler noticed and the 3 kids exposed themselves.
And reluctantly the 3 exorcist showed themselves too and the agent doesn't look happy.
Fowler: contact with civilians. Team prime must have lost their minds don't tell me that you're running a daycare?
Sonia: I wanna hit this guy.
Max: easy girl your going to get us in trouble with a government agent.
Sonia: the government can kiss my-
Peter and max covered her mouth and pointed at Ralph.
Who was the youngest of the group.
She got the message and didn't continue.
Jack and the others tried to make an excuse on who they were but obviously that didn't work.
Fowler: that's it all 6 of you are going into federal custody. For your own safety.
Peter: thanks agent but we don't need protection we killed a decepticon our selves.
Fowler: uh huh yeah likely story.
He stopped in his tracks because bulkhead stomped on the ground to get the message across.
Bulkhead: there under our protection.
Fowler: is that so? Well maybe you can explain that to my superiors.
Fowler walked over to a phone booth which the group somehow didn't notice.
Bulkhead was about to crush the phone with his finger but Sonia was way ahead of him.
She disappeared in a blur of speed and grabbed the phone both and picked it up from the ground surprising Fowler and the others aside from max and Peter.
She the broke the phone booth by slamming it against her knee once again surprising the others.
Sonia: sorry agent the phone is broken.
Fowler was too caught off guard by Sonia's superhuman feat that he didn't know what to say.
Peter: so agent you want to stay and find out what we can do? Or you can leave and next time you can show a little more respect to the ones who are doing your job.
Fowler got up and started to back away from the exorcist but he look at bulkhead.
Fowler: this ain't over big foot not by a long shot.
With that Fowler left the base and bulkhead was glad that he was gone.
He then felt a tap on his foot and saw Sonia knocking on his foot.
Sonia: i may not be a big bot but I can still rip metal with my bare hands.
Bulkhead saw the destroyed telephone booth and he felt a chill that if he was human size Sonia would ironically wreck him.
Time passed and all the group did was watch max and the other 2 train and bulkhead watched Sonia's skills and he concluded that if Sonia was a cybertronian she would most likely be a wrecker.
As for the 3 normal humans they watched the whole thing like it was a fighting tv show.
Ralph and Jack didn't exactly see max and Peter take down a decepticon but now seeing there skills and powers up close was another thing.
As for nico she treated this like sport and the 3 had to tell her to quiet down because she was too distracting.
It was Sonia and Peter's turn but an alarm blare up.
Sonia: oh great don't tell me Fowler is already back.
Bulkhead: no it's an s.o.s.
Ralph: an s.o.s? From one of the autobots?
Bulkhead: no it's actually agent Fowler.
Bulkhead tried to find out more information but he didn't know how to work the computer.
Max: I'm guessing you aren't the tech guy huh bulk?
Bulkhead: I'm not. But oh well.
Jack: oh well!? Whether you like him or not the decepticons may have him.
Ralph: not to mention that they would know your location. Our location.
Nico: and also the cons would make him squeal.
Bulkhead: well I can't exactly know where he is not without accidentally breaking the computer.
Peter: Ralph you have any ideas? Because you can work with this so anything you can think of to find him.
Ralph too a moment to think and he thought of a way to locate him.
Ralph: I have an idea.
He then went to explain how to track Fowler and in simple terms the government basically put a tracker on him and Ralph is working on tracking that signal.
The exorcist were impressed by Ralph's hacking skills and oddly enough peter felt like a big brother.
Peter: so max is this how it feels to be a brother figure?
Max: technically I'm the youngest because moline has been around Longer thanks to her being a spirit so I'm the younger brother but she sees me as a big brother figure because I introduced her to the family.
Moline: and that's why your my big bro.
It took some time but Ralph managed to find Fowler's location and with a location on set bulkhead opened the ground bridge.
He enter the but Sonia saw Nico going after bulkhead she damned this girl and rush to get her away from the ground bridge but she got sucked up too.
The guys were too focused on checking Ralph's notes on Fowler's location but max and Peter felt Sonia's presence disappear they looked around and didn't see her and neither did Nico.
The group looked to the ground bridge and they had the same thought.
Group: oh no.
(Bulkhead's pov)
He got out of the ground bridge and saw a decepticon ship.
He was planning on sneaking in but.
Nico: so what's the plan?
Bulkhead: Nico!?
That shout got the attention of a decepticon drone and shot a blast at Nico.
Bulkhead was too slow and he wouldn't make it in time to protect her from the shot.
But Nico was kicked out of the way by Sonia who took the blast directly.
The blast of energy ignited burned at her skin and she was on the ground her body not used to the heat of a plasma blast.
Luckily one massive advantage exorcist have against normal everyday things is that things that can not damage their souls won't do as much as normal because unless the soul is hurt directly they won't suffer much damage but even though this didn't hurt her soul it was a plasma blast which is something Sonia wasn't used to tolerate.
Nico saw Sonia on the ground clutching at her burning wound and felt the urge to scream.
Bulkhead acted quickly and took care of the drone while Nico was helping Sonia who was slowly getting used to the burning sting in her stomach.
Bulkhead managed to take down the drone and walked over to the girls.
Bulkhead: Sonia are you okay?
Sonia: yeah my body is adapting to the stinging burn but more importantly.
She made a fist and socked Nico over the head this time she felt more pain.
Nico: ow!!
Sonia: what the hell is wrong with you!? Are trying to get yourself killed bulkhead was going to take care of this but now you and I are just causing trouble!!
Nico: what don't tell me that you don't want to see a giant robot fight?
Sonia: you more this isn't a game this is life or death do you ever think with your head!?
While the girls were arguing bulkhead decided to call for back up.
Meanwhile back at base.
Jack: I can believe Nico actually went with bulkhead!
Peter: yeah I knew that the girl was an adrenaline junky but this is just suicidal.
Max: it's stupid that's what it is. Let's hope Sonia can keep her out of trouble only her and bulkhead are suited to fight against the cons.
Ralph: so what are we going to do?
Max: me and Peter will go you two stay here don't take this in offense but you would get in the way.
Jack: no I get it.
Ralph: I'm starting up the group bridge.
The group bridge came online and max and Peter ran into the portal leaving Ralph and Jack alone in the base.
Jack: I hope those two get back alive.
Back with bulkhead and Sonia along with Nico they were waiting for Arcee and bumblebee.
Bulkhead: come on arcee bee where are you two.
Nico: bulk the cons could be putting the work on Fowler let's just storm the joint.
Sonia: no because one they might get alerted and get away or two if we break anything important it could end up blowing up the ship along with us!!
The familiar sound of a ground bridge opening sounded out and bulkhead thought it was Arcee and bee but it was max and Peter.
Max saw Nico and he used his black whip to grab her and threw her into the ground bridge before it closed.
Luckily no problem with getting Nico back to base and they both let out a sigh of relief.
Max: well that's one problem down.
Unfortunately they were in an open field and the decepticon drone saw them.
Max/peter: ah crap.
The decepticons started to show at them but max made a black wall to cover them while making small arms to make energy blasts to fire back.
Bulkhead transformed into his vehicle form and drove near the boys.
Sonia: you two get in!
Max and Peter rushed to enter bulkhead and they got there just in time.
Bulkhead then started to drive them away from the battle.
Bulkhead: what are you two doing here?
Max: well mainly to save Nico but that's taken care of and our second priority is Sonia.
Sonia: right here.
Bulkhead stopped behind a few rocks for cover and told them to stay put.
He then went to the decepticons ship and from the look of seeing bots being thrown off the ship yeah bulkhead is going wild.
Sonia: thanks for getting Nico out of trouble I swear she can be a massive headache.
Peter: hey at least we know what a decepticon ship looks like.
They heard steps behind them and max got out a small blade and Sonia got out her kanabo and one made a swing and one slammed it on the ground.
One was an energy slash and another was a green shockwave.
The energy slash passed one of the decepticons and it was cut in two.
Meanwhile the other when the green shockwave landed it legs exploded and energon was being leaked.
Sonia: you know these guys are huge but these are just drones.
Max: yeah I can't believe I'm saying this but we might need to help bulk I don't see any other decepticons fall so he might be getting overwhelmed.
Peter: well max we do have free tickets for a flight right?
Max: shut up and get ready for flight.
Max made two tendrils and wrapped it around Sonia and Peter's waist and made wings and he flew into the air and when he got above the ship he saw bulkhead who indeed was being overwhelmed by numbers.
Sonia: throw me!
He just nodded and he spun around to build momentum and when he built up enough he threw Sonia into the ship.
And with a battle cry her feet landed on ship but then down came the kanabo and a massive green shockwave rocked the whole ship.
Inside a cell starscream fell balance due to the ship rocking.
Starscream: what in the all sparks is going on out there!?
Back to the outside all of the bots legs were completely gone and with one simple move she cleared out the hoard of decepticons.
Bulkhead was stunned by the sudden save but he got back to focus on the important things
Bulkhead: I told you to stay put.
Sonia: well we didn't see any other bots falling so we got worried.
Max and Peter got down to the ship beside Sonia.
Max: we might not been in wars but we have combat experience so like or not we're coming with you.
Bulkhead: ugh fine.
He noticed that one of the drones was crawling away he grabbed and slammed them into the ground.
Bulkhead: where's agent Fowler?
Drone: I ain't talking autobot scum!
Sonia: you want to get thrown into the scrap heap con?
The drone looked at Sonia who had a menacing smile on her face and he felt massive amount of fear from this little green devil.
Drone: he's at the breaks! Now get me away from this human!!
Bulkhead let go of the drone and he crawled away like his life depended on it.
Bulkhead: you really have them a scare.
Sonia: well I used to run a gang of good delinquents so I learned some tricks.
They were about to enter the ship but a ground bridge opened and out came Arcee and bee.
Bulkhead: what took you?
Arcee: traffic but that aside the kids told us what's going and more importantly why are they here?
Bulkhead: we'll believe it or not this damage wasn't me it was Sonia and funny thing one of the drones were terrified of her.
Arcee got down on one knee to be at eye level with the exorcists.
Arcee: look I know that you said that you were used to this kind of stuff but the decepticons are different.
Peter: there just massive tin cans with high weaponry we and unless they have something to hurt our souls they won't take us down that easily.
Sonia: the plasma blast stung like a bitch but my body has already fix that.
Arcee: so are you ready going with this?
Max: I appreciate the concern Arcee but we can handle it.
Arcee: fine but the moment things start going south you will get to safety. understood?
Peter: loud and clear boss lady.
Arcee: alright so where's Fowler?
Bulkhead: he's in the breaks let's hurry we wasted enough time.
They agreed on that and went inside the ship while inside the ship they took care of any decepticons that got in their way.
Max Peter and Sonia were used to fighting big guys so the adapted quickly on how to deal with decepticons.
However one of the drones shot at some cables that were about to explode near the exorcist.
The manage to escape the blast by getting trapped in a room with other decepticon drones.
But they easily took care of them.
Peter: not gonna killing these things are easier than i thought.
Sonia: of course they are we can cut and bust metal like it's nothing.
Max: and not to mention the bots and us make a pretty good team.
Sonia: isn't it kinda weird that we actually get the bots more than we thought? Bulkhead is big but he's a gentle giant.
Peter: yeah bumblebee is an open bot even though I can't understand him but overall he's cool. Though that doesn't mean I'll forgive him for wrecking me 4 times in that game.
Sonia: how about you max?
Max: honestly Arcee reminds me of my mom just that if mikado was a giant robot that can turn into a bike. She's snarky and a strict attitude and she doesn't spoil me as much.I guess that's why I kinda get her character.
Max noticed that Peter and Sonia were looking at him wierdly.
Max: what?
Peter: dude you sound like a guy who met an actual milf a giant milf bot but still.
Max: oh shut the hell up you know exactly what I mean and don't think your innocent either I saw you watching an anime were there was a mild there too.
Peter: hey Ken recommend that to me I didn't have anything else to watch!
Before the two started arguing Sonia socked them in the head.
Sonia: enough of milfs I think I found something that might be important.
She pointed at a computer that has coordinates to something.
Peter: guys I'm not tech genius but I know that something that has a location on some else that's not usually good.
Max: this might be important you guys take a picture of it in case mine my phone is destroyed in all of this mess.
They all took out their phones and took a photo of the computer but right after that they heard knock on the door and when it opened it was a decepticon drone before it could point it's blaster Sonia already bashed it out of the room.
Sonia: and stay out.
They heard honking and they saw the bots pull up.
Max: our pick up ride is here.
They got into their individual bots and drove away.
Arcee: good your safe.
Max: thanks for the concern but I think we found something important.
Arcee: it can wait.
Sonia: did you find Fowler?
Her question was answered when Fowler who looked drunk came from the back talking about pies.
They got out the decepticon ship and drove as far away from it as possible.
Arcee: Ralph bridge us back we got Fowler.
An ground bridge then opened up and they entered in ending back into the base.
The exorcist got out of the bots who transformed into their robot modes as Sonia and Peter held Fowler.
Ralph Nico and Jack came down and ran towards the exorcist.
Jack: you guys actually came back we were worried about you.
Max: we told you that we were going to be fine. And good move on not following me.
Jack: yeah unlike someone.
Nico: oh come on are you still mad at me!?
Sonia/bulkhead: yes!
Sonia: I just can't believe that you went with bulkhead and you were the reason that me Peter and max went to get you.
Before Sonia could continue to argue with Nico the ground bridge opened on its own and out came prime and ratchet who looked rough up.
Max: Optimus! What happened to you.
Optimus: we will explain later for now ratchet attend to us.
Ratchet: already on it.
Ratchet and Optimus started to attend to each other's injuries with ratchet being in a cast.
Arcee: Optimus what happened to you two I thought it's time you explain.
Optimus: we. Engaged an army of undead cyber Tronians.
Peter: wait wait wait! You and ratchet fought against an army of undead robots?
Optimus: yes and it is as i feared megatron has his hands on dark energon.
Max: from the sounds of it dark energon is the opposite of normal energon.
Optimus: indeed dark energon gives life to the dead while normal energon give us life blood. And if megatron is planning to raise an undead army then this might get ugly.
Jack: great we and we don't have anything to know what's megatron's next move.
Max: actually we might or not.
Arcee: oh right you mentioned that you had something on you what is it?
Max took out his phone and showed it to everyone.
Max: Sonia saw this and we felt it was something that the decepticons are planning because the computer is locked on to something and this might be megatron's plan to raise an undead army.
Ratchet used his optics to scan the image and stored it in his brain to transfer the data into the computer.
Time passed and the bots took the three home.
Max was riding on Arcee lost in thought as they were driving back to base and Arcee was getting uncomfortable with the silence.
Arcee: max what's on your mind?
Max: huh? Oh its nothing big I'm still just processing that we might be dealing with an undead army which is something that I never thought of doing.
Arcee: so undead aren't something you are used to?
Max: form movies and other types of media yeah but in real life it's a different thing even though I see dead people who ended up as victims of lost souls.
Arcee: don't worry so much about it you took care of some cons and I'm actually impressed with your skills.
Max: is that an actual compliment or a joke?
Arcee: is a compliment. But I can tell that's not the only thing eating at you what's is it?
Max: I'm just really hoping that whatever I took a picture of is actually something important and not some sort irrelevant thing.
Arcee: I'm not ratchet but I can tell form my optic and me being an intelligence officer bot I can tell those coordinates are leading to a planet's location.
Max: mmm. Hey Arcee does energon have different effects on other beings like can they consume it?
Arcee: no. Organic and energon don't mix.

Max was quite for a moment until his face grew more and more into one of realization.

With that Arcee went faster to get the base and inform Optimus of megatron's plan fortunately Optimus already figured it out but still that mean that they will have to act fast to stop megatron's plan.
