It was the plan she had made after creating the reinforced Shadow clone jutsu, which allowed her to leave her main body in the hands of Kurama and travel outside the village for a prolonged period of time. Of course in case of emergencies she could always return using a transportation seal.
Her bat summons have already promised her to help her in taking care of the children.
But she had to change her plans after receiving the system task to collect Uchiha Shisui as her personal butler as well as save a few other Uchihas just for the sake of it. But of course, unlike the newborn babies, adults are hard to manipulate. So making them loyal to her would take time. Not to mention, leaving them alone outside the village would definitely attract unwanted attention from different powerful people. Naruko has been preparing a secret base in the ruins of the land of whirlpools to sustain the Uchiha for around a year.
But her plan changed again when after the recent attack, Hiruzen contacted Jiraiya through his summon before going to the hospital to check on Kakashi. This gave naruko an opportunity.
After receiving the Karma seal, she could bulldoze her way through the eight trigram seal. At least that's what she used to believe. But after obtaining the Karma seal she has gotten her reality check. The interference of Minato and probably Kushina's Chakra was making it difficult for her to open the seal with the duplicate key she had created for it. At that moment Naruko had to praise Minato's genius. Technically, even if she is defeated and captured by Akatsuki, without the key to open her seal completely, nine tails could never be taken. It was a hidden function of the 8 trigrams seal that was never mentioned in the canon. Apart from slowly filtering and mixing nine tails chakra with her own, the seal also prevented theft of Chakra. They could take it. But they would never be able to take Kurama completely away from her. This type of seal could even take care of the only weakness of a Jinjuriki, that was the Chakra leakage problem during the time of childbirth.
But there was also a major limitation of the eight trigram seal. It could only be applied perfectly over a growing Chakra pathway. That means. Once someone unlocked their Chakra, this seal wouldn't be as effective as it should. That's why the seal was perfect for a newborn child like her.
Now back to her main problem, she needed the proper keys to unlock the seal without damaging her own Chakra pathway. And for that she would need Jiraiya. Technically releasing Kurama did not hold any importance to her main plan. But if it would be possible to free him, then Naruko would do it sooner rather than later.
Of course Naruko knew forcing Jiraiya to obtain the seal would be impossible. Killing him was not an option and someone like Jiraiya would never give her the seal knowing what she might do with it. On top of that, Naruko didn't want to become the enemy of the hidden leaf without a proper reward. Might Guy, Hiruzen Sarutobi and Jiraiya, these were the people whom she would avoid fighting if she could. She would win. But she would rather not pay the cost for her victory. That left Naruko with a single option.
On the other hand, Hiruzen somehow managed to control himself.
"Naruko chan, please calm down. Can I come inside ? If anything troubling you, you can simply ask me…" Hiruzen entered his loving grandfather role as he calmed down Naruko. Naruko didn't resist and invited him inside. She has already made Shisui hide inside the special seal and watch the drama from inside.
"Old-old man…*sob* *sob* I am the nine tails, ain't I ?"
Naruko asked while sobbing. She wiped her tears from her eyes. But during that process, she accidentally slid the string that was holding her top on her shoulder, to the side of her arm, revealing her growing breasts. "That's not important ! Once I get out of here I am forming the FBI ! After that I will raid this fucker's house !" Kurama said angrily.
"Stop shouting like that, will you ? He is not even touching any of my private parts." Just as I told this to Kurama, outside my mindscape, the old man grabbed me from my ass to adjust my sitting position on his lap.
"See ! He is even groping you ! I thought that I was the only one you allowed to clap that ass of yours !" Kurama was determined to give me a headache. But I realized that prolonging the conversation would not be good for me. The old man's hands were accidentally slipping away here and there. While distracting him was my main purpose without him even realizing it, I didn't want to enter any dangerous territory.
"Grandpa…. I understand what you are saying. For now I won't judge anyone. But…..
But can you teach me sealing ? I mean, I just want to feel safe, you know. I mean you don't need to teach me in person. Just for my reassurance, can you ask someone to teach me ? "Good girl. I will send you some more gifts with your study material. For now don't go outside your apartment. Until we catch that dangerous person, it is not safe for you to go outside." Hiruzen gave me the final warning before getting up from his seat and walking out.
Now even if he doesn't tell Jiraiya to teach me I can accidentally encounter him and from there I can figure out my next move.
