[Next Day]
Sarah: **** get up, it's time for school!
(The Matrix is starting.)
(Fuck this life.)
(The Matrix is always a web of repetitive events. Isn't life like that? We wake up, have breakfast, get ready, leave home to go to work or school, finish school, rest at home, and before we know it, the day is over. This routine feels like it's repeating itself.)
(What's the way out of the Matrix? If you ask me, the rich and successful people in the world have managed to escape the Matrix. Can I escape too, dammit? Maybe I've already escaped the Matrix; I can't stop the thoughts and paradoxes in my head.)
Our character gets ready and leaves the house.
[6-7 Minutes Later]
(Where's the minibus?)
Our character returns home.
****: Mom, the minibus still hasn't arrived.
Sarah: Didn't I tell you to get up right away? You missed it.
****: Fuck (In a low voice.)
Sarah: Go on, go to school, don't be late.
****: Okay.
(How am I late? I left on time; I don't know what to say if the driver didn't leave early.)
(How am I going to walk this long way? It takes 10 minutes by minibus, 40 minutes by foot.)
(Am I going to be late? The doorbell is about to ring; I won't make it. If I don't make it, will they send a notification to my mother; I need to deal with that.)
(I can check the notifications on my mother's phone from my own phone, I'll turn them off, and block anyone who sends her messages about this.)
(So what am I going to do? I'll be out all day and have nothing to do; I'll be bored. I have some money, but what can I do with it? I have no idea. Anyway, let's deal with these notifications first.)
Our character turns off the notifications on her mother's phone.
(Okay, what should we do now? I'm really bored and I need to avoid getting caught by my dad; he works around here. I should sit somewhere and check the news. Did Leonardo manage to get the news out as he said?)
Our character sits down and checks the news.
(Wow, that was fast; the media is already talking about it. They were right; these guys can change the country in a day. If they can do that, what they say must be true. I'll write Leonardo a thank you email and ask when I can start. That took a long time; they said they'd get back to me in a few days, but they still haven't said anything.)
Our character emails Leonardo Moretti.
Email: Leonardo, I saw the media coverage you did; thank you very much. You're very good at these things. I also have a question: When should I start? I want to start; it's been a long time.
(Again, we'll wait and see.)
