Zetsu says in a quiet but clear tone not moving from his spot. It's the closest thing to a devils whisper if I had to compare it.
'He has been watching over me I assume, I guess I couldn't escape this guys grasp as a Shimura.'
I think to myself with a cold sweat going down my face. With Danzo being an important part of the Uchiha massacre, that put me in Zetsu's sight and in relation Obito.
I'm not sure how much he knows though, when did he start observing me?
"What are you trying to say." I respond.
"Your dear Ojisan is someone you know very well, ever thought of him stabbing your back. I mean you've seen what he's doing to the Uchiha right. Use you for his goals, then kill you right after when he becomes Hokage..."
Looking at black Zetsu's disgusting grin I get a cold look.
"It's something I think about sometimes."
I say trying to gauge what his goals are. If he's trying to recruit me or influence me to create some chaos then I know I can get away. This was important to wether my survival would be possible in this encounter.
Watching Black Zetsu he starts to walk towards my side.
"You have you loved ones close to you, but your enemies could be closer. If you ever want to leave, my arms are open..." He whisper into my ear as he sinks in the ground.
Goosebumps all over my body.
Soon after this a sudden swirl in the air, in the corner of my eye started to occur near the trees. With the shade blocking most of my vision, it wasn't too hard to guess who the man was with Zetsu here.
'For fuck sake man.'
That was extremely stressful and is something I wouldn't want to happen again.
I guess he wanted me to be on guard or be suspicious of Danzo for some reason. Probably to cause a conflict but I couldn't care less about Ojisan.
He could become Hokage if he wanted
I don't really care.
When everyone else woke up they were confused but didn't question anything. The genjutsu there were put in must of been dangerous.
While Mukai was just knocked out. From his perspective he was awake the whole time and suddenly felt a little tired. Knowing that Obito had genjutsu prowess to that degree was scary, getting past the Byakugan.
Two Jounin with a blood limit made to counter genjutsu.
So much for that…
To be fair though a young Shisui caught Mukai with his MS. So Obito who's had the Mizukage under him was more more dangerous.
Just in case, I had Hizashi check everyone's chakra and Mukai do the same later on.

After a few hours we headed back to Konoha through the large gates. Making our way towards the Hokage's Building.
'That was a hectic C-rank mission, could probably get an S-rank reward if I really tell them. I wouldn't want to risk it though, Zetsu is everywhere.' I think to myself.
Entering the Hokage building I ask a few people where the missions management was.
"Just over to the left then look for the exclamation mark sign on top of a door." I hear a woman say. Thanking her I make my way into the room and head over to the man over the desk.
Most of my earlier missions were given by Hiruzen and not at the desk.
So this was my first time here.
"Hello Shimura-sama! Just finished a mission with your team?"
He says with an upbeat tone.
"Yeah my team and I finished a C-rank mission." I respond trying to match his cheerful energy, but he ended up noticing my tired look.
"That's Konoha's new golden child for you, don't worry killiing is never easy. Just keep working hard and you'll do fine."
The man says trying to cheer me up not knowing the real reason why I'm in this state.
'Yeah I'll make sure not to encounter Obito till the war, too many troublesome situations.'
"Can I check my shinobi id? Not the normal one but the clan issued one"
I ask while curiously glancing at the back where could be seen many sheets of paper with pins on the top of them.
"Sure!"
The man going through a folder grabs a card out of it with my name on it. Before handing it to me though he makes an adjustment.

I say cheerfully giving the card back.
Before I went back home though I confirmed another C-rank mission for my "team" for next Monday as I just want some rest right now.
I will have to get stronger before I do anything big, but most importantly I'll need to survive to see myself get that strong.
I'll wait it out and play safe.
[Time Skip - Few Months]
*Clang*
Two swords could be heard exchanging blows at the Shimura Clans's training grounds.
"You need to speed up, adapt to my hits and react accordingly." I shout. Catching Guren off guard, I start to go on the offence without using much of my strength.
Using my superior speed I slice down in the middle with a bit of power forcing Guren to block it.
Seeing her take advantage of her flexibility, it impressed me.
*Clang*
The slash being too powerful for her to deflect sends her a few steps back tumbling.
"Why do you fight so desperately Guren!" I shout. Giving her a few seconds to gain her footing, I quickly go in for a few more hits to straighten out her stance. It was currently crude but with her flexibility it saved her countless times.
Giving her bad habits.
*Clang…Clang…*
"I want to be stronger! I want support Shimura-sama in anyway possible!" She shouts finally taking a breather. Her stance now proper, but her sword wavered.
Clear shaking making me rethink my training intensity.
But she didn't give up.
*Clatter*
Gurenh adapting to my low Genin level speeds, starts to gain an equal footing.
'Not bad, she's learning fast.' I thought to myself as I duck under a ninjato slash.
*Schwing*
"I can't be weak!" She says more to herself than me.
Taking a few steps back after that exchange I start to adjust my footing. It seems like Bird told her some things that might of ticked her off. No more is the gentle Guren that fed me grapes after training.
Looking over at her you could see that she was in a trance.
Determination and will were present in her eyes.
"Hah!" Guren roars out. Seeing a slash heading my way I deflect the hit to my left and kick him in the solar plexus, holding back some power.
But the hit created the distance I wanted as she crumbled to the floor.
Seeing this my body relaxes.
Getting up to Guren, I pick her up startling her like a cat. Her violent demeanor was now fully gone with her weapon on the floor.
Karin who was off to the side had an annoyed look.
"Hey why is she acting so sweet now. She was so evil when she sparred with me!" She shouts to my amusement. Guren though hearing this stared at the Uzumaki with a cold stare making her shiver.
This quickly shut her up, making the girl run to Kabuto wanting some protection.
Kabuto who saw this just helplessly smiled, scratching his chin.
"Take Guren to her room with Sumiko and Karin. She needs rest." I tell the hidden Bird who was watching from a distance. The girl in my arms hearing this though tightened her grip on my back.
Seeing this I sigh patting her head.
This quickly got her to soften her stance and soon she left. With Karin and Kabuto right after as they had to study the Academy curriculum right now.
It's been a while since meeting Zetsu and I've made a lot of progress in terms of missions completed.
My birthday is close which would make me seven.
I was already qualified to do the Chunin exams when I did my first C-rank mission, but that isn't enough to get me recommended into Anbu. So I need to make my record as clean as it can with a perfect mission success as well with a lot of missions completed.
Grabbing a familiar card from my pockets I take another look at my information.

'I think I should focus on C-B rank missions for now on so as soon as I get Chunin, Danzo can recommend me for Anbu.' I thought to myself. I'm kinda getting burnt out right now so I'll take a week off before grinding more mission.
C-ranks were still as boring as usual.
With B-ranks actually providing some semblance of danger.
This was limited to shinobi from smaller villages which made the battles a bit boring but not like bandit and escorts. A simple [Swift Release] kunai was needed to end any enemy of my rank like Genin.
I still have some time before the Chunin exams and after the exams should have a month or two before the massacre hosted by Danzo and executed by Itachi and Obito.
Speaking of Danzo I will start to take some precaution about it.
I know I'm doing what Zetsu wants me to do but it's fine.
He told me that for a reason, Zetsu is smart. He wouldn't tell me something like that unless he found something about Danzo and wanted me to be able to retaliate. There has to be something to find out.
I mean he killed my parents so he never had any mercy for me anyways.
I'm not gonna go emo mode because my parents are dead, I owe them nothing besides bringing me to the ninja world.
The only reason I'm alive anyways is because I'm valuable in Danzo's eyes.
Sealing the card up in one of my glove seals, I start to head back to my house.
Talking about my glove seals though Karin has improved them quite a bit since before.
Each finger has a small storage for both of the gloves. My right palm like before has a storage seal for my ninjato while my left palm has a new seal modification that temporarily stuns an opponent. Quite the innovation made by Karin.
The reason it works is because of my improved chakra control.
Being able to send a short sliver of chakra to a finger isn't the easiest. So the glove naturally has a skill requirement.
Thank god she's learning seals.
For a Genin you stay stunned for 5-8 seconds depending on your chakra
A Chunin takes around 2-3 seconds while a Jounin is just not affected.
This seal can be re-used every 10 seconds if I charge it up with chakra.
(Third Person's POV - Location: ???)
"Why am I even here." A man says with a joyful look while crying. The said man's surroundings is currently littered with corpses and huge splatters of blood everywhere.
An estimated number of 70 people dead in one sitting just slumped on the cold pavement. And in the houses of many are dead bodies of women and children.
The floor, walls, trees and anywhere that has a surface area in the vicinity.
A big fight happened here just a few minutes ago with only one victor in the end.
It's like there was no resistance.
The same man who did this killed countless men, woman and children indiscriminately without a second thought. He went from village on a whim trying to find out his own reason for living. A crazed lunatic he is, but for some reason he still searching for a reason.
What reason exactly?
No one knows but in his head he keeps screaming to himself to keep on going.
"I can make a lot of graves with this." He says with a crazed look with tears still streaming down his face.
The said man looking around the small village he recently massacred sensed someone.
"There's still one more." He say's surprised. Regaining himself he calmly walks through the small huddles of corpses into an alleyway, this is where where he spots a child with purple hair in a barrel.
Getting closer the man gets a good look at the kids face.
"A red ring?" He says confused.
