In Ed's room at the Moon Eclipse Demon Hunter Association, Ford sat there, utterly confused, staring at Toronto and Ed. He muttered:
"Wait a minute, Toronto, Captain, what exactly happened? Wasn't the plan to go out tonight?"
"How did we suddenly get to talking about Reve turning into a monster? And what 'huge progress' are you talking about?"
No matter how Ford thought about it, he couldn't understand what Toronto meant by "breakthrough progress," since they hadn't even gone out on the mission yet.
Under Ford's gaze, Toronto sighed and glanced at Ed. He said, "Captain Ed, maybe we should just not explain things to Ford. It's too much of a hassle."
Before Ed could agree, Ford was already upset. He quickly walked over to Toronto, locking his arm around Toronto's throat.
With no choice, Toronto could only pat Ford's arm to signal his surrender.
