Outside the secluded Forbidden Forest, there was a large cottage.
After listening to the conditions for synthesizing magical creatures that Hagrid had mentioned, Light couldn't help but frown, and disappointment welled up in his heart.
"However...! This plan might work." As Hagrid spoke, he showed a page from his notebook to Light.
"Thestral and Boggart? Why them?"
Looking at the page in the notebook, Light was extremely surprised. These two were just ideas he had jotted down on a whim, but unexpectedly, they might actually work!
Hagrid flipped through the notebook and began to quietly explain to Light.
"There isn't much conflict between these two, and they both have a dark attribute!"
"According to your requirements, there isn't much conflict in their characteristics. The Thestral can turn invisible because of its fur, while the Boggart doesn't have many special requirements."
After speaking, Hagrid seemed to have thought of something and suddenly became a bit excited. Looking at Light, who was deep in thought, he couldn't help but exclaim loudly.
"I just thought of something. The Boggart is a type of shapeshifter, so that would save a lot of trouble during the breeding process. We won't have to specifically ask someone for help!"
"What do you mean?" Light wasn't particularly good at Care of Magical Creatures and didn't quite understand what Hagrid meant.
Hagrid didn't beat around the bush and directly replied,
"For two different species to produce offspring, we need to prepare a potion for them to drink. They need to turn into the same species to move on to the next step!"
"And since the Boggart has the innate ability to shapeshift, all I need to do is induce the Thestral to fear its own kind!"
As he said this, Hagrid became more and more excited, as if he had opened the door to a new world!
"Then, after giving them the potion, we can force the Thestral and have the Boggart in Thestral form cooperate with it!"
Then separate the males and females, and...
Finally...
"Stop, stop, stop!"
As one professional term after another popped out of Hagrid's mouth, Light couldn't help but interrupt him.
"Hey, can you synthesize a magical creature that only shows its true form under certain conditions and can shapeshift, please?"
Hagrid, who had been interrupted, scratched his head a bit reluctantly and said, "No problem. Just add some points with the inducing potion."
After getting the affirmative answer, Light immediately felt relieved. Looking at Hagrid expectantly, he continued to ask,
"Can you help me create such a magical creature? I really need it!"
"Sure thing!" Hagrid casually promised Light.
Seeing Hagrid's confident face, Light hesitated a bit and continued to ask, "How long will it take? It won't take many years, right!"
"It won't take long. As long as there are enough Boggarts, it can be done within a week! After all, there are quite a few Thestrals at Hogwarts." Hagrid patted his chest to guarantee.
Seeing Hagrid's confident expression and tempted by the allure of the powerful Invisibility Cloak and Transfiguration, Light gritted his teeth and stamped his foot, saying,
"Alright! I, Light, am investing in this project! First, how much do ten Boggarts cost?"
When Hagrid was about to refuse upon hearing that Light wanted to pay, he was interrupted by Light.
"Here's thirty thousand Galleons first. If it's not enough, I'll add more!"
Don't reject me. I'm already satisfied that you're willing to help me."
Seeing Light looking so serious, Hagrid couldn't help mumbling:
"It doesn't need to be that much. The market price for one Boggart is just a thousand Galleons. If I ask for more, the price can be further reduced!"
Hearing Hagrid mumbling, Light couldn't help raising an eyebrow. 'This Hagrid looks honest and upright, but he can actually bargain! Don't judge a book by its cover!'
Without dwelling on it further, Light took up the conversation and analyzed it for Hagrid:
"You can't calculate it like that. There are shipping fees, potions needed during the process, as well as the care required during production and post - birth care. Thirty thousand Galleons might not even be enough."
"If you run out of money, tell me right away!"
Hagrid was left stunned. The bewildered expression on his face showed that he seemed to have just realized that this process would cost so much money!
After saying that, Light couldn't help but sigh and secretly thought with a slight shake of his head, "Sure enough, I'm still too kind. Where can you find a client as easy - going as me?"
After sighing, Light took out three bags full of Galleons from the small box and handed them to the still - bewildered Hagrid.
"Here, this is your startup capital!"
Hagrid rubbed his big hands and took the three big bags somewhat timidly.
After seeing him take the money, Light continued to instruct Hagrid to make sure to get the magical creature he needed.
Hagrid slapped his chest loudly, looking extremely serious and promising that he would definitely achieve the goal!
Seeing this, Light nodded in satisfaction. Then, after saying goodbye to Hagrid and Fang, he turned around and walked towards the castle.
When Light returned to the castle and wanted to find Harry Potter and the other two, he saw the Slytherin and Gryffindor Quidditch teams confronting each other, looking ready for a fight.
In the crowd, Light saw Harry Potter and the other two standing in the middle, seemingly being the parties involved!
Light frowned upon seeing this and shouldered his way through the crowd towards the middle.
With great difficulty, he pushed through the crowd and saw Harry Potter and Ron arguing angrily with Malfoy.
So he walked up to Hermione, who seemed to be an onlooker, and asked, "Hermione, Hermione, what's going on!"
Hermione was startled at first. When she saw it was Light, her face lit up and she explained what had happened.
"So it's just Malfoy being his usual mouthy self, calling people Mudbloods!"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah!" Hermione kept nodding and then said hesitantly, "What does Mudbloods mean? I'm not quite sure!"
Light said it was okay and slowly explained, "Mudbloods is a derogatory term used by those pure - blood families for wizards whose parents are both Muggles."
"It means that their blood is full of the mud from the ground! It's a venomous curse!"
"Is that so?" Seeing that Hermione still didn't quite understand, Light continued,
"It's probably like calling a 'Chinese person' a 'Japanese person' and a 'British person' a 'French person'!"
"Oh, I see. So that's what it means!" Hermione finally understood. Although she didn't understand the relationship in the first example, she understood the second one!
As the quarrel between the two sides grew louder, more and more people came over to watch the excitement!
Seeing this scene, Light took out his wand and said somewhat exasperatedly, "If you can draw your wands, why keep jabbering!"
"Use Seal the Throat and Lock the Tongue in a group message!" A dozen rays of light accurately hit all the shouting Slytherins, and they instantly lost their voices!
"Enough!" A young and resounding voice sounded, suppressing the still shouting Gryffindors!
Under the horrified and enraged gazes of the Slytherins, Light calmly walked out of the crowd, facing their angry looks that seemed to want to kill!
Light stared back without backing down, and the Gryffindors standing behind him had the same expression.
"Call out your decision - maker! Let's have a chat!"
Looking at the more than ten people in front of him, Light's voice showed no sign of wavering.
