Chapter 3
FLASHBACK
A shadow figure listens to the conversation between Maverick , Axel and Chloe. As it stands there behind the ally wall blue blood is gushing out of its abdomen, it was approaching the end of its life . It just cant help but to laugh at the pitifulness of Maverick , being killed by your own brother was as funny as it can get . It looked at Axels back as he turned walking towards the car about to leave his own brothers dead body waiting for disposal, it smiled and said in a low and shaky voice ''I shall now pass my judgment ''. As soon as Axel left it dragged its entire body towards Mavericks dead body ,leaving a trail of blue blood.
'' Quite the pitiful soul you are , naivety of this level should be considered as a sin in its self , but don't worry I will grant you your last and dying wish ,so become my food so that I can heal '' as it said this lighting struck illuminating the dark alleyway showing a huge blue skinned humanoid figure with six horns protruding from the temples of its head , It had blue and shiny eyes and two huge wings to add to the terror it represented , it was a demon . It opened its mouths and took one large bite into Mavericks upper body and as it did this a blue pentagram appeared beneath both its body and Mavericks. Any fantasy fanatic could identify this as a magic circle , the pentagram shined brightly and above the demon began to heal , fizzling sounds could be heard , it was the sound of its skin retaining covering the wounds showing that it was healing . At the same time an orb appeared on top of Mavericks lower body , the orb had a glass feel to it and its colour was not constant , it was fluctuating between blue and black . The demon saw this and laughed and said to its self '' what kind of a soul is this ''
In the eyes of demons, souls had colours , humans had white souls , animals had grey souls and angels had golden souls. It was the first time a multi-coloured soul had appeared and it was black and blue , not white to represent that Maverick was a human . The demon tried to grab the soul but just as he was about to reach it a pentagram appeared around the soul , it was black in the shape of a ring. It started to rotate around the soul. '' A soul with a pentagram that's a first , okay I choose you to be my successor , I will give you the power to take your revenge '' the demon said this as it grabbed the soul orb . It had finished healing , so as it wasn't there to begin with it disappeared into the rainy night , it was going back to the abyss .
A sound of the engine can be heard as soon as the demon disappeared , it was the henchman coming to collect the body a dispose it . They got out of the truck , they were wearing black from head to tore, fully covered in order to not leave any evidence of their presents , as they got closer they saw the lower body of Maverick , the upper body was nowhere to be seen . One of them screamed and the other rush to cover his mouth . The scream could attract the people , if that happened he would have to kill the one that attracted the people before running away .'' what should we do with this Matt , it wasn't like this before , something ate him while we were gone '' the one that had just screamed said in a low voice after having gained his composure back. ''What's there to think about , he is already dead just grab his legs while I hold his waist help me carry him to the car we will throw him into the Han river he will make a fine meal for the crocodiles '' Matt said to Alonso. Without wasting another second they completed their task and only waited to report the job well done to Axel
End of flashback
In the depth of the abyss a teleportation array appeared for a split second before vanishing. ''I have returned to the abyss" it said as it looked around taking in the view and the sulfuric wind that blew against its skin." I will have to hide before they find me and attack ". "I will pass all my knowledge to my successor , I have few years left to live anyway, I can't waste that time fighting for the throne of king of hell" .' My wounds are opening up again because of the teleportation magic I used d just now ' the demon thought to himself as he walked around the forest looking for a cave to use as shelter .'' I will have to find a body for this soul before it dissipates ''it said to its self and as if luck was on its side a small humanoid demon with red skin a missing horn appeared behind a tree , it was trying to hide. It was unsuccessful in this endeavor as it had been caught. From the looks of it, it looks like it was coming from battle , it had wounds all over its body and blood stains all over its body. Without wasting anytime the blue demon used telekinesis to control the red little demon. It brought it closer to him and as if grabbing something from a black hole it pulled out its hand that was holding a blue and black orb. The little demon tried to free it self from the grasp of the blue demon but it failed. He looked at the little demon with a smile on his face"I will be borrowing your body " and right after saying that he pushed the orb he was holding into he body of the little demon. As he did this a small orb the size of a pearl appeared from the crown of the little demon, it was the soul of the little demon." It seems like u were born yesterday , well what can we do,you are already dead so there is no turning back " he laughed as he said this.
After a few minutes the little demon began to breath. The reawakening process had been a success , and a breath of relief escaped the blue demons lips. Although he had kept his cool and composure, he had been anxious. The little demon open its eyes and gasped for air. It sat upright and looked at its chest looking for the bullet wound but what it saw was different, 'Red skin ? ' it thought
