About 10 months have passed since I started my training.
My training became more and more intense and I was starting to be able to see the fruits of my labour.
I was not exactly a powerful warrior just yet but I am certain that I can even last a minute against someone like a great Trutle hermit.
After all, when I started training I always was battered and bruised.
But currently, I am even able to win the sparring sessions against Bora.
I doubt Bora is fighting me without the intention to kill me or give me a lifelong injury but being able to get wins against such a formidable warrior even if he is not going all out is a great accomplishment in my mind.
"Master."
I called out to Bora.
"What do you want Kei?" He asked me.
We already have a sparring session in the morning so he wanted to know why I called out to him.
"I wanted to leave this place."
"!"
He seemed to be surprised by my words.
It makes sense since there is still some time left before the one-year training period ends and despite being able to win a few sparring sessions I still have not surpassed him just yet.
"I see."
He said while smiling.
"I am leaving tomorrow." I followed.
"Tomorrow is a bit fast. Why don't you stay here for two more days? You can try climbing the Korin tower."
"Do you think I could make it to the top?"
"No."
"Then I also have to give the same reply."
"Since you are leaving tomorrow why don't you take a rest."
"What about tonight's dinner?"
"I will get it myself. After all, I think it would be rude to send off a good friend like you without a feast."
Bora said.
Although Bora was indeed my master he never treated me as his student.
Instead, he treated me like a nephew whom he was guiding on the path of martial arts.
Which makes sense since he never wanted me as a student.
If possible I would want to stay for an entire year and surpass Bora but I don't think the Red Ribbon Army would last that long.
I know that the red ribbon still exists right now because according to the original body owner's memories, the news of their destruction is still not announced in the newspapers, gossip talks or on TV.
I also remember my mother mentioned in the past that her employer's daughter Bulma Briefs was a genius. And she is already smarter than her father(my mother's boss) at the age of fifteen a few months ago.
And from what I know Dragonball only starts after Bulma Briefs reaches the age of sixteen.
But that does not mean that I have much time left.
I have to act fast since despite being destroyed early in the story of Dragon Ball Red Ribbon still is a powerful organization that makes waves throughout the years even after its destruction.

The night falls and near a bonfire, I have my last meal with the father-son duo of Upa and Bora.
"This coconut water is even better than it normally is."
"Of course. Upa specifically chooses it for you." Bora said to me as he patted the head of his son.
"Hehe." Upa seems to be happy about it.
I gave a small smile because I didn't know when I would be seeing those two again.
I also wondered if I could obtain enough power to protect those two before the man called Tao Paipai attacked them.
It seems unlikely but I thought I should at least try to set an unrealistic goal even if I could not accomplish it.
After all, it's not like I will be struck by lightning if I fail a goal that I set for myself.
"You should also try this," Bora said as he handed me a bowl of soup that was made from the capture boar's feet to me.
Of course, the soup was put in a coconut shell to contain it since Bora and Upa do not have any extra glass bowls for me.
"Thank you."
I thanked him and drank the soup in one go.
"It's too sweet. You used too much sugar."
"You should not be too honest. Things like this are better left unsaid." He said while laughing.
"Who even put sugar in the soup anyway? I thought you told me that Sugar is hard to come by."
"It is. I can only get it when a travelling merchant passes through this place." He replied.
"How do you even trade with them anyway? I thought you didn't use money." I asked because I was curious.
"We do use money. Despite how young he looks Upa can also use it." Bora said.
"When bad guys come to rob us Father takes care of them all and we loot their corpses, we can get money that way," Upa said with Joy.
"Hahaha." I gave out an awkward laugh.
I was not expecting them to be saints but such an answer was also kind of terrifying. Especially from a small child like Upa.
"So where are you going now?" Bora asked me.
"I want to find my father."
Bora doesn't ask anymore because he saw my expression which was a little off.
It was because I didn't want to face the man who abandoned the owner of this body before the memories of the body were fully incorporated.
I am only able to dig up the information that I wanted to know currently instead of knowing it from the beginning.
An example of this is that I would be able to remember a friend if he talked to me and I have to recall information about him but I would not be able to know him if he just passed me by without talking to me.
I need to use him to get resources from the Red Ribbon Army while still having to draw a clear line that I will not risk my life to save him when he faces a dangerous threat.
Bora seems to misunderstand something.
I realized it because of his eyes that conveyed sympathy to me but I didn't try to clear up his misunderstanding.
After all, Bora is someone who will become an enemy of the Red Ribbon Army in the future.
I still wanted to keep a good relationship with him so I am not going to reveal that I am associated with them to him.
