The kind of shit he wished he could do to her...
Anyway, it had been a week since he had become a Vasto Lorde.
He would sometimes go to the Menos Forest, and once there, he would gather Gillians and transfigure them.
He had lost count of how many Gillians he had transfigured. He had also upgraded his soul like no other after consuming the souls of countless Adjuchas.
He had hunted about 200 Adjuchas—there were quite a lot of them in the Menos Forest.
Just like there were practically millions upon millions of Gillians.
If he were to place it, it would be something like this:
There were billions, if not trillions, of Hollows... from those billions of Hollows, there would be a couple of million Gillians.
A couple of thousand Adjuchas... and about ten or so Vasto Lordes.
Yes, this was how rare it was to become a Vasto Lorde or to stumble upon one.
You had a better chance of being struck by lightning... twenty times over before you became a Vasto Lorde.
Anyway, that wasn't the issue. Gabriel basically had a mini army, just in case he ran into a pickle later.
And the rest of the time, he would spar with Harribel. She was the veteran Vasto Lorde, and listening to her was fine by him.
He hadn't even reached one year old yet.
His ass was exactly seven months old.
He had become a Vasto Lorde in six months—that was his record. Now, to beat Barragan's ass and marry Harribel.
That was all his small brain could handle.
He was not stupid... just lacked combat experience. It was like giving a newborn the power of Yamamoto... no matter how you put it, that wouldn't end well.
Gabriel was the same in that case. He had no real control over his power. It felt so raw, so uncontrollable, that he had to put a limiter on himself in order not to accidentally hurt the people he was living with.
And yes... he never stopped chasing her.
Gabriel could be seen sitting on the sand, his gaze locked onto Harribel. The way she watched over the three Adjuchas as they hunted resembled the way a mother would look after her children.
It was almost as if she wanted the best for them.
A bit more like this, and he could probably get...
His eyes went toward some unwelcome visitors.
POV Change
"I don't like him."
"Me neither."
The two haters, also known as Apacci and Mila Rose, could be seen looking up toward where Gabriel and Harribel were, clearly not liking what they were seeing.
"What about you two use your heads for once?" Sun-Sun said, her snake-like form slithering in the sand.
"We use our brains!" Apacci added, not wanting to be called stupid.
"What does our heads have to do with us not liking him?" was Mila Rose's response.
"I use my brain," Apacci added, clarifying her earlier comment. Mila Rose felt like she was being called out for something.
"Why do I feel like I'm being called stupid?"
"You are. You're just very special~," Sun-Sun teased.
Click.
"Are you calling me stupid?!" Mila Rose's voice roared out. How dare anyone call her stupid? She was not stupid—she was smart!
"Are you not?"
Apacci had to hold Mila Rose back from trying to bash Sun-Sun.
"Let me at her! How dare she?!"
"Calm down, she's just teasing you," Apacci added, trying to get Mila Rose to see reason.
"You two look adorable, like Dumb and Dumber," Sun-Sun teased.
"Let me at her!" Apacci could be heard shouting, and now it was Mila Rose holding her back from ripping Sun-Sun a new face.
Though, after a while, they calmed down.
"So, what did you mean by 'use our heads'?" Apacci asked after she finally relaxed.
"I know this is a foreign concept for you, so I will try my best not to lose you, okay?"
It took everything in Apacci not to jump her.
"Gabriel and Harribel are both Vasto Lordes. Gabriel would not wish for any harm to fall upon us, as that would hinder his chances with Lady Harribel. And even if he were to get with her, he would still have to look out for us, as Lady Harribel would not let us go. To sum it up for Mila Rose's special brain: Harribel and Gabriel stronk. Stronk is good."
...
Okay, so maybe Sun-Sun had to duck from a Cero—heh, no biggie.
"I don't need you to dumb it down for me. I am plenty smart..." Mila Rose added.
Sun-Sun, despite being a snake, somehow managed to have this unconvinced look on her face.
Yeah, sure.
Mila Rose and "plenty smart" should never go together in a sentence.
"He is not worthy of Lady Harribel," Mila Rose muttered. Yeah, she may have had a grudge against male Hollows—just a bit.
"Worthy or not, does it matter? As long as he's infatuated with her, that's good news for us."
Maybe, just maybe, Gabriel wasn't a bad guy... but thinking of Gabriel and Harribel together?
She couldn't.
She didn't want to imagine it.
A/N.....I would be infatuated too, you didn't hear that from me though.
