Superman in Marvel – Chapter 25: The World Holds Its Breath

Ethan goes toward sun as he will become more powerful if he will absorbe sunlight..as for abomination he is also quickly adapting.Ethan throw the abomination towards the sun and he also drifted toward sun.

The Price of Victory

Ethan Carter had never felt this powerful.

As he hovered above the sun, his body pulsed with raw, unlimited energy.

The pain from the battle? Gone.

The weakness? Gone.

For the first time in his life, he felt truly unstoppable.

But then—his vision blurred.

His body trembled.

Something was wrong.

The sheer overload of solar energy surged through him, too much, too fast.

His breathing became ragged. His limbs felt heavy.

His mind slipped.

And before he could do anything—

He blacked out.

His body floated lifelessly in space.

Drifting.

Earth Watches in Silence

The news feed had gone dark after the final, devastating punch.

For a full minute, the world waited.

No confirmation. No updates. No movement in the sky.

Then—static.

SHIELD Headquarters – The Tension Rises

Inside a dimly lit SHIELD control room, every screen was locked onto one image—the empty sky.

Nick Fury's fingers tightened into a fist.

"Status?" he demanded.

Maria Hill's voice was tense. "We lost all tracking."

Fury exhaled sharply.

"Get me Stark. Now."

Stark Tower – A Billionaire's Panic

Tony Stark wasn't good with emotions.

He hated feeling powerless.

And right now?

That's exactly how he felt.

He sat in his penthouse, staring at the screen, J.A.R.V.I.S. monitoring every satellite feed available.

"J, tell me he's out there."

A pause.

Then—the worst words Tony had ever heard.

"There is no sign of Superman, sir."

Tony slammed his fist on the desk. "Damn it!"

This wasn't how it was supposed to go.

Superman wasn't supposed to die.

Not after everything.

Not like this.

The Carter Family's Fear

Back in Montana, at the Carter family farm, the television hadn't been turned off for hours.

Rebecca Carter sat on the couch, her hands clasped tightly together, her knuckles white.

Jacob stood by the window, silent.

Daniel and Lucas sat nearby, watching the screen without blinking.

When the news anchor muttered the words—"Superman has not been seen since the battle."

Rebecca covered her mouth.

Lucas swallowed hard. "He's… he's okay, right?"

No one answered.

Because no one knew.

Jacob finally spoke, his voice firm but low. "Our boy's tough." He clenched his jaw. "He's coming back."

Rebecca closed her eyes. "He has to."

Tony Stark's Desperation

Inside the Iron Man armor, Tony soared through the upper atmosphere.

He had to get up there.

Had to find him.

The moment SHIELD had confirmed Superman wasn't anywhere near Earth, Tony had suited up in record time and taken off.

"J.A.R.V.I.S., any new readings?"

"Negative, sir. No trace of Superman within satellite range."

Tony's hands tightened in his gauntlets.

This wasn't happening.

Not on his watch.

A World in Prayer

Across the world, the headlines were already spreading.

"Superman's Fate Unknown."

"Did The Last Son of Krypton Just Sacrifice Himself?"

"Earth's Greatest Hero – Gone?"

People gathered in the streets. Some mourned. Some prayed. Others refused to believe it.

Candles were lit. Murals were painted.

Hope remained.

Because if there was one thing the world believed in—

It was Superman.

And somewhere, beyond Earth's reach, drifting in the vastness of space—

Ethan Carter still lived.

But how long could he survive?
