Long ago, the world was split into three factions—Humans, Hollows, and the Seraphim.
Hollows were once humans, but something went wrong. Through an ancient phenomenon, certain individuals were born without souls—beings of pure survival instinct. They were faster, stronger, and more resilient than any human. But because they lacked a soul, humans feared them, calling them monsters. Over time, Hollows built their own underground society, ruled by the 15 SUPERNOVAS, who dictated their survival.
To combat the Hollows, an elite faction known as the Seraphim emerged. Unlike Hollows, Seraphim were granted souls enhanced with unnatural power, making them stronger than both humans and Hollows. They became the world's heroes, celebrated as protectors. Humans placed their faith in them, believing they were the key to wiping out Hollows for good.
But in truth, the Seraphim had their own dark motives. They despised Hollows not just as enemies—but as abominations that should never have existed. Their war was not for peace, but for extermination.
With every passing year, the war between Hollows and Seraphim grew bloodier. Humans, caught in the middle, had no choice but to side with their so-called "saviors" or be branded as Hollow sympathizers.
This is the world Clyde was born into—a Hollow, hunted by both Humans and Seraphim alike. To survive, he hides his true nature, blending into human society while navigating a world that wants him dead. But as he fights to protect the one person he loves, Clyde will soon realize…
The world isn't as black and white as it seems.
