I was in a red room with a large door. The wall was so narrow, and the environment was red and eerie. "Hello, is anyone there. Can anyone hear me? Callith, I'm over here." I heard him crying. He was very depressed about Haze's death. I feel so bad for him. She was there for him, while I wasn't. Why couldn't it have been me who died? "Callith…I am sorry about Haze. I wish I could have done something to help her. Though we need to stay strong, we need to take down this guy. Avenge Haze, ok?"
Callith-. "You couldn't have stayed out of my life. You brought this upon me, Leon. If you stayed away…maybe we both would have been okay. But no, you needed to come back and finish making me suffer. Get away from me and never come back, or I will kill you too. You want to tell me you left by accident, I find that hard to believe. Why didn't you even return sooner if you could come back?"
I pull out the sword and cut an opening to his cell. I walked into the portal and to the other side. I sit next to him. But he just turned away from me and kept silent. "Callith…I don't accept your to forgive me, but let's finish this guy, then I will never return. We will stop him, and you can live a life without me. Are you with me?"
Callith-. "I said go away, Leon. Do you want to make things more dangerous? Why are you so blind? Do you not see that we have consequences for our actions? Do you want to be like Callum, Ryoth? Do you want to be as stupid as other people on Earth? You don't listen to me anyway, so just go."
I felt the pain in my chest. It was all my fault he lost his wife; it was my doing that caused Cameron to despise him. But that didn't mean I was going to leave him again. I will stay with him to protect what's left of him. "There is nothing left of me, Callith, nothing except the feeling to keep myself up and caring for you. All I want is your care. I never wanted to take you away from others. I am so alone in this world, I thought if you had someone. Then what did that make me…a loser? You are the best brother anyone could ever want. But don't you dare give up on yourself because you lost your loved one. I wouldn't ever do the same thing."
Callith-. "I don't hate you, Leon, I never said I didn't care about you. We just never got the chance to understand each other's pasts. I love you, okay. We are a team, and I won't let my depression get the better of that."
I hug him and tell him how we get out of this mess. "Okay, Callith, we are brothers till the end of time. But there is a plan to be made that will get us out of here-without getting us hurt. I don't think they can permanently kill me, so I will be the first to make a move. Take the Cosmic Razor, and think about where you want to go. You can go anywhere in the Omnivurse at any time with it. Cut A portal to the outside of this place while I fight to keep them off."
Callith-. "I don't even know if I can use it. What if you can only. What if we just leave this dimension and go somewhere where life won't hate us?"
He had a good point. "But I won't leave our home. Do it, and trust your guts. Or you might not have 'em anymore."
He swung the blade, which opened A portal outside the room, but into the chamber where Cameron was. He smiles ike he has all the confidence in the world. "How about we kill him right now. I'll take him while you take out that whole squad of what-50 men with Ichor guns?"
I nod in agreement, we're going to mess up some bad guys tonight. " I swing the axes with force. A few of the firing squad just lost their upper halves.
Those bullets didn't even scratch my armor or my mask. I was way more protected. "What hell is this guy's problem? Put all the fire in him now. We need all the lethal force we can use. Move, move, move."
They never learn. "Oh, don't worry, you will get your turn next. Single file, everyone. Come at me, show me what y'all got."
Callith-. "You heard him, you picked the wrong fight. We are in charge now."
As we finish off the crew, we get closer to Cameron, who was behind bigger doors. God only knows what he had inside of them with him. We both knock down the doors after multiple punches and dents. The door was busted and opened automatically. Out came a giant mech that looked at least twice my height. It was around 15 feet tall. As it walked towards us, Cameron spoke through it. "I saved this for you both. Made with Platinum and iron. I also may have designed it to be wrapped with Graphene. It takes over 2,000 pounds of force to break any part of it. Hope you're ready for your gunning fate."
Callith-. "I look like it shoots Ichor bullets. What do we do now?"
The way I saw it was that it seemed to creak a lot. It wasn't very fast but felt like it could take some serious damage. It fires thousands of bullets a second out of the arm guns. My armor didn't seem to be fazed by it. Thought my skin would be gone by now. Callith charged at it leg and dragged the blade to the leg. The Cosmic Razor cut deep into it but got stuck inside. Callith and I tried to beat the hell out of this machine, but nothing worked. Cameron fired even more rounds at. After he realized the bullets weren't enough. He let out a large retractable blade which was covered in Ichor.
This was going to be a lot more difficult than we anticipated. The Mech gave a large swipe with the blade at me specifically. I was pushed against a wall by the force. I felt my spine move, but not in a bad way. It looked like my armor was going away. My hand grew bigger and my height increased. I was turning into a monster. I grew three long tails with razor-sharp blades at the ends of them. I grew horns, and my eye had disappeared. I had a longer snout like a dragon along with sharp teeth. My skin took a great change as it became vanta-black along with my weapons fusing into one massive double-sided axe. The Cosmic Razor came from the mech's leg and joined the fusion. I felt so strong. I was at least 10 feet away. I will use this to my advantage.
