The Grand Parliament Session
The Royal Parliament Hall was packed with nobles from across the Clover Kingdom.
Tension filled the room as King Solis Vermillion took his seat on the throne, acting as his father's substitute.
The nobles whispered among themselves.
"Why has he summoned us all so urgently?"
"Is this about the assassination attempt?"
"Something feels… off."
As the murmurs spread, the heavy doors slammed shut.
A squad of Royal Guards lined the walls, sealing every possible exit.
The nobles shifted uneasily.
Then, Solis spoke.
"Today, we discuss the future of the Clover Kingdom."
His voice echoed through the chamber.
"For too long, corruption has rotted our kingdom from within."
The nobles stiffened.
"And today, that corruption ends."
With a single motion, stacks of documents were placed before the parliament.
The Accusations Begin
"These records," Solis continued, his golden eyes scanning the room, "detail the embezzlement, bribery, and treachery committed by certain nobles."
Gasps erupted across the hall.
The nobles frantically flipped through the documents.
Duke Reinhold turned pale as he saw his own signature on a contract detailing stolen funds from the kingdom's treasury.
"This is outrageous!" he shouted.
Solis smirked.
"Is it? Because this evidence was personally verified by the Magic Parliament and Julius Novachrono."
Julius nodded solemnly from his seat, confirming the documents' legitimacy.
The hall descended into chaos.
Some nobles rushed to defend themselves, others tried to shift blame, but the truth was undeniable.
Solis raised a hand, and the room fell silent.
"You have stolen from the kingdom. You have betrayed its people. And for that… you will face justice."
The Tyrant Strikes
Solis stood from his throne, and his mana surged.
For the first time, the nobles felt it—
The overwhelming heat of his presence.
Duke Reinhold broke into a sweat as the temperature in the room skyrocketed.
"Wait! This can be discussed—"
Solis raised his hand, summoning a sphere of burning golden flames.
"No." His voice was final. "You will not talk your way out of this."
Then, before the eyes of the entire noble class, he hurled the flame directly at Reinhold.
The Duke screamed as he was consumed in holy fire, his body reduced to ash in mere seconds.
A wave of horror spread through the hall.
"H-He killed him!"
"This is madness!"
"The rumors were true—he really is a tyrant!"
Solis turned his gaze to the remaining corrupt nobles.
"You have one choice."
"Confess, and I will grant you exile."
"Resist, and you will share Duke Reinhold's fate."
Faced with absolute destruction, several nobles fell to their knees, begging for mercy.
But others—blinded by pride—drew their wands, preparing to fight.
Solis smiled coldly.
"Then let the purge begin."
The Aftermath
By the end of the session, ten nobles lay dead.
Thirty were stripped of their titles and exiled.
The surviving noble class trembled as they left the parliament hall, knowing that the old ways were over.
From this day forward, Solis was not just a king in name.
He was the absolute authority of the Clover Kingdom.
And the people, hearing the news, gave him a new title:
"The Tyrant King."
