The blue wave shoots out from Blaze's palm and enters the crevices between the scales of the Jade Snake.
Its entire body stops death in its track and vibrates uncontrollably.
Blaze has underestimated his B-rank power a lot. His Force Shocker is more than enough to subdue this creature.
C-rank power possesses superhuman capabilities.
While B-rank power is called strategic weapons.
B-rank may not be useful or destructive like A-rank, but it is powerful in its own right.
The Destruction Beam shoots out again and lands on the Jade Snake's right eye.
Blaze aims to neutralize both of its eyes, removing its vision from the playing field. From then on, killing it should be child's play.
The Snake has no chance of dodging while its body is stunned.
The Destruction Beam penetrates its right head, causing the other half of its head to lose its color.
The scales on its entire body shine green again.
Blaze hurriedly jumps down and uses the Grappling Hook to move away.
Eroding smoke blows out of the crevices of its scale, melting the surrounding rocks and dirt. It shoves its entire body chaotically around the narrow tunnel, aiming to crush Blaze inside.
Damn it!
Blaze has no time to get out. He has followed it into its retreat path. A one-way tunnel up and down.
There is no path to get away or any corner to hide. And only moments later, its body will find Blaze and crush him like a bug.
Blaze unequips the Tattered Cloak. His half-naked body shows up again.
The tunnel is filled with corrosive smoke, only a few seconds, and parts of Blaze's skin are already peeling off.
Blaze clenches his jaw, enduring the pain. A golden sword appears in his hand.
"Sunrise!" Blaze screams.
A sphere of light embraces Blaze, he shines like a miniature sun in the tunnel.
The light is so intense that every part of the tunnel is lit up, golden light shines through to the ground.
The Pale Harpy is flying on the ground, scouting the area when she sees the light.
It is a holy, justicial light. A divine intervention from above.
The Pale Harpy immediately descends to the City Theater to investigate.
The sphere of golden light disappears. Now, standing there, is a golden warrior with golden armor.
The armor head is shaped like a falcon, leaving its mouth open to reveal Blaze's face.
The armor looks like golden feathers fused together with dragon scales on the back.
Shoulder pads on each side, a sun symbol on the chest, and a scabbard floating in front of Blaze.
The Sun Bird did not come with a scabbard. It only appears when Sunrise is used.
Blaze snatches the scabbard and sheaths the Sunbird into it. The intense light disappears, all of its energy is swallowed whole into the blade.
Behind Blaze, an illusion of a sun materializes, radiating intense heat that makes the Jade Snake move away.

What is this effect?
Blaze looks behind his back, embarrassed a little bit due to the nature of the armor.
Luckily, the illusion of the sun quickly dissipates.
So cool…
The Pale Harpy hides in a nearby rock, watching everything with sparkling eyes.
The Jade Snake roars again. Even though it can't see, it can feel Blaze's presence because of the heat.
What a resilient creature…
The Jade Snake lost both of its eyes, a major section of its head turned grey. But it is still alive.
Blaze commemorates its unyielding nature.
He draws the Sun Bird out. This time, the blade is no longer made of metal, it is made of pure, intense light.
A sword made of sunlight.

The Solar Armor will disappear soon.. Let's kill this thing before that.
Blaze thinks.
He lunges forward, both of his hands holding the sword.
He has no training or practice, so he won't try to be flashy. He is just going to depend on the armor and strike in simple fashion.
The Sun Bird proves to be a different kind of power than his previous.
Force Shocker needs no skill as it is a range attack. Blaze only has to aim.
The Destruction Wand is similar, acting as a magical gun.
He has always used ambushing tactics to win his fight. Hiding with Tattered Cloak then sniping with his long-range attack.
But now, he can't do that anymore.
His sword form is ugly, and his balance is weak and trembling. He is no better than Jake as before.
The Jade Snake continues its plan and slams its huge body into Blaze. He responds by slicing the sword forward, aiming to cut its flesh in two.
The Snake crushes Blaze's entire body. He engraves into a human-shaped hole.
Blaze jams the sword inside its flesh. The sunlight sword easily penetrates its scale.
The Jade Snake retreats panically, but Blaze keeps the sword tightly inside its flesh. He holds on to the sword and stays on its body.
Blaze twists the sword, causing the Snake to writhe in pain.

The Solar Armor is no joke. Blaze can't even feel a thing when the Jade Snake slams him into the dirt.
But its limit is obvious. He can only be in this form for less than 70 seconds more.
Blaze pulls the sword out of its flesh and immediately thrusts his other hand inside it.
He opens his palm wide and controls it so that Force Shocker will spread in a spherical wave.
Blaze channels all his strength and blasts away.
A blue wave of energy runs across the Snake's spine. Its bones light up like a Christmas tree.
The Jade Snake is immobilized and freezes like stone.
Blaze uses this opportunity to shoot the Grappling Hook forward, approaching its head.
Green lights flicker under its scale. It obviously tries to recover from the stun as quickly as possible.
If it can recover, this fight will be extended much longer. That is something Blaze does not want to see.

Blaze drops from above and thrusts the Sun Bird right down the middle of the Jade Snake's head, into its brain.
The Sun Bird slides into its flesh like a knife cutting butter.
Blaze twists the sword and then reaches his hand down the hole of flesh.
Force Shocker!
This time the blue wave invades its brain, frying all of its neurons.

The System is generous but can still be stingy at times. Killing a gigantic snake and it only rewarded Blaze with a common equipment chest.
What a disappointment. But hey, at least it gifted me a new Superpower.
The body of the Snake disintegrates after Blaze kills it. Everything disappeared except a weird green pearl inside of its head, ten of its scales, and a bunch of snake meats.
Each of these items hovers in the air for a few seconds before flying over to Blaze and entering his chest.
