Stopping the car at his megabuilding's parking lot, he turned it off and noticed that both Quickhacks and Breach Protocol leveled up so he chose to activate the memories on the spot.

Once that was done, he took stock of what he actually got from the raid.

5 Unitys, Guillotine, Copperhead, Overture, Tactician, Lexington, and Shigure.

Five crates of second-hand cyberware.

4900 eddies.

A huge haul for his first time, but he wasn't done. Feeling a bit gutsy, he wanted to interrupt the deal with Maelstrom. Not like there will be anything to disturb since the scavs are dead.

The deal is going down in about an hour, so he wanted to see if Wilson would take some of these guns off his hands. He took a few minutes to unload all the guns and placed the bullets and mags in his inventory.

Next, he placed them all inside his duffle bag before taking the elevator.

Marcus made his way back to Wilson's and the latter was surprised to see him.

"Hey, John! You forgot something?" He asked.

One couldn't blame him considering he was only gone for about 45 minutes.

"Nah, do you buy guns? Wanted to sell these off." Marcus offered.

Wilson let out a thoughtful hum.

"I already got my own supplier, but you mind if I ask where you got them?" He turned the taller man down.

"Scavs. Killed 'em." Marcus felt no shame in admitting this. Scavs were trash.

Wilson's eyebrows raised at the admission.

"Good riddance. I do have a guy that you can sell that stuff. Just tell him Wilson gave you his contact and you should be good." His eyes glowed.

"Thanks, see ya, Wilson." Marcus was thankful, he didn't really want to hang on to this stuff.

"Later, John!" He waved goodbye.

The taller man walked out of the store and called the number.

It took a few rings before someone picked up.

A dude with sunglasses and a red beanie showed up on the holo. He had emp-threading and some kind of cyberware on his throat.

"Who's this? How'd you get this number?" A gruff voice responded.

"Wilson from 2nd Amendment sent me. Got something to sell. Guns and Cyberware." Marcus said it plainly.

"Ah, Wilson. Got it. Origin?" He asked where they came from.

"Scavs," Marcus answered.

"Hmm. Got it. Meet me at the Kabuki Roundabout in 10 minutes." He hung up.

Marcus headed over to the elevator and went down to the Parking Lot.

Getting in the van, he sped off to the destination.

After a few minutes, he waited and pulled over to a more secluded area.

He got out with his duffle bag and soon noticed a car pull up.

Marcus noticed that there were three people that got out. One looked like the guy he spoke to on the holo, one that looked like some kind of bodyguard, and another who was a bit scrawnier.

"You must be Wilson's guy? Name's Gunther." He extended a hand which Marcus shook.

"John." He introduced himself.

"Alright big guy, what do you got for me?" Gunther asked.

"Bag full of guns and five crates of cyberware in the back." He grabbed the duffle bag off his back as the bodyguard stepped in to take it.

The hustle put the bag in their car as the scrawnier dude went in to check it. Must be a techie or something.

Marcus moved to open the back of the van as Gunther watched with interest.

Opening the van, there were five crates and Marcus popped open one of them as Gunther got closer to check.

"Quite the haul. You hit a scav den with a team?" The supplier asked.

"Nah, just me." He didn't see the need to lie, but that didn't mean careless. He watched all of their movements carefully. Saying he was alone could mean that they'd just pull a gun on him or prove that he could handle them. A delicate balance that his physique helped consolidate.

"Damn, choom. This may take a bit, you preem to wait a bit?" Gunther asked.

Marcus saw the techie hard at work inspecting the guns and taking a look at their insides.

"No problem." He was glad he didn't forget his cigarettes as he lit one up.

After 10 minutes of checking the guns and doing a basic check of the cyberware, he was done.

"Looks good, boss. Don't have the time to check all the cyberware thoroughly." The techie told Gunther.

"Alright, the iron would be 3000 eddies and the cyberware is old second-hand shit, but there's enough of it for it to be 1000 eddies per crate. That preem?" Gunther asked.

8000 eddies for shit he didn't even want? Sure, he's probably being lowballed for the cyberware, but where is he supposed to sell it to? The guns are the same case. He has no connections for people to buy it.

"Nova." Marcus shook his hand receiving the payment and the hustle moved the crates to the trunk along with the guns leaving him with the duffle bag.

"Pleasure doing biz, John. You get your hands on more, you know who to call. Peace." Gunther walked back and sat in the backseat.

Marcus on the other hand, may be calling him up sooner than expected. Not today, but tomorrow probably.

He drove off to the meet with Maelstrom as it was in Northside, their territory. The scavs and Maelstrom went back and forth about the location, but Maelstrom relented on a warehouse that they didn't currently occupy. It was still in their territory so it was a win in their eyes probably.

As he pulled up, he noticed shipping containers in the yard with a big abandoned warehouse. He drove the car up to the front and parked it to where the front was facing the street before getting out.

The front of the building had a door with an iron slide and he got an idea.

He pushed the door opened and saw nobody inside before opening the slit. An Ajax appeared from his inventory and he put it through the opening testing out his idea. The warehouse is dark so they shouldn't be able to see inside, but he mentally slapped himself.

Maelstrom disfigure their faces with optics and other creepy shit so they will definitely be able to see, so he would hide behind the door when he saw them pull up.

After about 5 minutes he saw two cars arrive and park in the yard.

6 of them with prominent cybernetic enhancements got out of the car, that's when he hid.

Once they got closer, Marcus popped up and placed the Ajax in the open slit and sprayed them down.

They let out screams of pain and two even managed to back away.

Marcus ran out of bullets clipping two of the stragglers. Letting the gun dangling from his chest, he pulled out his Malorian and opened the door.

One tried getting back up and he directly blew his head off while the other managed to get in the car. Aiming once again, he shot him through the windshield as the car was reversing, crashing into a container.

He was just about to start looting before a muffled scream rang out and he became on guard looking for the source.

The screaming and banging came from the car, specifically the trunk.

Ripping open the already damaged trunk with brute strength, he pointed a gun inside.

What he saw stunned him.

It was a woman with dark skin long flowing white hair with clear Mox tats in a skimpy outfit. A white piercing in her ears, nose, and eyebrow.

"Wait! Don't shoot!" She tried to explain but it was unneeded.

She wasn't a threat so he lowered the gun.

"You're a long way from home." Marcus wondered why a Mox was this deep in Maelstrom territory.

The Mox had a look of awe as she stared at the giant in a skintight shirt and jacket.

She shook her head.

"Did you…" She got out and looked at all the dead gangers and gulped audibly.

"Yeah." He shrugged waiting for her to leave so he could loot.

"Thank you for saving me. Oh right…" She sent a thousand eddies as compensation.

'Didn't save you, but alright.' He thought with amusement but didn't correct her.

"Alright, then." Marcus moved away from her.

"Wait, could you…give me a ride?" She looked bashful asking.

He thought it over and decided to do so. She did pay him so he'll act as an Uber for a thousand eddies.

"Sure." He walked over to the van and opened the back to get his duffle bag.

The Mox just watched as he looted the bodies and their credchips.

Marcus didn't bother with trying to take the cars since they were likely to be tracked. He scanned the credchips and noticed they were encrypted so he broke through the ICE with some difficulty. A total of 5000 eddies with the majority, likely the leader Gear, having 2500 on him.

Today was a resounding success as he picked up an Ajax, Burya tech revolver, Tactician, Overture, and Pozhar shotgun.

Stashing them into the back of the van, Marcus got in as the Mox got into the passenger seat.

"So where to?" Marcus looked at her.

"Lizzie's Bar." She responded quietly.

Luckily the van had GPS, so he pulled out and he was on the road again.

After silence for a minute she spoke again, "So are you an edgerunner?"

"Yeah, you work at Lizzie's?" He tried making conversation, better than silence at least.

She nodded with a smile.

"I do, you've ever been? The name's Abby by the way." She introduced herself.

"John and I'm not into those kinds of entertainment." He laughed a bit.

"Oh really? Maybe you haven't found the right one." She suggested with a wink.

He smiled.

"Perhaps, but I'm more into the real thing." He never really gave it a serious thought. It's just immersive porn when he doesn't need it.

She had a bit of a pout.

"A shame." Abby looked at him with a bit of interest, especially recalling the scene of dead Maelstromers. "Maybe I can thank you another way." She started taking off her top revealing her perky breasts.

Marcus gave her a sideways look.

"You already paid." He reminded her, while he may like fucking, he's not gonna do it with someone who feels that they should pay him back for something.

Abby blushed a little but didn't stop and took off her short shorts revealing her bare pussy.

"I'll be direct then. I want you. Saving me like that, killing all those cyberpsycho wannabes by yourself, and being a hunk on top of all that." She then started removing his pants while he was driving and he helped her by lifting his hips up revealing his manhood.

She stared at his dick with lust and didn't waste time while getting on top of him leaning to the side so he can still see.

"And now you've got this ganic monster cock, how can I resist." She whispered into his ear before lowering herself onto him and moaning deeply.

She bounced roughly on it and he held her ass with one hand and the other on the wheel.

"Fuck! It's so big!" Abby moaned riding him even harder making sure to take every inch.

This went on for a while as they approached Lizzie's Bar.

"About to cum, Abby," Marcus grunted and she started going harder at his words.

"Cum inside, baby! Midnight Lady, you're nova." She informed him.

Did everyone have a Midnight Lady? Guess it's the best form of birth control on the planet probably.

As he pulled into a parking spot at Lizzie's, he kissed her on the lips for the first time and she responded by opening her mouth as their tongues danced with one another as he busted inside.

"Fuck!" Her legs started spasming as she also orgasmed.

They stayed in each other's embrace for a few moments before she kissed him on the lips.

"Next time, we're getting a bed." She was clearly satisfied and sent her contact before putting her clothes on. "Bye, John." Abby winked and blew him a kiss before shutting the door.

Marcus just pulled his pants up and sat there.

'Definitely didn't think that was how the day was going to go.' He grinned before pulling out of the parking lot and back home.
