Chapter 28 - The Succubus Girl

Though Luo Shu pieced together the information quickly, it wasn't from idle gossip—it came from his deep SCP lore knowledge, rivaling even the O5 Council's intel.

Most staff here only had Level 2 clearance, oblivious to truths like "The Goddess" or the Crimson Bride.

Their discussions revolved around:

Clef's personal life

SCP-166's measurements

When Clef would "marry her off"

From their chatter, Luo Shu learned:

This version of SCP-166 had never consumed male essence.

Raised in a convent of nuns, she was a pure succubus—her allure innate, not learned.

Her mother, KTE-9927-Black ("The Goddess"), was a demigod-level entity.

Her father, Dr. Clef, had once been an SCP himself, resistant to reality warping and memetics.

And she'd grown up next to the Crimson Bride—a vessel for divine offspring.

No wonder her charm is overwhelming.

Even recalling her face made Luo Shu's heart race.

If I could visit Area █████ again, maybe SCP-231-7 could tell me about her childhood…

As the anti-meme effect faded, staff finally noticed him.

"You! D-class! Scram!"

But some recognized him.

"That's the 'D-class Containment Specialist'—handles 173 and 049. Has limited Level 2 access."

Since when was I a 'specialist'?

Still, his orange jumpsuit made him unwelcome.

Women tolerated him for the Eye-Pods' sake, but men barely acknowledged him.

Only the Site Director and MTF commander treated him as anything but expendable.

What if I had SCP-166's power?

Could I charm women?

...Men? Hard pass.

But to gain her ability, he'd need to get her out of her unit—which was impossible.

The outside world poisoned her with synthetic materials.

And his polyester uniform alone would trigger her asthma within 15 meters.

Unless…

Going nude.

Yeah, no.

He abandoned the idea.

Her power wasn't worth the ethical dilemmas—or the awkwardness.

The Abduction

Days later, Site-19 came under attack.

"ALERT! INTRUDERS DETECTED!"

"ALL COMBAT PERSONNEL, DEFENSIVE POSITIONS!"

"LEVEL 2 NON-COMBAT, SECURE YOUR ASSIGNED SCPs!"

As a 2/173 & 2/049 handler, Luo Shu was ordered to check both units.

But at B4, he faced a choice: SCP-173 or SCP-049?

He picked 049.

No sane intruder would release 173.

Near the "C" hallway, he spotted a female guard in organic fabric gear carrying SCP-166—wrapped only in a towel.

Wrong.

Why move a containment-risk during a breach?

Then he noticed:

No asthma spray, even as 166 choked for air.

Cameras offline.

"Halt! Identify yourself!"

The guard drew a pistol.

Luo Shu feinted: "Look behind you!"

Her eyes flicked sideways—just enough.

BLINK.

He teleported behind her, yanking a tranquilizer dart from 166's neck.

The girl woke instantly—then snapped the guard's neck with shocking strength.

"Th…ank… you…" she gasped.

"Go! Get your inhaler!" Luo Shu backed away, letting her retreat.

As she fled, she whispered:

"I'm… Gaia."
