"Touch me harder, daddy~"
"Oh yes, daddy, it's yours. Just put that huge thing inside me."
"Of course, sweetheart. I'll give you something long, firm, and flexible. Hope you're ready~"
"Wait—ahhhhh!!"
A man sipped his Red Bull while watching the scene unfold in front of him.
"This is so boring. If this is all they got, what's the point of watching?" He tossed a used tissue aside, only to grab another one.
"Ugh, I wish a beautiful girl would be lying at my feet right now."
The more he thought about it, the wider his grin became. But suddenly, the TV screen in front of him changed channels on its own.
"Huh?"
The screen displayed an eerie eye symbol, something that looked… hypnotic.
"Huuuh…?"
He rubbed his eyes, confused about what was happening. Then, the screen abruptly went black, leaving him bewildered.
"Huh… Weird."
Just as he was about to turn the TV back on, a loud knock came from his door.
"Get downstairs! Time for school!!"
"Tch, yeah, yeah, I'm coming, old hag!"
He threw on his school uniform and left his room. His mother was about to scold him for being late, but she suddenly froze when she looked into his eyes.
"Huh? What are you staring at?" He frowned as he noticed his mother standing still, her eyes completely empty… Wait.
"Mom… Feed me."
Without hesitation, she obeyed.
"WHOA! NO WAY?! THIS IS REAL?!"
Watching too much hentai made him recognize what had just happened—he had gained the power of hypnosis.
"I… I can really hypnotize people?... Hahaha…"
A sinister grin spread across his face.
"I've waited for this day for so long. With this, I can get back at those who laughed at me. Those stuck-up girls will kneel before me. I'll finally get to do whatever I want!!"
His grin twisted into something perverse.
"Hahaha… This is going to be fun. But before revenge, let's have some fun first!"
His eyes drifted toward the prestigious academy visible through his window.
"Blue Sky Academy… the place filled with the most beautiful boys and girls. I heard that even the plainest girl there is considered stunning compared to my school. Wouldn't that be paradise?"
Something stirred beneath his uniform.
"I can't wait any longer! That academy should be grateful to me for fuck all of girls and get the babies. They'll see me as their savior! I'll—"
"—Die by my hands."
"Huh?"
BANG!
He collapsed, his head blown to pieces.
A man in a long coat, his expression as cold as ice, stood over him.
It was Tyler.
Holding a smoking revolver, he exhaled slowly.
"There was a scent of 'him'… Really know how to make me mad… But whatever, you were planning something disgusting anyway."
Tyler's gaze shifted to the boy's mother.
"Poor woman. Once someone's hypnotized, they stay that way forever. No matter what that kid do to cancel the hypnosis, she was never getting her mind back."
He placed the barrel of his gun against her forehead.
"Consider this a mercy. I'll avenge you."
BANG!
As he looked down at the two lifeless bodies, Tyler turned on his heel and walked out. Taking a matchstick from his pocket, he tossed it into the house.
Flames erupted, their glow reflecting in his darkened eyes.
Revenge had consumed him so completely that morality no longer existed in his world.
As long as it was related to the one who had hurt him, he had no hesitation in killing—even the innocent.
That was why he was one of the big villain in this story.
The corrupted teacher, driven by fury and vengeance—Tyler Vincent.
That was what was written in the book.
But now…
"Ahaha! Sorry, everyone! I'm late!" Tyler scratched his head and laughed cheerfully.
What kind of villain acts… like this?
Maybe he hadn't fully stepped into the darkness yet.
The students of Class F watched as him dropped his large backpack onto the floor and started rummaging through it.
Now that I took a closer look… his outfit looked a lot like the one described in the book…
I don't really feel like he's been corrupted or anything, so I guess… okay?
"Alright, everyone! Are you all ready? If so, take this!"
Tyler handed us a weird-looking strap.
"What's this?"
"It's something that'll teleport you back to the academy if you're ever in danger. After that recent student death, the academy wants to ensure a 99% survival rate!"
"And the remaining 1%?"
"Ahh, silly kid, you already know the answer to that."
He flashed us a bright smile, while the rest of us were not smiling at all.
"But don't worry! No matter how low the death rate is, the academy won't just send students in without strong escorts. That's what the teachers are for!"
Tyler stuck out his tongue and playfully knocked his own head like some innocent goofball.
...Honestly, is this dude mentally stable?
Then, he walked over to me and threw an arm around my shoulder.
"And Kai, congrats on getting out of the hospital~"
"Uh… thanks, sir."
"No need to thank me! I'd rather you not end up in the hospital again."
Then, Tyler handed me a knife.
"Here, a self-defense knife. You don't have a weapon yet, do you?"
"Actually, I do..."
I pulled out my enchanted gear—a tattered old knife wrapped in cloth.
"Then dual wield! That'd look way cooler, right?!"
Bruh, I ain't no Aura Farmer.
"Alright, everyone! Ready?"
He shouted, and my class responded with a determined "Yes!"
"Good! First, we're heading to the Adventurers' Guild!"
And so, our class left the academy and made our way there.
From what I knew, the Adventurers' Guild managed quests and dungeons, mainly to prevent monsters from escaping (except for those naturally living outside). Dungeon monsters were way stronger than wild ones—probably because of the harsh environment and food scarcity, forcing them to become more powerful.
Oh, and one more thing—when I say dungeons, I don't mean small little caves here and there. The guild doesn't manage those.
What they do manage is the Great Dungeon Nazari- I mean the Abyss.
Unlike normal dungeons where you just go straight, kill monsters, and grab loot—it's tough for newbies, sure, but once you get some experience, it's manageable.
…Unless it's a goblin dungeon.
But the Abyss?
That thing goes straight down into the earth.
It's packed with monsters, curses, and absolute nightmares.
…Is this Made in Abyss or what?
Also, for real? They're sending students into that thing??
Tyler approached the guild receptionist and talked about our dungeon expedition.
I glanced at the other classes—some of them had insane gear.
Then, I noticed Aura.
"…She's not wearing any equipment?"
She was just standing there in her school uniform, surrounded by people.
Guess she's so strong she doesn't even need gear anymore.
"Hey, what are you staring at?"
Baron elbowed me, snapping me out of it.
"Huh? Just checking out the other classes."
"Dude, you trying to compete with them?"
"Well… kinda?"
"Good luck with that. Even I can't match some of them in Class A."
What? You of all people can't??
"Heyy! You two! Get over here!"
Alice waved at us, so we joined the rest of Class F and followed the other groups to our assigned location.
A few minutes later…
"Holy…"
Every single student was standing there, wide-eyed in pure shock and horror.
The Abyss was located high up in the mountains, so the climb was exhausting.
But once we reached the top, everyone instinctively looked down.
The Abyss wasn't just a dungeon.
It was a bottomless pit.
It was so massive, it felt unreal.
BLEGH!
A student suddenly gagged and threw up just from looking at it.
A teacher quickly rushed over, checked on him, and then shouted,
"This student has been afflicted with Abyss Curse Level 0! Get him out of here!"
"Yes, sir!"
A few people carried him away while the rest of us just stood there in silence.
"…"
Dear god.
This really is Made in Abyss...
