Inside a high-rise building, intermittent breathing and faint moans echoed from one of the rooms.
He moved away from her and sat on the edge of the bed, tilting his head back and gasping, then ran his tongue over his lips, tasting the remnants of blood with hidden pleasure, while the girl was left carelessly lying next to him... just a soulless corpse.
He got up and made his way to the bathroom, where he washed the sweat and exhaustion from his body. Drops of water fell on his skin like waves of the sea, reminding him of the nights he had spent with many girls. But now he no longer finds pleasure in it... it's just a habit.
He stepped out of the bathroom, towel wrapped around his waist. As he expected, the room was neatly arranged-the guards had cleaned up the mess. He sat with one foot on top of the other, slowly lit his cigarette, then blew the smoke into the air in amusement.
He closed his eyes, lying in apparent relaxation, but in reality he was deep in thought... the next deal on his mind, and more importantly, that girl he'd heard about. There's something strange about her... something that excites him in a way he's never experienced before.
A powerful woman, who has cleverly worked her way through the business world to become one of its most powerful figures. She competes with him with uncharacteristic ferocity, and her name is everywhere. Every time he hears it, his curiosity grows. He wants to break her... he wants to teach her a lesson that will make her realize her limits.
He has always been the one in control, the one with the reins in his fist. A sly smile crossed his lips as he recalled how he controlled the businessmen, how he bent everyone to his will. No one dared to challenge him... until she showed up, announcing the beginning of a cold war between them.
He is Elias, the head of the most powerful mafia in the world. It is said that he has been controlling the world for almost sixty years, and yet... whoever sees him wouldn't believe that he is only twenty-five years old.
Footsteps echoed around the place until one of his men stopped in front of him, saying respectfully:
"Sir, everything is ready. The deal tomorrow will be ours... without a doubt."
Elias opened his red eyes, sparks of malice flashing from them, before replying in a chillingly calm voice:
"You know the consequences of failure... don't you?"
The man shuddered, swallowing hard before muttering in a shaky voice:
"Uh... Yes, sir! Don't worry... the deal will be ours."
Elias stared at him intently, as if looking deep into his soul, and then said with deadly coldness:
"I hope everything goes the way I want it to... otherwise, you will meet the fate of your predecessors. Is that clear?"
The other nodded in horror, unable to say another word. He quickly retreated out of the room, his body dripping with sweat... as if death had been staring him in the eyes moments before.
In the heart of the forest, where the rustling of the trees intertwined with the sound of the wind, a group of men were practicing with great skill and strength. In their midst stood a woman of slender stature, exuding power and prestige... but most of all, the cunning that shone in her eyes, one of her most deadly weapons.
The beta of her pack approached her, bowing slightly before saying in a neutral voice: "Alpha..."
She stopped fighting and turned to him with a searching gaze, before he continued in a more serious voice: "It's him... he'll be competing with us again for that deal."
Her eyes shrewdly twinkled, and she stepped towards him with a mixture of strength and femininity, before whispering with a sly smile: "We will offer the lowest price. This deal should be ours...it will add up, and the rewards will be many times over."
The Beta hesitated for a moment before speaking again, but his tone held a hint of concern.
"Alpha... but-"
She raised an eyebrow and looked at him steadily, cutting off his hesitation sharply: "But what?"
He cleared his throat and continued cautiously: "That man is dangerous... dealing with him is not easy. He's not just a businessman, he's one of the most powerful mafia bosses in the world. Getting him on our side would be better than making an enemy out of him... making an enemy is not going to be easy."
The Alpha stared at him in heavy silence, her piercing gaze causing tension to creep into his features. Then, in a quiet but powerful voice, she said: "That man, whatever his name is, can do nothing for us."
She breathed slowly before continuing, her tone a mixture of disdain and certainty: "I know full well that he has no morals, laundering his dirty money from prostitution, murder, arms and drug trafficking, and even organ sales... but he will not stand in my way."
Then, in a stronger tone, laden with confidence and dominance, she continued: "Don't forget that we are wolves. Strength, skill, intelligence... and cunning are in our blood. In the end, they're just a bunch of humans... and what can they do to us?"
The beta nodded meekly and said, "As you wish, Alpha."
He bowed slightly before taking two steps back and leaving. She turned her gaze to the men in front of her, and they began their training again.
She is the Alpha, the leader of the Crimson Wolf pack. She took over at the age of eighteen after the death of her father, who couldn't bear the loss of his mate and withered away to join her. She suffered a lot, especially after other packs tried to take over her pack, whether by forcing her to marry to rule the pack or by starting a war. But she disappointed all expectations... She was a thorn in their backs, unseen but bloody to those who dared to touch her.
She ruled her pack for ten years with an iron fist. She wasn't just any leader, she was a force to be reckoned with. She entered the business world not for the greed of wealth, but to ensure a decent life for her pack. She used her intelligence and strength to dominate those around her, until she became a name to be feared by her enemies.
She is the Alpha. She is Sidra Michael.
