Chapter 39 - Chapter 39: The Unchained Power 2

The night sky trembled as the young warrior stood atop the mountain, his body pulsing with an energy that defied the natural order. The moonlight bathed him in a silver glow, but it was overshadowed by the sheer force radiating from his existence. Zhao Tian, a man who had seen the rise and fall of countless martial geniuses, stood frozen.

The power in front of him was no longer something he could measure.

His disciple's qi did not flow like a river. It roared like an ocean, vast and boundless, without a single sign of depletion. It did not conform to the heavens—it challenged them.

The young warrior stretched out his hand, closing his fingers into a fist. The mere act sent shockwaves rippling through the air, distorting the space around him. His newly discovered cultivation method had fully integrated into his being, pushing his strength beyond the mortal comprehension of martial realms.

Zhao Tian's expression was unreadable, but his voice carried the weight of undeniable truth. "You… You are beyond anything this world has ever seen."

A slow smirk formed on the young warrior's lips. "Is that fear I hear, old man?"

Zhao Tian let out a scoff, but deep within, he knew there was a sliver of truth to that statement. His disciple had surpassed even his wildest expectations. He was no longer bound by conventional limitations. If anything, he had become the limit itself.

"Show me," Zhao Tian said, stepping forward. "Show me the true extent of what you've become."

The young warrior's eyes gleamed with an untamed light. "You asked for it."

In an instant, the ground beneath him shattered. His movement was beyond speed—it was instantaneous. One moment he stood still, the next, his fist was inches away from Zhao Tian's face.

Zhao Tian barely had time to react, raising his arm in defense as a monstrous impact blasted through the air. The force of the punch sent him skidding backward, his feet carving trenches into the rocky terrain. The sheer weight behind that attack made his bones tremble.

"That was…!" Zhao Tian's mind raced as he steadied himself. There had been no qi enhancement, no external force amplifying the attack. That raw power had come purely from the boy's body.

"You're holding back," Zhao Tian noted, cracking his knuckles. "Don't insult me."

A chuckle escaped the young warrior's lips. "Fine. Let's see if you can handle this."

He took a deep breath, and then—the world changed.

A pressure unlike anything Zhao Tian had ever felt descended upon the mountain. It wasn't qi. It wasn't killing intent. It was something primal, something that made even the heavens feel insignificant. The sky darkened, the stars flickered, and the very essence of existence trembled at the presence of an unshackled being.

And then—he vanished.

BOOM!

Zhao Tian's body instinctively reacted, reinforcing itself with every ounce of his Supreme Saint Realm cultivation, but it wasn't enough. The first strike landed on his ribs, sending a shockwave across the entire mountain range. Before he could recover, another strike crashed into his back, followed by a third—a barrage of attacks so precise and devastating that his body was struggling to keep up.

Zhao Tian coughed, feeling something he hadn't in decades—pain.

The young warrior stood before him, relaxed, his movements effortless. "This is only the beginning."

Zhao Tian wiped the blood from his lip and chuckled. "You damn monster." He steadied his stance, his own battle spirit igniting. "But I won't let you have all the fun."

Golden energy erupted around Zhao Tian, his Supreme Saint Qi surging like a divine tempest. He vanished from sight, reappearing above his disciple with his palm extended forward. "Heavenly Suppression Palm!"

A colossal force crashed downward, warping the very fabric of space. The air compressed under its weight, the mountain peak caving in as the overwhelming force threatened to crush everything beneath it.

But then—a flicker.

The young warrior raised his hand, catching the full force of the attack with a single palm.

Zhao Tian's eyes widened. Impossible…!

With a flick of his wrist, the young warrior shattered the attack, sending a backlash of energy that forced Zhao Tian to retreat. The aftershock alone leveled the landscape, creating a massive crater where they stood. Dust and debris filled the air, but through the chaos, two figures stood unmoving, their eyes locked in a battle beyond words.

Zhao Tian exhaled. "You've surpassed me."

For the first time, his voice carried no doubt, no hesitation. It was the acceptance of a warrior who had seen the birth of something that defied destiny.

The young warrior grinned, rolling his shoulders. "Took you long enough to admit it."

Zhao Tian chuckled, shaking his head. "The world isn't ready for you."

"I know."

Zhao Tian took a deep breath, his expression turning solemn. "You have reached a level beyond normal comprehension. Your cultivation no longer aligns with the heavens. I can't even classify your strength within the current martial realms."

He paused, choosing his next words carefully. "You have become something beyond the Supreme Saint Realm."

A moment of silence stretched between them.

Then, the young warrior let out a low laugh. "So, what does that make me?"

Zhao Tian met his gaze, his voice unwavering. "A being beyond classification. A realm that does not exist yet."

The young warrior let that sink in. The mere thought sent a shiver of excitement through him.

"I like the sound of that."

Zhao Tian studied him for a long moment before exhaling. "Your power will shake the heavens. But power alone isn't enough. The path ahead of you is one of chaos and blood."

The young warrior's smirk softened into something more resolute. "Then let the world tremble."

The night wind howled as the mount8ain stood witness to a power that had never existed before—a force that neither gods nor demons could comprehend.

And so, a new legend was born.
