In recent days, another Xiao had joined the chat group. As a loyal follower of the Rock King, Xiao naturally didn't refuse Smith's invitation. Thus, the guild gained another powerful combatant, second only to Morax. Additionally, the guild store now had one more item—the Eye of the Wind God.
With this addition, Smith also had the option to access the Godhead of the Wind God.
However, Smith didn't make a deliberate effort to search for the Eye of the Water God or the Eye of the Grass God. After all, the Eye of the God didn't hold much value for him, and he couldn't afford the Godhead anyway.
Instead, Smith decided it was more productive to focus on studying with Keqing about how to develop Liyue.
Keqing enjoyed the discussions. She often reflected on how, without Smith, she would never have learned that Mr. Zhongli was actually the Rock King. Now that they were all members of the same guild, Keqing felt a sense of camaraderie with Smith. She appreciated the time they spent together, whether it was discussing work or chatting casually. The man before her seemed to understand her very well.
At times, though, she couldn't help but notice how Smith's gaze became a bit too intense when he enjoyed their conversations. Keqing didn't know how to address it, but it didn't bother her too much.
She didn't hate Smith, in fact, she enjoyed talking with him. Keqing wasn't like Ningguang, who was focused on remaining independent. Keqing didn't mind the idea of marriage in the future. She still had family, and maybe one day, she would meet someone who she truly liked. And, if that person happened to be Smith, that might not be so bad.
But that was something for the future. No one knew how much the guild would change things for them. What if she ended up becoming an immortal one day? In that case, her parents and family wouldn't be able to control her anymore.

As Smith and Keqing strolled across the Guili Plain, a sudden notification from the guild echoed in their minds:
"A dimensional commission from the Zongwu world has been found: Buddhism, Demonism, and aliens have jointly attacked Wudang. Help Wudang resist this catastrophe.
Reward: 5,000 dimensional points. A maximum of three participants. Points will be distributed based on contribution, with participants receiving at least 5% of the total points."
Hu Tao quickly chimed in: "Here comes a task! How difficult is it? Can I participate?"
Zhongli responded, "Buddhism, Demonism, and aliens? Are these special races?"
Smith, ever calm, replied, "They are all human beings, but they practice different skills and beliefs. Of course, I'm not fond of Buddhism, and many of the demons are quite bloodthirsty and lack a moral compass. This task is doable."
Keqing added, "A 5,000-point mission? This should be something we can handle, right?"
Smith nodded, "Yes, it's manageable. One person should be enough."
Hu Tao eagerly spoke up again, "I want to join! I haven't visited other worlds yet!"
Ningguang then weighed in, "I won't go. My combat power isn't strong enough, and I still need to handle the Liyue Bank. I haven't had a full night's sleep in nearly 20 hours."
Ganyu added, "I won't go either. I'm helping Master Ningguang with the bank's affairs."
Zhongli turned to Xiao. "Then let Xiao go. Does the president want to join too?"
Smith shrugged, "Me? You can follow the live broadcast of the Dimension Guild and see the situation. But, if no one else participates, I could join as well."
Keqing suggested, "You should join. After all, both you and Xiao are novices this time."
Smith smiled, "Alright, it's decided. I, Hu Tao, and Xiao will go."
Back in the real world, Smith turned to Keqing and asked, "Are you heading back to Liyue Harbor directly, or will you wait for me here?"
Keqing glanced vaguely in a direction and replied, "I'll wait for you here. I have some matters to attend to."
Smith raised an eyebrow. "Is that so? It seems recent actions have made some people uneasy. Some might even be following the Seven Stars."
A playful hint of amusement appeared on Smith's face, though he wasn't worried about Keqing's safety. After all, Morax had once said that Keqing possessed the talent of a swordmaster, and if he was not mistaken, Keqing now had an Eye of the God of Fire in addition to the Eye of the God of Thunder.
With two God's Eyes now, Keqing's strength had been greatly enhanced. Ordinary people would no longer be a match for her.
Keqing's expression grew cold. "It's rather bold of them," she said. Like Smith, she had no good impression of the Fatui.
If the Rock King Emperor hadn't forbade them from directly confronting the Fatui, Keqing would have already gone to stir things up. However, this time it wasn't her who was causing trouble; it was the Fatui following her.

Meanwhile, in the Zixiao Palace of Wudang Mountain, Zhang Cuishan was kneeling before his master, Zhang Sanfeng. Tears streamed down his face as he cried, "Master, I'm sorry! It's because of me that Wudang is in danger. Please, just hand me over!"
Master Zhang Sanfeng, a Taoist immortal in appearance, looked down at Zhang Cuishan with disappointment in his eyes. "You brought disaster to Wudang? How can you speak like that?" he said sternly. "Those people are not after you. They've come for me, the Taoist, and Wudang. Even if you hadn't been involved, they would have found another excuse to attack."
Zhang Cuishan stammered, unable to form any words in response. He hadn't expected his master to be so resolute.
Zhang Sanfeng shook his head in frustration, his voice heavy with disappointment. "The righteous and the demonic paths are no longer relevant in this fight. Shaolin has already allied with the Demon Sect. What does it matter if we have anything to do with Xie Xun at this point?"
Just as Zhang Sanfeng was about to speak further, three figures appeared in the distance. Sensing their aura, Zhang Sanfeng's brow furrowed briefly before relaxing. He then asked curiously, "Three friends, what brings you here?"
Smith couldn't help but feel a strange expression on his face at Zhang Sanfeng's words. The next moment, Hu Tao burst into laughter. "Demon Sage, did you hear that? He just called you a friend!" she exclaimed.
