Mora or not, it didn't matter to Keqing. While the amount of Mora she possessed was certainly not comparable to Ningguang's, the family behind her was incredibly wealthy. However, the Mora they had didn't belong to her personally—it was family wealth.
Despite this, Keqing still had the authority to make decisions on certain matters.
After thinking it over, she continued, "Besides, I don't think the housing market will keep rising. I wouldn't be surprised if the prices in Liyue start to fall soon."
"Oh?" Ningguang's eyes narrowed when she heard this. Ningguang trusted Keqing's vision greatly. Real estate was Keqing's family's main business, and Ningguang believed that even she couldn't match Keqing's expertise in this field.
Since Keqing said so, Ningguang figured she must have information that she wasn't aware of.
"Considering your involvement in the guild, I'm sure you're aware of how much it has already started to change things for us. This is just the beginning," Keqing said, her tone serious. "Now, there's a way to help the emperor and others solve the issue of wear and tear. Don't you think there will be a way to address the resentment of the demon gods in the future? Once these methods are available, and Guiliyuan is developed, do you think the houses in Liyue Port will still hold such value?"
Keqing didn't hide anything and explained her thoughts plainly.
Ningguang's gaze grew deeper as she listened. Liyue Port had already reached its limit. The Seven Stars of Liyue knew this well, and even the Rock King Emperor likely understood it. However, they had no viable places to expand. The resentment from the demon gods in Guiliyuan still hindered Liyue's development.
As for whether the resentment of the demon gods could be resolved in the future, Ningguang found herself believing it was a possibility after hearing Keqing speak.
"It seems we need to take action," Ningguang said, a playful smile curling on her lips.
The housing market in Liyue Port was currently at its peak—a good time to sell. However, some properties were still unmarketable.
Keqing's family's main assets were in real estate. If the housing prices in Liyue Port started to collapse, Keqing's family would suffer significant losses.
"Well, I'll take action regardless. If you want to sell the property at a lower price, I can make the decision," Keqing said.
However, Ningguang directly rejected her suggestion. "No, it can't be sold at a lower price! If it's not too expensive, people will think we're selling off Liyue's assets. I want to raise the price to 1.5 billion or 2 billion. If it's too cheap, people might think we're not as wealthy as the Northland Bank."
"Since you say so, I won't stop you. I won't lose any money on it, anyway," Keqing replied with a resigned expression, her gaze lingering on Ningguang, but she chose not to argue further.
Then, Ningguang grinned at Keqing. "By the way, how far has your relationship with the president developed?"
Keqing looked at Ningguang, her expression unreadable. "Boring!" she muttered, turning away without saying more.
Discussing her feelings with Ningguang was a waste of time—there was no way it would make her less bored. Plus, if Ningguang found out about her actions with Smith, Keqing was sure she'd never let her live it down.
As Keqing hurriedly left, Ningguang's gaze followed her with deep thought. For Liyue, this could very well be a blessing. However, a man like Smith—Keqing, you can't keep him to yourself forever.

Morax was very efficient. By the time Keqing had finished her work that evening and came to Smith, she was still holding a long green sword in her hand, as though she couldn't bear to part with it.
"Is this the Rock Knot Green? It's indeed a very powerful weapon," Smith said with a flash of envy in his eyes as he looked at the weapon.
Smith was currently lacking decent weapons, and although the Rock Knot Green was an excellent weapon, it wasn't destined to fall into his hands. It was better off in Keqing's possession. Morax, that guy, was certainly not stingy with his gifts.
"Have you ever met Morax before?" Smith asked, curiosity in his voice.
At this moment, Zhongli should be wandering around Liyue with Mewtwo. Smith wasn't sure whether he was still in Liyue Harbor.
Keqing shook her head slightly. "I don't know how the Rock Knot ended up in my hands. It just appeared out of nowhere when I was about to take a break. It's as expected of the Rock King! His power is on another level compared to ours."
"After all, it's Morax!" Smith chuckled. "Anyway, now that you've got the Rock Knot Green, your weapon disadvantage has disappeared. If you lose to Tartaglia next month, you'll have no excuses."
Keqing's eyes gleamed with determination. "I won't lose to Tartaglia. But unfortunately, most of the recent tasks aren't suited to us. Otherwise, I would love to find a strong opponent to fight before facing him."
Smith frowned slightly. "Mewtwo's task was an accident. Two of the three tasks that have appeared so far were solved by Morax. Without him, the current members of the guild might not have been able to handle them. So, Old Deng can't retire just yet—he'll need to work overtime!"
Keqing didn't seem too concerned. "Forget it, let's just keep fighting. The Rock Knot is much heavier than my Dragon's Voice in the Box. I'll need to adapt to this sword as soon as possible, or my fighting will be affected."
Keqing wasn't interested in thinking about the tasks at the moment. She preferred to focus on improving her skills. If there was a chance to do a task, she would take it, but if she couldn't do it, she would focus on other things. After all, getting something for nothing didn't sit well with her, but Keqing was strong, and she would use whatever resources she had to grow stronger and protect Liyue.

The next day at noon, as Smith was preparing to have lunch, Keqing rushed to him, grabbing his hand and pulling him outside.
"What's going on?" Smith asked, confused but allowing Keqing to drag him along.
Keqing hurried ahead, explaining as she walked, "Qin, the acting leader of the Knights of Favonius, has arrived at Liyue Harbor and wants to meet with you."
"She wants to meet me? Does that mean I have to go see her? Wouldn't that make me lose face?" Smith muttered, though a hint of amusement played in his voice. "After all, I'm the president, okay?"
Keqing looked back at him with a sigh. "Well, you're the one who's being summoned. You should go. What's the harm?"
Smith shrugged. "Alright, alright. Lead the way."
