Chapter 3 - Cultivation

Jin Yun, who thought he was alone, didn't stop practicing both methods.

If he stopped, he would be dead.

Inside his body, the liquid essence of the Bloodstone burned his flesh.

To neutralize it, he had to use the spiritual energy stored within his body, located between his belly button and seven cyclones.

The Origin Condensation realm consists of absorbing the energy of heaven and earth and compressing it into a cyclone.

This realm has ten levels.

Each level surpassed increases the capacity to store Spiritual Energy—the name given by cultivators to the energy of heaven and earth when condensed in their bodies.

...

With the spiritual energy, Jin Yun managed to temporarily halt the advancement of the crimson essence.

At the same time, using the air's energy, he began refining his bones.

"Hold on!"

His entire body was in agony, as if he were submerged in a cauldron of boiling water.

Grinding his teeth, he continued practicing martial arts—punching the air, kicking, and spinning his body three hundred and sixty degrees, repeating these movements without rest.

This sequence of actions made his pores work intensely.

A strong wind surged above Jin Yun's head.

It was the energy of the air, gathered and ready to be absorbed.

In body training, the spiritual root doesn't matter. What counts is effort!

And how far you are willing to go.

Jin Yun, feeling the wind descending upon his body, noticed his inner pores sucking it in forcefully.

The impact caused his entire skin to bleed. His injuries were now even worse than the hole in his chest.

Below him, a pool of blood formed.

Internally, the absorbed waves were directed to his bones.

Boom!

An explosion resonated inside his body. His skeletal structure violently cracked.

Meanwhile, on the opposite side of his heart, the Bloodstone had shrunk by half—its metallic sword devouring it little by little.

In this absorption process, the blade gained such a murderous intent that it would make anyone's hair stand on end.

Further below, the seven spiritual cyclones worked together, sustaining everything—accelerating the healing process and protecting the vital organs.

"Hahaha!" Even in this state, one that would make anyone pass out, Jin Yun still had the strength to laugh.

"Keep working!" He was insane.

"That's it!" Jin Yun, feeling the change and realizing that the system was working faster, didn't miss the moment and began practicing with even more intensity.

In the seventh area, a human Beyblade appeared, spinning rapidly, attracting a hurricane that enveloped it.

"Break!" Jin Yun shouted, and the next second, his entire skeletal structure shattered into particles.

In that instant, the Bloodstone was refined by the sword, which began glowing red.

This glow was sent to the newly shattered bone structure.

"Now! Life or death! Hahahahaha! Come on! I'm ready!"

Outside, Jin Yun, influenced by the Blood Qi, became dangerous! His entire aura exuded death!

Inside, the red glow penetrated the bone particles, which emitted a transparent energy.

The waves had not been completely refined! It's difficult for a human to absorb one hundred percent.

But that's where the method created by the psychopath Jin Yun comes into play.

To prevent the root from exploding when absorbing the metal, he prefers to break the bones!

The explosion that was supposed to happen is directed toward the bone structure, which, upon receiving it, forces the air energy to activate.

Using the seven cyclones in his body, he channels all the spiritual energy to rebuild his bones.

"Kekeke... Aiiiiiiiiiii!"

This state of bodily reconstruction left Jin Yun even crazier than he already was.

The fragments began to come together, like a puzzle.

The pain was insane.

He laughed, let out involuntary screams, and danced a series of movements to alleviate the pain.

But this was quite funny—imagine a figure without bones, held together only by will and cultivation.

It was terrifying!

Jin Yun looked like a demon now, especially since he was covered in blood.

"Refine faster, damn it!" He tried, once again, to force his adrenaline.

But it didn't work. That's not how the human body works.

Half an hour later, his skeletal structure returned, but that wasn't all.

The essence below, with no support, burned his entire flesh.

But that wasn't a problem—compared to the first process, this was much easier.

Executing the Qi Absorption technique, he began to use the cyclones seriously, not as defense.

They began spinning like a Russian roulette at extreme speed, pulling all the essence toward themselves.

The cyclones turned red, sucking in all the essence, but it still wasn't enough to open another one.

Jin Yun had already expected this. The difficulty of Spiritual Cultivation was insane.

Taking the other stones, he began absorbing them.

This time, it was different. Only the first refinement was dangerous because it involved adding something new to the sword.

But once adapted, it became child's play.

Two hours later, a sea of blood descended toward the cyclones, which received it like a whale devouring everything.

After this refinement, the cyclones glowed red.

They were saturated.

The rest of the energy was sent upward, gathering above the seventh cyclone, where a whirlpool began to form.

Then, it turned into a vortex and, after a while, began to shrink until it became a small crimson black hole.

The eighth cyclone was formed!

When it formed, the eighth cyclone sent a wave of spiritual energy into Jin Yun's body, healing all his injuries.

His flesh was restored, and his new bones became even stronger.

His senses also improved.

"I survived!" Jin Yun exclaimed, excited. Every cultivation session, once completed, brought a feeling of joy.

For being alive. And for succeeding.

Many considered him crazy.

But he didn't think so...

"They don't understand the effort of someone without talent! I just work hard. Every step I take forward is a victory."

"And now that I've achieved this victory, I've become stronger!"

Jin Yun smiled. This time, it was a genuine smile—the kind of smile from someone satisfied with themselves.

Returning to the tree, he climbed into its branches and lay down, recovering from the mental exhaustion.

His mind, after this event, was drained.

It didn't take long before Jin Yun closed his eyes and fell asleep.

There were no monsters here. This secret realm was only used for cultivation. If someone wanted to test their combat power, they could hunt in the Fallen Star Forest or fight in the academy's Combat Arena.

It was the only place in the academy where disciples could fight.

Private fights were prohibited, especially in the Secret Realm.

But of course, there were exceptions: disputes over resources.

But this had nothing to do with Jin Yun. Who would fight with him for metal resources?

Except maybe the blacksmiths... But to take something from here, you needed money.

The sect didn't allow disciples to profit at its expense.

That's why bringing spatial items for storing things was forbidden.

And taking things out for free!

If you had money, you could buy it.

Many disciples took things and gave them to people outside.

And sold them at a higher price.

The sect didn't care; they took a share of the profit.
