Opening Scene
Under Merlin's guidance and the influence of his powerful magic, the children return home. The house, carrying traces of the past, feels warm and safe, yet something about it seems… different. There is an unshakable sense that they have reached a turning point, a moment that will define everything. The fear that lingers over them—rooted in both Merlin's return and the attack they endured—still grips their hearts like a dark shadow.
Merlin's presence changes the entire atmosphere of the house. Every step he takes sends ripples through the air, as if the very walls respond to his energy. The children, however, are aware that this is just the beginning. To achieve their true purpose, they must train under Merlin's watchful eye.
Waiting for them at the house is the old man—the one who once helped them find the book. Wise and patient, he had always guided them, encouraging them to develop their magical abilities. Though he rarely spoke of it, he, too, possessed magic—powerful, yet hidden.
As the children step inside, they see the old man standing by the entrance, watching them closely. His eyes scan each of them before finally settling on Merlin. Then, in a trembling voice filled with deep reverence, he speaks:
Old Man (his voice shaking as he slowly kneels):
"Merlin… Is it truly you?"
The children, caught off guard, instinctively take a step back. The sight of the old man kneeling is something they never expected. Until now, everything had been uncertain and mysterious, but his reaction gives their journey a weight they hadn't fully grasped before.
As Merlin steps forward, the children instinctively gather around him, their eyes fixed on the old man, who bows his head deeply.
Lina (in shock):
"This… How is this possible? The old man, he… he actually…?"
Marlon (his eyes widening in disbelief):
"Why is he kneeling? Come on, Merlin… There has to be more to this, right?"
The old man, overwhelmed with emotion, wipes away a tear as he lets out a deep breath and lifts his gaze toward Merlin once more.
Old Man (his voice filled with emotion):
"For you to return… It feels like a miracle beyond anything I have ever known. Truly… I never imagined I would witness this moment."
Merlin steps closer, sensing the weight of the old man's emotions. Gently, he places a hand on his shoulder and nods.
Merlin (smiling softly, his voice warm):
"Rise, my friend. What's this? The fact that you're still alive is the real miracle."
The old man lifts his head, gratitude shining in his eyes. Then, after taking a steadying breath, his expression turns serious.
A Serious Conversation
Merlin (his tone growing firm):
"Old man, the children's training is now your responsibility. They must begin their journey—a journey that will push them to grow stronger as they prepare to face the darkness ahead."
The old man nods, determination flickering in his gaze.
Old Man (with conviction):
"I accept this duty, Merlin. I will give everything I have to train them. But… they must understand the risks. This journey will not only grant them strength—it will also expose them to great danger."
Merlin (nodding in approval):
"Yes. They will find their power, but they must be cautious. At the end of this path, a dark force awaits them. Their training is crucial."
As the children listen to Merlin and the old man's exchange, a new awareness settles over them. They are stepping into something far greater than themselves. For the first time, they truly feel the weight of responsibility.
Meric (serious, his voice tinged with fear):
"We have to succeed. If we fail… then what happens?"
Lina (trying to mask her unease):
"Remember what Merlin said. The darkness will always be waiting. But together, we can be stronger."
Marlon (skeptical yet resolute):
"No matter how strong we become, facing the darkness won't be easy. But we're alive… and that's our greatest chance."
The training the old man and Merlin will provide now carries a greater meaning. The path ahead will be filled with trials, uncertainties, and danger. But they are no longer alone.
With Merlin's support, they are ready to step forward—to face the darkness and fight for the light.
Merlin's eyes glow softly as he looks at them, fully aware of the battles ahead.
For the world to change, he must believe in them.
