Chapter 98 - Final Stretch

By the end of the year, Cain, Anakin, and Seris stood as exemplars of what the Eternal Dawn Order strived for – balance, knowledge, and strength. Their journey from the harrowing duel on Haruun Kal to their relentless months of training had molded them into far more powerful and wise Jadaii than before.

Cain in particular had evolved into a true leader: as humble as he was mighty, always quick to credit his teammates and teachers for their roles in his growth. Anakin had matured as well; the structured training and the humbling experience with everyone tempered some his recklessness.

He embraced discipline not as a burden but as a path to unleashing even greater power responsibly. Seris, once quieter and bookish, now shone with more spirit – she had found her place as both a leader and a cunning strategist in the Order. Each of them had learned from the others: Anakin drew from Seris's patience, Seris from Anakin's boldness, and both from Cain's wisdom.

Their remarkable progress did not remain within the Typhons walls. News spread through the Order and Alliance ranks of Cain's duel and the trio's accomplishments on missions during their current campaign.

Kar Vastor became something of a legend-in-residence; knights lined up (warily) to spar with the ferocious Korun in controlled matches, testing themselves. Kar, for his part, seemed to find purpose in this role – he was hard on them, of course, but fair, and more than one trainee stumbled away from a session with Kar nursing bruises and a wide grin at having lasted a few minutes against him.

The once-dreaded "jungle lord" had become a mentor figure, albeit a gruff and demanding one some saying he's the future battle master of the order. In quieter moments, some even spotted Kar and Master Fay in deep conversation by the gardens but no words were ever said between them (None with your lips).

All of this collective sharpening of skills came not a moment too soon. The galaxy's horizon was darkening with the threat of a new conflict. The Order had sensed it coming for some time: the Hutt clans, alarmed by recent Alliance victories and new Jadaii interventions in their slave operations, were mobilizing.

Intelligence reports confirmed that the Hutts had formed a consortium of mercenaries, enforcers, and with other planets backing them preparing to expand their criminal empire by force. Whispers spoke of an upcoming war with the Hutts, one that could spill across the Outer Rim. As the drums of war grew louder, the Eternal Dawn Order readied itself to stand against this looming menace.

Cain, Anakin, Seris, and all their comrades now turned their newly forged abilities toward war preparation. In war councils, Cain and Anakin stood side by side, strategizing how to counter Hutt crime lords and their battle legions. Syla and Seris provided intelligence gleaned from careful Flow-walking sessions to identifying critical targets and possible ambushes.

Paladins and clone troopers of the order and alliance where getting their last days of training and rest in before setting out for the final campaign. Anakin would be sparring with Sarah and Bo-katan on the finished star platform. Sarah showing the besides of Anakins potential in the force with deadly precision of a battle hardened Mandalorian.

John would be with Seris learning about battle tactics from mission they were on together seeing how they could improve and taking notes on battle tacts they could incorporate while talking about their ideas for the future of the Order and the Alliance. Cain would be with Barriss at a waterfall enjoying a nice lunch Anakin mom made him telling him to "Make a move on the girl before you regret it". He would smiling while seeing Maul and Kar sparring across the field the two fighting like super humans. Cain would also see the twins cheering the two on their rad hair shinning in the dawn sky light.
