Inside of a large white temple,there was a hall with countless different words carved on the walls,these words were of an Ancient now forgotten language, They were glowing bright gold and emanated a feeling of Divinity,or at least some form of transcendence.
The ceiling was rounded and completely covered with a red Curtain, 36 different Thin poles made of gold could be found every
40 meters,a golden balance hanged from a chain in the ceiling.
There was 242 tables inside the hall,and 242 students sat on each chair except for one where a man wearing a black suit and a white mask that perfectly fit into his face was sitting completely still,the mask hid beneath a sharp and robust face,bright and large blue eyes reflected the visage of a girl with pale skin and white hair,as well as other students.
These 242 students,were all the Youths who had chosen a Succession in the Sacred hall.
There were many more Youths in 14 other classrooms,they were those who were aged around 17 to 19 but only had a 4th origin and therefore didn't choose a succession.
Immortals would undergo the Awakening Ceremony between the ages of around 16 to 18,most would be 17 at the time of their awakening, early bloomers would be 15 and close to 16 and late bloomers would be close to 19.
Veangeance's sister was a late bloomer,she had just turned 20.
Her birthday was during the month of Vitas,Veangeance's was in Fertilitas.
She was born in the day 1 while he was born in day 9.
There were 12 months in the world of Era,
Vitas, named after the goddess of life Matre.
Fertilitas named after the goddess of Fertility Petra.
The month of Aurei, named after the Golden Hero Aureus.
The month of Celebra named after the greatest festival in the world,the Day of Beginning.
The month of Fruhling, named after the spring.
The month of Akerveyn,named after the Greatest Conqueror in history, father of Aakveyn,The First Heir of the World.
The month of Ethel, named after princess Ethel of the Ancient kingdom of Ambrosia.
The months of Octlarum,nieve Dectsemberum,are named after their order in the calendar.
The month of Umbra, named after the Gathering of shadows,an event in which shadows gained coinscience and seeked to destroy those that had cast them.
The month of Persist, named after the God of Survival, Persist.
The masked man, was Professor Brahms,A very powerful person who was one of the 7 Ancients in the City of Aertia.
The other 6 were the four leaders of the 1st rate Clans,the shaman and the nameless slave.
Professor Brahms remained still for about a minute,then he got up and went near a board,Soon after A somewhat nerve-wracking voice came out of him,
"Fate,Many had asked themselves what exactly fate is,God?Or the devil?.
Or Maybe something else, something totally indifferent To The Trials and tribulations Of Living beings.
Their Questions were never answered,for the most part.
Of all the ones who have seeked the truth of the world,Only few Had succeed.
They,Were the Honored Ones, Beings who had reached the pinnacle of power believed to be achievable by Mortals.
Their actions have shaped history,Each of their legacies as a Conqueror cemented in the Book of Truth...
In the beginning,there was nothing,then nothing gained coinscience.
This conscience was later given the name of Shum Davar by the book of Truth.
It translates to Nule in the modern language.
Shum Davar was alone in The nothingness for an eternity,Yet in the blink of an eye, "existence" came into being.
Shum Davar,did not like the emergence of "existence", because as it was the conscience of nothing, nothing was like its body.
And all of a sudden,pieces of its body were missing.
Yet Nule could do nothing,It was just a conscience after all.
The only action it could take was speak to other consciences,yet there were none besides it.
For a long period,Nule was in agony,its body shrinking little by little.
Nule had wondered,
'Is this my fate? To be cursed for all eternity?'
As if to answer Nule's question,The first being after "existence" emerged,The first Deity.
After the first Deity,66 other Divine beings emerged.
These beings had a sort of absolute wisdom, despite just being "born" they had the minds of an ancient being,Aware of all the truths of the universe,and more.
These beings had lived in harmony with one another,for an eternity.
Yet in the blink of an eye, something happened.
Nule,Had spoken to the First being,and somehow it had convinced the first being to bring an end to the harmony.
Nule,wanted the erasure of all existence,so that it could be whole again.
And there was a way to do this,The ERROR.
The Error was a mistake in existence,A sort of "force" that could "destroy" everything.
No matter how high the dimensionality of that" thing",The ERROR could destroy it.
In fact,"destroy" was just the term used by Nule,It didn't really know what the ERROR did.
It was an ERROR after all and didn't follow the absolute laws of all things.
All it knew was that the error could bring the nothingness back.
Yet,Nule, could not interact with the ERROR,it rejected Nule.
Therefore Nule needed another being to interact with the "ERROR".
That being, presented itself in the form of the Progenitor,The first of all beings.
The Progenitor, Convinced by Nule, Engaged in a dreadful war with the 66 Deity's.
Once the war had ended,The Progenitor interacted with the ERROR and brought along the destruction of everything.
Nule's plan had succeeded... Except something unplanned for had taken place.
Nule,was erased alongside "existence",Because Nule,as a conscience, also counted as an existence,even if it was the conscience of nothing.
This was the first catastrophe.
Everything,was back to nothing,and it stayed that way for an eternity.
Until,This time, Before Nule could be "born",
Existence came into being.
After existence,came its conscience,It was called Goral,or Fate,by the Book of Truth.
Fate, unlike Nule, belonged amongst the rest of existence,Or at the very least,most of it did.
There was a part of Fate which did not,A part of Nule.
Nule and fate came from the same origin,The Primordial Realm,When Nule was "Born",It had left its mark in the Primordial Realm, it's mark of origin.
This mark, latched itself onto Fate.
Therefore,A part of Fate was a part of Nule,and like Nule,It did not like existence.
Therefore,It had also wanted to erase everything,Yet this time, when existence came into being,The ERROR was not present amongst it,This existence,was perfect, flawless.
Nule was in despair,It would be cursed for all eternity,Nule shared its problem with the Apokatastatis,The Restorer.
The Restorer, offered a solution to Nule.
It would restore existence back to its origin point,so that when existence came into being again, Perhaps,The ERROR would come with it.
Nule agreed,And so,The second great war occurred.
This one between the Restorer, and the Angelous.
The Restorer had won,and therefore, existence was returned to its origin point.
This was the second catastrophe.
Existence Expanded itself again,This time,The ERROR was present.
Yet when Nule,Was expectanly waiting for the next being that would help it Bring forth the third catastrophe,It never found one.
Theos,Cared not for the pleading of Nule,It wasn't interested in destroying Everything.
In fact,it wasn't interested in anything,Theos,Had split its positive and negative from itself giving "birth" to the Hemitheos and the Diabolos.
This left it without any emotions,a void being.
Nule,had tought of asking the "children" of Theos to help it,yet they weren't powerful enough to interact with the ERROR.
And therefore,Nule had to wait,wait for one of them to become a God.
Unfortunately for Nule,when The children of Theos were close to ascending to the Divine realm to become God's,Theos,Who had no Emotions cared not for them.
Like a human killing bugs that infiltrated it's territory,Theos, Killed all of his "Children".
That was the first Calamity.
After the "children" of Theos, Countless other beings came into existence across the vast physical universe.
These beings, launched wars for the inheritances left behind by the "children" of Theos before the failed ascension.
Eventually,Sabacthani,The Abyss of Insania,was "born" ,It Had joined forces with Nule.
Sabacthani was one of the few beings capable of matching The "children" of Theos in power,yet that still wasn't enough for it To interact with ERROR.
So for countless years,Nule and Sabacthani looked for ways to become a True God,Like Theos,That wasn't through ascension.
Throughout these years,The Legion,a collaboration between the races of the countless planets,Had faced Sabacthani in order to stop a new Catastrophe.
Yet Sabacthani was far too powerful for them,They could not match it's power, therefore they could only hope it would never find a path to True Divinity.
Those hopes, were not fulfilled, Sabacthani had indeed found a way.
A way to become a god with 90% certainty.
The Legion,could not harm Sabacthani due to its abilities which prevented any harmful action from affecting it.
All hope was lost,until "He" had found a way,A way for a being of power similar to Sabacthani to become a True Divinity with 100% certainty.
Yet, there were no other beings as strong as Sabacthani,So what could they do?
"He",had made a plan,To use a "ritual" on Sabacthani himself, because although it would give him a way to become a true Divinity,that way would take countless years.
And maybe in those years,Their descendants could find a way to defeat Sabacthani.
Desperate,The Legion could only agree.
And so,They used the ritual on Sabacthani,And since the ritual would guarantee that Sabacthani became a True God,even if it took much longer,it was considered to be a blessing and not a curse by whatever force granted Sabacthani its abilities.
After all, Another being as strong as Sabacthani was literally impossible to exist according to the laws of the universe.
Therefore,no matter how much time it took for Sabacthani to become a True God,There would be no way for anything to stop that process.
And yet, Azeroth,The Demon God of Profanity had come into existence.
Azeroth was an Asura,A Conjunction of both the Divine and the Profane,A being that challenged the laws of the Universe.
Azeroth,Rivaled Sabacthani in power,And so he had found a way to stop it.
Azeroth Shattered reality and separated every star and planet into different realms,This way,All the separate parts of Sabacthani that were thrown into different stars throughout the universe would not be able to merge together.
The ritual had split Sabacthani into countless parts,These parts were sealed in different stars and planets.
Sabacthani had an extremely powerful type of divine restoration,which meant that in case parts of it separated from the original,every part of it would eventually form into a different
Version of it with similar power.
And when these separate versions fully formed,they would be able to break the static space seals in all the stars and rejoin with each other by bringing all the stars together,Their merged power,would turn the new Sabacthani into a True God.
However, Because of Azeroth,These stars
Were all separated into different realms,And so Sabacthani was incapable of becoming a True God.
In its rage,it killed all the beings in existence.
Sabacthani,then entered a deep slumber, waiting,for the time the stars would return to being in the same realm.
That was the second Calamity.
The Sages came into existence.
They were wise beings, Beings who could interact with the Soul Realm and use its power to cast Spells.
A little after the Sages,came the Soldner.
Beings who could manifest their souls into armors and Avatars to use in combat.
The Sages and the Soldner,Like the beings before them,had fought for the inheritances left behind by the "children" of Theos.
Their war was brought to an End when the First Honored One,Savarr,The Almighty, Wielding the Eye of Bahamuth,Led the Sages into victory.
Savarr was considered a Hero by her people,But that didn't last long.
Savarr Turned on her people and Brought extinction upon the sages, Using the spirits of the Sages and the Soldner,Savarr created the Primordial Humans,yet Humanity was not her goal,They were just a Prototype,For the Freiherr.
The Blessed ones.
This is the history of the Post Primordial Era."
Complete silence found itself in the hall of fate,The students were confused,why was the professor suddenly telling a story everyone knew?
But they weren't given an answer,the Professor just went back to the chair and stayed silent for the rest of the class.
Even when some students decided to question him about the lessons they should have started learning,he never answered.
Veangeance Unlike most,felt there was a reason for the professor's story,but he couldn't understand the exact details of the situation.
After leaving the classroom, Veangeance went back to the training area,there he saw the Nameless Slave,Next to him,was a beautiful woman with fair skin,raven hair and large green eyes,she was his mother,Rose.
Veangeance first thought of leaving,but he refrained himself from doing that.
Veangeance walked towards them,he could see that his mother's eyes were a little bit red,yet her eyes were strangely calm, unlike the heartbroken gaze one would expect,she bore a serene look in her eyes.
In her hands,there was a box,He could guess what it was.
'Food?'
Veangeance almost never ate foods that he himself didn't make,he was quite a bit germaphobic.
Once he arrived near her,Rose didn't say anything,she just walked up to him and made a hugging gesture, Unlike in most situations,This time,He decided to accept the hug,after a few seconds the hug ended,Rose gave him the box and then left the training area.
Veangeance was now left alone with the Nameless Slave,after a couple of seconds spent in silence, Nameless said,
"Kid,you truly are a troublemaker, making a sweet lady like that worry so much...sigh,I wish I had someone who cared about me that much when I was your age...maybe that way I wouldn't have turned out like this..."
Veangeance said nothing,and after a little while, Nameless said," anyways,are you going to eat that,I myself am going to eat a meal your mother gave me,Of course, that's going to be when I get upstairs,If you want,you can come as well..."
"Alright."
Once they arrived to the second floor, Veangeance took off his gloves and opened the box, inside,was some rice, chicken, mashed potatoes and cucumbers.
Veangeance remembered this as a dish he had once made for his mother when he was 12 and she was very ill.
Taking a fork from inside his suitcase, Veangeance slowly ate the food, Even Nameless ate uncharacteristically slow.
After they finished eating,he said,
"This is delicious, your mother definitely knows how to cook."
"...I think so as well."
