I stayed at Henry's for the night. Michael was there, too. We played many games, including Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, and Zenless Zone. We played all of them until 2:00 a.m. If I haven't told you, Hen is a very rich person, but Michael was the richest.
It was the next day. I woke up early to go to the hotel. "Hen, Mic, wake up," I said. I was an early bird, but from what I have told you, you would have already known that my friends ARE NOT. Then, I went to his bedroom again and splashed them with all the water from the bucket. They finally woke up.
"ELI! YOU ARE SO GOING TO REGRET THIS, right, Hen?" Michael asked with a very loud voice. Hen nodded furiously. Well, let's just say I ran for my life. THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP BOOM CLISH THAK THAK THAK THAK THAK the noises I made when I was running. Thump was when I was running down the stairs. Boom was when I arrived on the ground harshly. Clish was for when I went to the right when I arrived on the ground. Thak was when i was running on the floor. Michael got a water gun. He filled it with water and shot so much water at me. "H-hey, stop it!" I said. "Urgh, please."
"You started it, Eli." Hen said
"That's because you guys weren't waking up." "Fair enough, but you could have just woken us up."
"I did. Ask Hen, Michael. You just didn't hear it." I told. "Now let's just get ready and go to the hotel already. "
We arrived in front of the hotel. "Is it... just me, or are the lights not turned on?" Hen said. "
"Hm, not so sure. Not clear in front. But I am sure it's open. I mean, the internet says so. The only way to figure out is to go in. Come on, guys." I told.
I acted so brave but I had this kind of feeling. I don't know how to describe it. I felt as if someone or something was following me. I don't know why, but I just feel it. Let's say I was quite apprehensive, both about the hotel being a bit weird and the feeling I had. I wasn't so sure, but I wanted to go in. I felt shame. I mean, it was my unpaid bills that started this. I hated myself at that moment. When we went to it, Hen was right. The lights were off. Only something was on, the little lamp at the receptionist table. I heard someone go into the hotel, just like us. When I looked behind, there was nobody and nothing. Michael told us that this was a haunted hotel. So we turned back. We tried to open the door, but we couldn't. It was not locked, was it? "ELIJAH WILLIAMS! I TOLD YOU THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH GOING TO! CHEAP HOTELS ARE NOT WORTH GOING!" Hen told. Then we heard something. I heard a whisper from Michael, and it sounded like we are doomed. I went to where the sound was made. It was... "Sebastian, what the heck are you doing here?" I asked. "I followed you. I told you yesterday that I will know what you're up to. So this is... what you are doing? Just kidding. I know, loser. You little b-... Uh... You little kid couldn't pay the little rent, am I right? I followed you from the start. So blind. The bush moving, and I was outside your friend's house's window all night. Heard you playing your games. But, I kind of regret. Why today? At his fricking place?" He told with a disgusted place.
No, I thought. Oh, what have I fricking done?
