Chapter 74 - Chapter 75: The Rising Shadows

The air was heavy with silence in the Hollow Earth.

Godzilla's spikes dimmed slightly, his confusion giving way to wariness. Kong tightened his grip on his axe, the wind howling between the ridges of the valley around you. And you stood still, your wings stretched, your breath low and steady. You could feel it—something was wrong.

Then... you saw them.

Across the valley, emerging from the thick fog of ancient trees and dusted rock, two colossal figures marched forward with overwhelming presence.

The Scar King towered with savage pride, his grotesque form warped by time and hate, bones jagged and armor forged from the remnants of his past battles. And beside him, moving with an unnatural, icy grace, came Shimo—her serpentine body rippling like a glacier sliding through the earth, glowing with cold energy, frost spilling from her maw with every breath.

You narrowed your eyes.

It's them. The moment you knew would come. The two ancient threats.

You didn't need to explain. You didn't need to say their names.

You turned to Kong and Godzilla, voice sharp and firm.

"Godzilla. Kong. Shimo is the bigger threat. She's more dangerous. You two handle her."

Kong's eyes snapped to you. "You're going alone?"

You met his gaze. "I'll take care of Scar King."

Kong hesitated, gripping his axe. "You gonna be alright?"

You smiled grimly. "I've waited long enough for this."

Godzilla gave a low growl—not in disagreement, but in acknowledgment.

Then, the battlefield ignited.

Shimo struck first, unleashing a blast of sub-zero energy that tore through the jungle, freezing the landscape in a line of death. Godzilla roared and answered with a full-force pink-red atomic breath, while Kong roared and charged through the trees with his axe drawn.

They split off, colliding with Shimo in a storm of fire, frost, and fury.

You faced Scar King.

The ancient ape snarled, his dark eyes gleaming with malice. He recognized you now—not just a rival, but a real threat. He pounded his chest, the sound echoing like a drumbeat of war.

You didn't hesitate.

With a roar that cracked the cliffs, you launched forward, slamming into him with the force of a meteor. Scar King met you head-on, fists like boulders slamming into your side as your claws dug into his hide. You both tumbled through trees, rocks, and earth, a blur of destruction ripping through the jungle.

He slammed a fist into your snout—you responded by biting down on his arm and dragging him across the ground, before launching a jet of flame into his chest.

He screamed and rolled away, seared but far from beaten.

He grabbed a stone pillar and hurled it—you incinerated it mid-air, charging through the dust to claw at his face, leaving gashes across his jawline.

The two of you clashed again—rage meeting fury, tooth meeting bone, claw against brute strength.

Behind you, distant roars and bursts of ice and atomic energy lit up the sky.

But your focus was on Scar King.Your battle.Your war.

And it had just begun.
