[Louisiana, June 1st, 1978]
"Aghh!!!"
A woman screamed at the top of her lungs.
Dressed in a hospital grown, her legs secured in an upward position, and kept spread wide open, thanks to the hospital stirrups her feet were firmly placed on, a few seconds later she let out another slightly agonizing cry.
All the while the doctor and nurses within the hospital room she was currently located in worked around her.
To make sure she delivered the baby she was giving birth to safely.
During which time, her husband, who was also dressed in a hospital gown, held firmly onto her left hand.
"Okay, I can see the baby's head. So give me one more sure Mrs. Holt." The doctor spoke.
"Hear that honey, one more push." The woman's husband spoke.
"I heard the fucking doctor!" The woman shouted.
Her husband ignoring her outburst.
Given that she had been in labor working to deliver their child for eighteen hours.
Taking a deep breathe the woman then focused and as the doctor instructed gave one more big push.
"Aghh!!!"
Which was accompanied by her loudest scream of the entire delivery.
Where once she stopped the woman managed to see the doctor holding a baby in his arms.
Seeing this the woman smiled.
As did her husband.
"Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Holt. You're now the proud parents of a brand new baby boy." The doctor explained to the couple. While examining the baby. As he did the doctor titled his head slightly in confusion. "Strange?"
"What? What is is doctor?" The husband asked.
"You're babies not cry-"
*Wahh!! Wahh!!!*
The doctor began to say. But before he could finish the baby in his arms started crying, like the others in his career he had delivered. Erasing any suspicions in his mind there was something wrong with the Holt's baby boy before they even truly began.
"Ah, seems my age might be catching up with me." The doctor mused.
While he did he gave the new baby boy a quick visual inspection for any birth defects.
After seeing none he handed the baby over to one of the nurses, who then quickly cleaned its body and wrapped it up in a blue blanket, before placing him in his mothers arms.
Who still had a huge smile on her face.
The same for her husband.
"So, have you decided on a name for him yet?" The doctor asked curiously.
"Yes, we have." The woman answered.
"His name will be Michael. Michael Holt." Her husband spoke.
As he did his newborn baby son cooed loudly upon hearing his new name.
His new parents having truly no idea why.
For their baby was happy that his reincarnation was a success.
Now he was Michael Holt.
As such things could truly begin for him.
And he couldn't wait.

[Five Years Later]
Sitting on the floor of his bedroom a five-year old Michael Holt had a book in his hands, while he was surrounded by stacks of several more.
The book he was reading named [Concepts and Methods of Theoretical Physics] by Robert Bruce Lindsay. A highly respected American physicist.
Whose theories and concepts Michael found extremely interesting.
Despite the fact he was only five years old.
But this was all due to the character template he had given the moniker of Death to had bestowed upon him when he reincarnated. That combined with his adult mind, allowed him to easily advanced into concepts most people could never comprehend.
A fact that had been baffling Michaels' parents ever since he reached the age where he could truly display his advanced intellect.
Oh and speaking of Michael's parents his father is named Marcus and his mother his named Abigail.
The former is an army veteran and a state police officer, while the latter is a Certified Public Accountant, or CPA for short.
Who despite being nowhere near as smart as Michael doesn't change the fact he loves his parents.
Even if they do give him strange looks sometimes.
But he's learned to deal with them.
And not just from his parents.
"Big brother."
Hearing a familiar voice Michael closed the books he was reading. Right after he did his younger brother, Aaron Holt waddled into his room. A bright smile on his face.
"Come and play." Aaron said to his brother. Reaching his hands out toward him.
"Sure." Michael replied.
He then walked over to his baby brother and took his outstretched hands.
The two of them headed to the living room to play. Time which Michael enjoyed. For although he was a super genius, and an adult inside of a child's body, it didn't mean he wanted to act as such all the time. Sometimes he just wanted to turn his brain off and relax.
Despite the fact he had learned he truly was now truly living in a version of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Michael having discovered this after seeing Howard Stark, who looked exactly like the actor who played him in the films, on television one night.
Not to mention when Michael managed to get his hands on a history book and crack it open he found images of Captain America, who looked exactly like Chris Evans from the MCU films, fighting Nazi's during World War II.
Right alongside the famous Howling Commandos.
Which Michael found also included Hugh Jackman.
Though since he was in Marvel Michael knew the man he was looking at was none other than the mutant hero James "Logan" Howlett. also known as the Wolverine.
Letting Michael know that Mutants likely exist in the version of the MCU he has been reincarnated into.
Leading him to think of all the implications that would mean.
Such as the X-Men, the Brotherhood of Mutants, along with many others from the likes of the Hellfire Club, to Mister Sinister and Apocalypse, to say nothing of the likes of Robert Kelly or Bolivar Trask and his Sentinels.
Though from what Michael has been able to gather the incident that took place with the Sentinels in the 1970's hadn't taken place in the world he was in.
Which was thankful for.
But that didn't mean Sentinels weren't a thing. It's just that they hadn't made their public debut yet. A fact which worried Michael greatly. It also began hoping he would be old enough to do something in regards to the Sentinels before they appeared. For he had no desire to end up living in a 'Days of Future Past' timeline after getting a second chance at life.
So yeah, when he gets the chance he's going to destroy the Sentinels, and their creator, when the first opportunity presents itself.
If they exist of course.
Though that's going to be a problem for future Michael to worry about.
Current Michael now found himself enjoying playtime with his baby brother.
While their mother Abigail observed them from her position within the kitchen, a smile on her face.
A smile Michael swore a long time ago he would protect no matter what.
He's not going to let anything happen to his mother, nor his father, or his brother, or anyone else he comes to care about in his new life in the future.
No matter what comes his way.
Be they terminator-like robots, gods, or a certain purple-skinned ballchinian with a God complex.
Michael is going to crush them all.
Terrifically in fact.

A/N: Okay, so the first few chapters are going to be slow. Building up Michael, his family, some of his relations, etc. Before we get into anything juicy and or bloody and gorey. Which means several time-skips until the story levels out.
Stay tuned.
